S&F, PVC junction box, factory made, size 180x290x110mm with one No. SP MCB of 06 Amp rating, class-C and 3 Nos connector fixed on pole with necessary 2 nos clamps around pole with suitable size nuts and bolts etc and connecting with street light cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LT junction box for street light, FRP type with hinged type door and locking arrangement, off white colour, of size 300 x 200 x 105mm (internal) comprising of suitable size Aluminium busbar 3 rows with terminals,1 No bakelite base neutral link and 01 No earthing terminal bolt and nut and connecting up cables with aluminium terminal lugs all as specified and as directed .

M&L Painting to steel tubular poles LT of 8.5/9Mtr long incl fittings and fixtures complete, fixed with poles with one coat of alluminium paint incl scrapping of rusts and preparation of surfaces and writing letters and figures in white enamel of black Roman, Italic or Indian of 10 cm height including circular back ground with black enamel paint of two coats incl white circular border over steel/RCC surfaces of electric poles.etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Painting to RCC poles LT of 8.5/9Mtr upto hight 1.2 Mtr with dark yellow and black paint alternate 20 cm each hight like a zebra patern long incl fitting and fixtures complete scrapping of rusts and preparation of surfaces and writing letters and figures in white enamel of black Roman, Italic or Indian of 10 cm height including circular back ground with black enamel paint of two coats incl white circular border over steel/RCC surfaces of electric poles.etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L, in repairs, earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I connected to earth test point using earth strip of 25x4mm as earth lead all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note : Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions:-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 M.[ii]. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.[iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd.[v]. GI protection pipe of size 40 mm bore light grade 7.5m.
