(v) Material of Sump - 18 G SS-304 (vi) CHW/ HW Coil - Copper Tube, GI Casing, tube Dia 12.7mm/1/2" O.D. Tube Thickness 27 nSWG/0.41 mm, Header material MS, Fins Thickness 0.15 mm, Fins Material Plain Aluminium, No of Fin per Inch (FPI)(CHW) -11/12 Nos, No of Fin per Inch (FPI) (HW) -08/10 Nos (vii) Filters are Synthetic (non-woven type), Efficiency of Pre Filter (EU-4) - 90% to 10 micron, Efficiency of Fine Filter (EU-5) - 90% to 05 micron

(viii) Blower of dia 225 mm RPM- 3130, Shaft pully system, Flame proof blower induction motor of 1.5 HP, Motor pole 2 (for belt driven), Pad of 2.4 Sq Ft, Eliminator of 2.4 Sq Ft, Heating and Cooling Coil each of 2.4 Sq Ft, Filters of 2.0 Sq Ft, Dimension of CSU LXWXH is 2.75x0.93x0.95 m, Pump for 200 mm Pad 0.25 HP and Panel thickness 25 mm Model ZDS-12 also included connected cables for CSU complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Install, test & Commission in Repair Double Skin Air Handling Unit (AHU) Floor Mounted Horizontal type of 25 TR capacity having the following specification :- (i) 10000 CFM (ii) The Casing Panels shall be of sandwich Construction of at least 25 mm thick injected with CFC Free R141B blended polyurethane foam insulation having density 38-40 Kg/Cum & Thermal Conductivity of 0.02 W/m -Deg K. The casing Panels 9inside & Outside) shall be constructed of 1.2 mm thick steel sheet cated with 120 gm/Sqm galvanized Zinc & 3% Chromate. (iii) The Panels are removable type & are fixed to frame with self tapping screws. Labrynith type gasket sealing between panel & frame be provided to eliminate air leakages. (iv) Drain Pan shall be fabricated from 0.8 mm thick stainless steel SS-304 insulated with 10 mm thick close cell cross linked irradiated FR grade polyethylene material Intermediate tray is provided for stacked coil to collect the condensate from top coils.
