Sofa Set 5 Seater with Cushion (FD/MAP-II/02) Timber shall be First class hard wood teak. All faces of timber shall be wrought.Seat and back shall be 100mm thick cool foam for seat and back of make ‘Sleep Well’ or ‘Kurlon’ having 40 mm density, ISI marked, covered with tapestry cloth of approved quality (as approved by GE) in the range of Rs. 500/-mtr. All wooden surfaces exposed to view shall be Melamine polished to high gloss finish with spray Gun. Rest all as specified and shown on drawings.

Bin Soil Linen Multipurpose (FD/E6/MAP/09) (i) All dimensions , shape and size shall be as shown in drawing and as specified. (ii) Overall size of bin soil linen multi purpose is 1200X750X450mm. (iii) All work shall be well seasoned 1st class teak wood. (iv) Sides, Top, bottom, shutter and shelves shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade with 6mm beading of 1st class hard wood teak all round as per drawing. (v) Back shall be of 6 mm thick plywood commercial all as per drawing. (vi) Drawer side and back of drawer made of 12 mm thick plywood commercial and 6 mm thick plywood commercial at bottom and front shall be made of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade with 100m chromium plated hande as specified. (vii) Magnetic catcher shall be provided in shutter as per drawing. (viii) All exposed wooden surfaces shall be french polished. (ix) All joint fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship sand specified.

SCH 'A' PART-II (STEEL FURNITURE)

Locker Bed Side Steel (FD-1029) (i) Overall size shall be 760mm wide, 600 mm depth and 1100 mm height of 1 mm mild steel sheet. (ii) Two legs shall be provided to lockers as shown on drawing and shall be of 1 mm thick mild steel sheet. Top, sides, back, shutter and shelves shall be of mild steel sheet of 1 mm thick. (iii) Two handles, chromium plaated, 100mm long fixed to shutters. One hasp and stapple 75X40X3mm shall be fixed to shutters. The shutters shall have the locking devices also. (iv) 20mm dia chromium plated steel conduit pipe 1.6 mm thick with socket shall be provided all as per drg. (vi) All steel and iron surface exposed to view shall be of dual color over a coat of primer after preparation of surface. Painting shall be done with spray machine.

Charpoy with Hard Top (FD/MAP-II/01) The overall size shall be as per drg. The frame work shall be made of CRCA box sections as under :- (i) Long rails - 25 X 65 mm box section of 16 gauge. (ii) Short rail - 25 X 65 mm box section of 16 gauge. (iii) Legs - 32 X 32 mm box section o 16 gauge. (iv) stiffeners for legs - 2 Nos., each of 25 x 25 mm box section of 16G thick. (v) Stiffener between long rails - 2 Nos., each of 16 G thick. Top shall be 12mm thick commercial gde BWR ply wood conforming to Is-303. MS plate of size 32 mm X 32 mm X 5 mm shall be welded under each leg and under the MS plate 3 mm thick rubber sheet shall be fixed with rubber based adhesive. Three No cleats of size 25mm X 60 mm X 6 mm shall be welded to each short rail to support the ply. All metal work shall be pretreated with epoxy polyster powder coating (Black) 70 microns by 7 tank process and oven dried with the following specifications: (i) Dry film thickness more than 45 microns (ii) Sit spray test to with stand more than 10:00 Hours (iii) Adhesion as per DIN 53152 standards. (iv) Pencil scratch hardness more than 2H. Rest all as specified as per drawings Irrespective of what is shown in drawing, 35mm X 5mm flat iron mild steel bend to right angle as directed shall be provided on four corners charpoy MNF set shall be of 19 mm square tube of wall thickness 1.6 mm & shall be provided in 'T' shape. The top horizontal length shall be of 900 mm.The vertical height shall be of 1480 mm joined in middle of horizontal by welding. The ends shall be plugged with 1.2mm thick mild steel sheet and welded as directed. Two key holes shall be provided in verticle of MNF set for fixing in head and foot boards. Two Nos 15mm X 3 mm and 80mm long flat iron of mild steel bend to shape shall be provided for holding when not in use.

Bed Hard Steel (FD/E6/MAP/08(R)) (i) Frame (Rails, Legs, Head board & foot board frame, Leg Stiffners): shall be of MS pipe (Square/rectangular cross section) 18 gauge thick of size(s) as indicated on the drg. (ii) Head Board & Foot Board: 18mm thick both face pre-laminated particle board of shade/colour as approved by the GE. screwed to MS strips are welded to MS pipe. (iii) Plywood Bed Top: 12mm thick plywood commercial veneered on both faces (unpolished) with 4mm thick teak wood edging al-round shall be supported on 4 Nos 25mmx25mm square MS pipe 18 gauge. (iv) Finish: All steel surfaces/members shall be powder coated in approved colour/shade.

SCH 'A' PART-III (TP ITEMS)

Peg Table with glass top Make :Sneha/Godrej/Durjan/Featherlite , 450 mm , depth 450 mm , height 450 mm, having storage below, top material 12 mm light black glass and teak 1st class hard wood frame. Finish: All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine with approved colour/ shade as directed after preparation of surfaces.Rest all as shown on drawing & directed by Engr-in-CHarge. Additional Tech Specification:- Made out of first class teak wood size : 18" X 18"X15" , leg size 2"X2" cut to shape top rail size 2SCH 'A' PART-III (TP ITEMS)X1 1/2" bottom rail 2"X1" top rail 2"X1" frame for 8 mm thickness glass sopport. GLass and wood polish colour selected by user, Bottom verticle and horizontal teak wood support size 25mm X8mm as per shown in drg, wood completed melamine spray polish.
