SCHEDULE `A' PART-V MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORK (Note for items 5.01 to 5.13. The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

S & F voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage stabilised at 230V with accuracy of (+/-) 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Isolation transformer 400KVA, Three phase, 50 Hz, Copper wound, oil cooled, class of insulation A, metallic body duly powder coated designed for input Voltage range 415 +/- 5% and output voltage range 415+-5%, Ratio 1:1, Vector Group :Dyn 11, Delta- star, indoor IP 42 (CPRI Approval Required) with first filling of transformer oil of requisite dielectric strength up to level, efficiency more than 95%, separate neutral bushing shall be brought out for earthing. Potential difference between neutral to earth less than one volt with all standard fittings like digital temperature meter, adequate number of cooling radiators, lifting hooks one set, Earthing terminal two nos complete with over load /short circuit protection. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made LT feeder pillar box of suitable size, accommodating u/m items, Indoor type floor mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and, 40x40x4mm thick angle iron base frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red Aide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, both side opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement, entry of 400 Sqmm 3.5Core cable with cable gland and consisting of the following all as specified (a) MCCB, 04 Pole, 630 Amps with ultimate breaking capacity Icu- 35/36 KA at 415 volts , adjustable type with thermal and adjustable magnetic settings - 01Nos (b) Digital multimeter measuring VLL, VLN, A, F, PF (c) Space for MCCB 4 pole 100A - 01 No (d) Internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable/copper strip duly crimped with copper lugs & ferruled and copper strips for MCCB's. (e) PCC platform of suitable size as recommended by manufacturer.

The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 2.00 mm CRCA MS sheet and, 40x40x4mm thick angle iron base frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, both side opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement, copper bus bar suitable for 630 Amps including provision for incoming/outgoing cable of 3x400 Sqmm 3.5 Core cable with cable gland complete all as specified and as directed.

(f) PCC platform of suitable size as recommended by manufacturer.

Supply & install on load change over switch (1-O-II) type with advance neutral of current rating 630 Amps 4 pole along with sheet metal enclosure and fixed on wall/metal body or as per situation complete all as directed.

S&F PVC insulated and FR PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 2.5 Sqmm 4 core, 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694 including PVC conduit of 16mm bore fixed on wall/truss etc for power supply to power failure alarm unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair/maint of following equipment installed at sub station for their serviceability and upkeep;- (a) Repair/maint of servo voltage stabilizer, of capacity 300 KVA of make-volina including dehydration of transformer oil, repair/maint of three PCBs including replacement of spares required for making sericeable condition, repair/replacement of internal wiring as required at site to make the 300 KVA voltage stabilizer in serviceable state all etc complete as specified and directed. (b) Repair/maint of APFC panel of capacity 100 KVAR including replacement of unserviceable contactors with NO/NC, TP MCBs of 63 Amps and replacement of 4 pole MCCB 125 Amps and repair/repplacement of power factor controller of make EPCOS model BR 6000 and repair/replacementof internal wiring as required at site to make the APFC panel of capacity 100 KVAR in serviceable state complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix DG Set commercial power supply connector female with dust cap Adopter suitable for inserting 185scimm single core copper cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for provisioning of hole for cable of 185 Sqmm copper cable 4 run by cutting ACP panel in CEC room including necessary cable gland suitable for 4x185 Sqmm copper cable and provision for cable entry to CEC room by cutting the cable entry door including necessary cable gland suitable for 4x185 Sqmm copper cable complete all as specified and as directed.
