Development of tube well with compressed air by means of air compressor of suitable capacity not less than 300 CFM and over pumping using suitable capacity pump to make available water free from turbidity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for conducting Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 24 hours by using a submersible pump set to determine safe pumping yield and produced water test report of samples which is collect every hour complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. [ All arrangements for yield test shall be made by contractor and cost for the same borne by contractor ]

Supply and fix MS reducer, bail plug, top cover made of 3mm thick MS plate for bore well in two half sections having a hole of 75 mm bore in centre to accommodate PVC pipe and submersible cable suitable for fixing to the PVC casing pipe top, electric logging and simple strata box including provision of 2 sets of MS clamps made of 50x6mm MS flat including nuts, bolts, etc. including one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy paint wherever necessary complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of submersible pump stainless steel body electric driven with submersible motor, water lubricate, 3 phase, 10.0HP (Appx) 415 Volts, 50 Hz with suitable submersible electric motor suitable for discharge of 2 Liters per Second against total head of 125m in the bore complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply, install, test and commissioning of submersible pump stainless steel body electric driven with submersible motor, water lubricate, 3 phase, 20.0HP (Appx) 415 Volts, 50 Hz with suitable submersible electric motor suitable for discharge of 120 LPM against total head of 177 m in the bore complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply sample box of hard wood of internet dimension 900mm x 150mm depth made from 25mm thick planks having 100mm square pigeon hold and fully glazed shutter (3mm thick sheet glass)900mm* 400mm hinged on one side displaying stata samples as found during boring of tube well complete all as specified.

Returining filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thickness as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material /soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Dry Sand filling in cable trenches for protection of cables with two layers below and above cable and punned down to specified thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned down thickness shall only be measured for payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.
