Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, bases for columns, mass concrete and the like complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings, including attached pilaster and buttresses, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts, struts and the like complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked).

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc., vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, square, rectangular or polygonal for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, framed signed boards, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work including welding conforming to Fe.290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No. 23 here-in-before but 6 to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

S&F rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality 'A’ including applying two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, hard standing, etc, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:40 in alternative bays not exceeding 2.5 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising 1 part of heated bitumen Blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand (all by weight). Quoted rate of this item shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for average 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling course, sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc finished fair and even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall mixed with WPC mixed @ minimum 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls mixed with WPC mixed @ minimum 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair & even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing 100 mm bore cast iron, sand cast, soil, waste & vent pipe (ISI marked), in any length with or without ears fixed with cement joints, fixed to walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cast iron cowl for 100 mm bore CI pipe complete all as specified.

M&L for making flanged joints and connection in MS/ DI/ HDPE pipe water mains upto 250mm dia by heating/ welding work with connection, all requirement T&P including necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing of HDPE Pipe 200mm bore PN-10 in required length including necessary jointing and jointing materials complete all as specified & as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate include for jointing and jointing materials. (ii) Rates are inclusive of all required T&P for heat joint as per site requirement or as directed.

Dismantling and taking up or down existing unserviceable GI water mains Pipes of 80mm bore of any class & type including all fittings, fixed in walls, ceiling, floors, trenches etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

S&F 50 mm bore galvanized steel water tubing medium grade (ISI Marked) with & including all necessary fittings (ISI Marked) such as bend, tee, elbow, etc laid in trenches/ floors or fixed on wall and ceiling complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

S&F 80 mm bore galvanized steel water tubing medium grade (ISI Marked) with & including all necessary fittings (ISI Marked) such as bend, tee, elbow, etc laid in trenches/ floors or fixed on wall and ceiling complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 250 mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 200 mm bore butterfly valve cast iron body, class PN 1.6, ISI marked, single eccentric, double flanged short body type with all fittings, nuts, bolts and washers and necessary rubber gaskets etc., compete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 80 mm bore butterfly valve cast iron body, class PN 1.6, ISI marked, single eccentric, double flanged short body type with all fittings, nuts, bolts and washers and necessary rubber gaskets etc., compete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 50 mm bore butterfly valve cast iron body, class PN 1.6, ISI marked, single eccentric, double flanged short body type with all fittings, nuts, bolts and washers and necessary rubber gaskets etc., compete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Non Return Valve (NRV) of size 80mm bore, cast iron body, as per IS 5312 (ISI marked), heavy duty, class ‘PN-1.6’, gun metal seat, both ends flanged and drilled, including nuts, bolts, washer and neoprene rubber gasket joint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Non Return Valve (NRV) of size 50mm bore, cast iron body, as per IS 5312 (ISI marked), heavy duty, class ‘PN-1.6’, gun metal seat, both ends flanged and drilled, including nuts, bolts, washer and neoprene rubber gasket joint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS fittings suitable for pipes upto 300mm bore such as bends, tappers, etc any type and angle and straight connected pieces any type joint all flange ends including necessary cutting, welding, bending, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including necessary jointing materials such as nut, bolts, washers, packings and welding including testing for leakage etc to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with & including painting external surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Ductile Iron fittings, specials (K-12) such as bends, tapers, collars, reducers, tee pieces (single or double branch) any type, angle/radius and straight connecting pieces etc (ISI marked) conforming to IS-9523 for flanged/socket and spigot ends suitable for DI pipe upto 300 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, installation and commissioning Open well horizontal submersible pump set of capacity 7.5 HP/ 5.5 kW, electric driven, 415 V, 50 Hz, Three Phase, Discharge 1080-600 LPM at Head 18-28 mtr, suction size 80mm and delivery size 65mm, Cast iron motor body, stainless steel shaft, strainer, cast iron impeller complete duly fixed by providing MS flange on both side and submersible pump installed as per the manufacturer's instructions & testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Kirloskar Pump Model No. KOS 830+ or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

Supply, fixing, installation and commissioning Open well horizontal submersible pump set of capacity 15 HP/ 11 kW, electric driven, 415 V, 50 Hz, Three Phase, Discharge 1260-300 LPM at Head 32.5-52 mtr, suction size 80mm and delivery size 65mm, Cast iron motor body, stainless steel shaft, strainer, cast iron impeller complete duly fixed by providing MS flange on both side and submersible pump installed as per the manufacturer's instructions & testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Kirloskar Pump Model No. KOS 1555+ or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

Supply, installing, commissioning and testing factory made and tested (CPRI approved manufacturer) new outdoor type LT Feeder Panel Box cubical type of suitable size (minimum depth 400mm) to accommodate the following accessories, 415 Volt, 3 Phase & neutral, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply system, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS CRCA sheet (outer body, doors, etc), inside partitions & cover made out of 2mm thick MS CRCA sheet, with modular hinges, powder coated inside & outside with 7 tanks process in approved shade, protection class IP-66 with coloured insulation sleeve, rubber gasket, insulators, outdoor type, totally enclosed, weather, dust and vermin proof as per IS, Front opening having suitable aldrop bolt locking arrangement, with insulators, including internal wiring with PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLS cables of appropriate size as directed with proper ferrule & cable glands including connecting incoming and outgoing cables, including danger notice plate, necessary PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in foundation and frame made out of 40mm x40mm x5mm angle iron grouted at minimum 75cm above ground level and 30cm below ground level, comprising & including the following accessories complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) MCB TPN 40 Amp, 16 kA - 01 No. (incoming) (b) MCB TP 16 Amp, 10 kA - 02 Nos. S&F 10 Sqmm, 3 core, 1100 V grade, ISI marked, flat/ round submersible multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable for connection of pupmsets with water proof jointing material, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 25 sqmm 4 Core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection covers, protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply and laying/fixing 50 mm bore High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipes of Grade ‘PE 100’, Pressure Class ‘PN 8’, ‘SDR-17’, ISI marked, with all fittings, laid in trenches, under floors or roads/ along poles etc for protection of electric cables, complete all as directed.

M&L for cutting of existing road for removing / laying UG Cables/ pipe line, depth of cutting not exceeding 90cm and width 45cm and filling the trench of road i.e. excluding top 20cm with existing aggregate obtained from cutting, watered and properly rammed to satisfaction of EIC and finally provide with & including 20 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate to entire width of trench & finally match the top surface to road & disposal of debris to a distance not exceeding 250 metre and depositing where directed complete all as directed.

M&L for construction of Valve pit chamber of size 1800x1200x1200mm internal dimension including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundation, brick work with old size fly ash bricks in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 internally and externally flush pointed in same mortar as work proceeds, 75 mm thick PCC coping all round in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), flooring shall be 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate laid over 75 mm thick hard core. Top cover shall be made out of MS sheet 3.00 mm thick fixed in angle iron frame made out of angle iron size 40x40x6 mm with two number of hinges on one side and locking arrangement at other side complete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Any minor modification where required at site shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
