M&L for filling approved dry river sand for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable and punning to 18 cm total thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Approved dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Taking down carefully old existing LT PCC Cable Cover of Class LV of any type & size complete all as specified & as directed.

Laying only LT PCC cable covers of any type & size for protection of UG LT electric cables in trenches, obtained serviceable from serial item No. 5 here-in-above, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type-1, Flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for protection of underground electric cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 100mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls etc with required size of flat iron (minimum 25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT/LT electric cable complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 80mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls etc with required size of flat iron (minimum 25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT/LT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 50mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls etc with required size of flat iron (minimum 25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT/LT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for cutting of existing PCC floor / hardstanding / Interlocking tiles path / WBM road with soling & premix carpet of any description for removing / laying UG Cables/ pipe line, depth of cutting not exceeding 90cm and width 45cm and filling the trench of road i.e. excluding top 20cm with existing aggregate obtained from cutting, watered and properly rammed to satisfaction of EIC and finally provide with & including 20 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate to entire width of trench & finally match the top surface to road & disposal of debris to a distance not exceeding 250 metre and depositing where directed including re-setting of interlocking tiles/ Paver block (where required) complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, base of columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L in repair for street light bracket made from MS tubing in required size & shape at site, cut to length, bend to shape required and suitable for existing street light pole and fixing the bracket to pole with MS flat and nuts and bolts and finally painting the exposed steel surface with two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as directed. Notes :- (i) Size, section and shape of MS pipe shall be as directed. (ii) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of painting. Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

Supply, erection, commissioning & testing 16 metre High Mast suitable for 6 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear, hot dip galvanized, fabricated from high tensile steel plates and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 (Part III) 1987 with door opening, raising and lowering system, head arrangement, two point suspension system with stainless steel wire ropes, double drum winch, integral power tool, torque limiter, lantern carriage, junction box, lightening finial, earth terminals, base flange, foundation bolts, pully assembly, lightning arrester spike, trailing cables, plug & socket, template, other standard accessories, etc including RCC foundation as per manufacturer’s instructions including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, complete all as specified & as directed.

Description of serial item No. 18 contd… Notes : (i) Vertical height of legs of LT panel base frame shall be not less than 45 cm from top of nearest road level / PCC floor finish. Legs shall be grouted in ground minimum 30cm in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate). (ii) The contractor shall produce and get the detailed (GD) drawings of LT Panel approved from GE through Engineer-in-Charge before fabrication and placing the order to the approved manufacturer. (iii) MS frame work shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer. Taking down existing street light fitting of any description and S&F new 90 Watt LED street light fitting, High Efficiency, minimum IP 65 protection, CCT - 5700K, system lumen efficacy ≥ 110 Lm/W, Power factor ≥ 0.95, powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing, top opening with separate driver compartment and clear PMMA/polycarbonate/toughened glass heat resistant cover, fixing to existing bracket including nut bolts, connected with & including 2.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor cable from Junction Box to light fitting and electrically connected to the existing system and testing on completion complete all as directed.

Taking down existing street light fitting of any description and S&F new 90 Watt LED street light fitting, High Efficiency, minimum IP 65 protection, CCT - 5500K, powder coated pressure die spun aluminium housing and clear injection moulded polycarbonate / toughened glass have multi chip on board LED, Beam Angle (Throw & Spread) - 52"x24" and metal clad PCB, the minimum lumen output of the system should be greater than 9000 lumens with minimum lumens per watt 115±10% asymmetric fixing to existing bracket including nut bolts, connected with & including 2.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor cable from Junction Box to light fitting and electrically connected to the existing system and testing on completion complete all as directed. Taking down existing post top lantern of any description and S&F new 45W, IP 65 decorative outdoor post top lighting fixture with powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing and translucent diffuser. The fitting shall have LED with Lens and PCB. The minimum lumen output of the system should be greater than 4000 lumens. The fittings shall have minimum surge protection 5 kV and fitting shall be sealed with a non-ageing silicone gasket, fixed as per manufacturer’s instructions and making necessary electrical connections with & including 2.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor cable from Junction Box to light fitting and testing on completion complete all as directed. Taking down existing Gate/ Post top light fitting and S&F new 28W LED Gate/Post Top lighting fixture, IP-65 protection, outdoor type, decorative, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed with Die cast aluminium housing, Heat resistant toughened bell shaped acrylic diffuser, MS housing with PU paint, Top canopy made of spun aluminium, fixed as per manufacturer's instructions and making necessary electrical connections and testing on completion, complete all as directed. Note : Contractor shall make his own arrangements of T&P, ladder and all other items required for fixing of aviation light on top of High Mast and quoted rate shall deemed to be included of this aspect.

S&F in repair Junction Box made from FRP sheet 2.00 mm thick readymade of size 400mm x 300mm x 200mm, aluminium busbar 100 Amp, 4 wire system, 415 Volt fixed to pole/ Wall with MS clamp of FI 25 x 5mm and suitable size of nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 4.00 Sqmm 3 core PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed, multistranded copper conductor flexible cable of 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) drawn through pole/ pipe from Flood Light to feeder/junction box etc with suitable lugs etc complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs 2.50 Sqmm 3 core PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed, multistranded copper conductor flexible cable of 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) drawn through existing conduit pipe/ inside GI Pole from junction box to fitting with suitable lugs etc complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 1.50 Sqmm 3 core PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed, multistranded copper conductor flexible cable of 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) drawn through pole/ pipe from junction box to fitting with suitable lugs etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 35 sqmm 3.5 Core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection covers, protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for Earthing with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected using galvanized iron earth lead wire 4 mm dia upto 7.5mtr as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI earth lead wire protected by Gl light grade pipe 15 mm bore, including provision of concrete earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars reinforced at 100 mm C/C both ways and handle of 6 mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI medium grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom, 2 m long placed on top edge of earth plate, charcoal and common salt filling test point made out of 40x8 mm flange with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as per electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part I and connected to earth test point including testing on completion complete all as specified & as directed including dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable earthing.
