Supply, install, commissioning and testing factory made (including CPRI approved manufacturer) LT panel box (KIOSK) out door type size not less then size 1500mm W x 1500mm H x 500mm D platform mounted suitable for 415 volt , 3 phases, 4 wire , 50 Hz AC supply system all as specified and directed having busbar chamber with 4 Nos insulated AL bus bars 300 amps rating installed on porcelain insulators, the panel shall be dust and vermin proof double door made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet outer & inner and individual compartment for MCCB/ volt/Amps meter and 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick angle iron for base frame work having angle iron 4 Nos each Suitable long welded to frame/cubical and grouted in ground upto 0.5 Meter by using PCC 1:2:4 B2 of Suitable size the ground over the ground level upto 1 Mtr height . 2 Nos earth terminal to be welded with feeder pillar complete feeder pillar box shall be anti corrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint grey shade (RAL-7032) including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cables appropriate size but not less than 2.5 Sqmm. Front and back opening type for cable entry with double door shutter including locking arrangement as per manufacturers with 2 Keys reconnecting all existing UG cable with suitable lugs for incoming/outgoing feeders and comprising of following all as specified and directed :-

(a) MCCB FP 200 A 36 kA with Electronic microprocessor release with over load Zone of adjustment 0.4 to 1.0 In and Electronic release with Short circuit Zone of adjustment 6 to 9.0 Ir. (b) 4 Nos Aluminium Bus bars of 400 Amp current rating capacity, of suitable size of length as actually required at site for 3 phase and neutral, mounted on epoxy/FRP bus bar insulator complete with nut bolt fixing arrangement complete - 01 set

(iv) Taking Out Existing MCCBs of any Capacity from old LT Panel to be fixed in any other LT Panel Board wherever required and rate will be inclusive in this item for fixing or depositing in MES Yard store. Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 Mtr in depth for foundation/laying of cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. Exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. Exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. Exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4type B1 20mm graded agregate in foundation of the LT Panel including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & spread unwashed dry river sand for sand cushioning and covering the under ground cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Punning thickness shall be measured.)

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, Type 2, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable LT cable any size complete all as specified and directed

Supply laying testing and comminssioning of XLPE insulated LT U/G cable heavy duty , 1100 volts grade, galvanized wire armoured and PVC sheathed with multistranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 25 Sqmm laid in trenches or fixed on wall (including saddle clip) or poles drawn through pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for straight through joint outdoor type for LT UG cable including jointing kits heat srinkable type complete suitable for aluminium conductor cables complete all as specified and directed of the following size. Make : Denson, M-Seal or equivalent make approved by GE.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to and including galvanised earth lead as GI wire of 4 mm dia size by means of bolts,nuts, check nuts and washer etc made of galvanised iron and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation&earth work in any type of strata, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber, precast RCC slab 50 mm thick in reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM jali weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm), cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Rate quoted under this item is deemed to include the cost of 7.5m length of earth lead and its protection tube. Any addition in length shall be measured and paid extra.
