Removing of excavated materials not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed by Engr in Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class LV, Type- 1, Flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "LT 1100 VOLTS ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L clean dry river sand in trenches/ducts for cushioning to cable, 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable complete all as specified. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M & L for Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as Lean Concrete in Foundation of Poles etc, including Formwork (as if required), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

M & L for Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping of pole etc including form work & finishing the surfaces even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Dismantling unserviceable security/ street poles of any description and any size including demolition of Cement Concrete (as/ if required) and made good disturbed Ground complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Unsv Poles will be dismantled at Ground Level and disturbed ground will made good as directed for which Earthwork, demolition of cement concrete, etc. will not be measured and paid separately.

S & F for PVC/ Fibre Separator for LT Lines 1100 Volts OH Conductor 2 Wire system for horizontal spacing of Conductor, fixing with Nuts, Bolts, Washers, etc , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

M & L for Danger Notice Plate of 1.6 mm thick Mild Steel Sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with Letters, Figures and Conventional Skull and Bones in Signal Red colour and fixed with MS Clamps Bolt and Nuts of approved size, for LT 20 x 15 Cm size including dismantling unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Supply & laying LT UG XLPE sheathed PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip of Wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with stranded Aluminium Conductor 1100 Volt grade, laid in trenches/ surface of Wall/in GI Pipe along with Pole for connection to OH Lines including brass cable glands mild fteel flat iron clamps etc and testing for following sizes, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning,PCC cable covers, GI Pipe etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

S & F for PVC insulated,PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 3 core 2.50 Sqmm with necessary electrical connections from connector block to junction box with suitable 20 mm PVC rigid conduit heavy duty ISI marked including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

M & L preparing old painted surfaces by scraping and removing old paints, rust, etc. from Pre-stressed Concrete of LT/ HT Pole (above the planting depth and PCC copings) and MS cross arms, cable protection pipe, brackets etc and applying two coats of exterior weather proof paint of approved colour over and including a coat of exteror primer to pole and to MS cross arms, cable protection pipe, brackets etc with two coats of Aluminium Paint over a coat of primer including synthetic enamel painting in alternate lines, of Yellow & Black Strips min of 6 Nos (each Strip 200 mm wide) at bottom of pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

M & L for preparing old painted surfaces by scraping and removing old paints, rust, etc. from Steel Tubular Poles of LT/HT Pole (above the planting depth and PCC Copings) and MS cross arms, cable protection pipe, brackets etc and applying two coats of Aluminium Paint over a coat of red oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, including Synthetic enamel Painting in alternate lines of Yellow & Black Strips min of 6 Nos (each Strip 200 mm wide) at bottom of pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

M & L for Writing Lettering on Steel Tubular/Pre-stressed Concrete Pole (8 Cm in height) with Synthetic Enamel Paint (White) on base of Black Paint in round shape of 15 Cm dia, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Supply, fixing, installing and commissioning of octagonal Galvanised street light pole 8 mtr long, Top dia 70mm, Bottom dia 130mm, sheet thickness 3mm and base plate dimensions 200x200x16mm, foundation bolts 4x M20x600mm, single arm decorative bracket, 1100 volts grade, including cost of nuts and bolts and all accessories as supplied by the manufacturer including cost foundation accessories etc , the foundation bolts as per manufacturer design should be hot dipped galvanised pole complete with door locking arrangement, terminal plate consisting of 2 nos 10 A, 4 pole neutral links including connecting etc with suitable connecting arrangement for 2 Nos, cost of RCC 1:1.5:3 per foundation size 0.7mtr x 0.7m x1.8 m with minimum 8 Nos 12mm dia lingitudinal MS reinforcement rods with rings of 8mm dia not more than 200mm cement cconcrete per fixing the pole with labour tools, plant and materials required to completen the jobs complete all as specfied and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Dismantling Insulators like Pin type, Shackle type from existing Electric Poles of any description and any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Dismantling ACSR Conductors from the Disturbed Span including Line Spacer, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Dismantling Cross-Arms of Mild Steel Channel or Angle Sections, etc, including Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Dismantling Earth Wire, Cradle Guarding, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

S & F Insulator Pin type Porcelain, Vitreous, White, Brown or Green including one Galvanised Mild Steel Spindle, Two Galvanised Iron Washers and One Galvanised Iron Nut, 100mm Height, 65mm dia for 1100 Volt grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

S & F Shackle type, Porcelain, Vitreous, White or Brown Insulator of size 100mm height 115mm dia including Galvanised Mild Steel 31x5mm Strap, 14mm dia Insulator Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc. for Working Pressure 1100 Volt, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

S & F Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) (sizes as ordered) with permissible Sags and providing Jumper, etc., fixing on Electric Poles and binding to Insulators with Aluminium Binding Wire as in OH Conductors including stringing, tightening, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge. Note : Cost of Binding Wire is deemed to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

Labour for Releasing ACSR Conductor of existing OH Lines by un-binding from Insulator of any description, re-fixing after stretching, re-stringing the Conductor, removing excess Sag, maintaining proper distance between Conductors as ordered, and binding to insulators with Aluminium Binding Wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of Binding Wire is deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M & L Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates fabricated from Structural Steel Sections including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed and inclusive of one coat of Aluminium Primer one Under Coat and One Finishing Coat of Aluminium Paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

S & F Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular fabricated with Galvanised Steel Wire with 4.00mm dia including binding with Aluminium Binding Wire, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cost of Binding Wire is deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate. M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strep 25 x 3 mm as earthing lead by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel drawn through 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009 including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20mm dia light grade for watering PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1(20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected toTransformer nutral as indicated including testing complete. Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of factory made, CPRI type tested, outdoor, cubical compartmental type " LT FPB of suitable size, conforming to IEC 61641, having both sides openable with hinged double doors & locking arrangement and IP 66 protection made out of 3.15 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet, supported and fixed on structural frame of angle iron of suitable size, including earthing stud, labeling, painting to all internal & external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (7 tank process), duly fixed in ground with PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1, with danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled (white) with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, suitable for 3- Phase 4 Wire system, 500 V grade with necessary wiring, PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor of appropriate length & size, including fixing lugs, bolts, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed .
