The system includes one coat of self priming smart care damp proof diluted with 33% of water per ltr with brush over 3 coat of waterproofing smart care damp proof without any dilution of thinner/ water with roller to achieve a min thickness of 1mm complete as per manufecturer specification complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cemet concrete any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) of average thickness 50 mm in adequate slope on roof surfaces for padding to achieve the 1:40 slope complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc.500 ltr and n exc 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs of tank base platform, etc. and reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel water tubing and connection 15mm dia bore and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debris to outside MS land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work / concrete surfaces / PCC block / stone masonry wall surface, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work /concrete surfaces/ PCC block/stone masonry wall surface, including mixing liquid water proofing compound in second layer only as per manufacturers instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on on ceiling, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of chajja / roof projection/roof spout by taking down old plaster applying 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 and finishing the surface even & smooth with out using extra cement and complete surface finish with two coats of exterior emulsion etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing treatment of old surface including brooming down, scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and grease spouts and cleaning with water on wall applying one coat of Acrylic emulsion (exterior whether coat) paint of any tint as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old distempered / decorated surfaces of walls incl brooming down, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing vegetation growth / plants upto roots of any size at the junction of SWR pipe and wall, parapets upto height of 16 mtr and making good the surface using CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall deemed to include cost of scaffolding or ladders etc required for approaching the desired place.

Dismantling of ceiling board with fittings and any description including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F false ceiling with 12mm thick of size 1.20m x2.40m plaster of Paris sheets cut at any size and fixed with machine screws on and including GI channel 22 gauge thick grid work, main joists placed at 1.20m center to centre, cross joists placed at 450mm centre to centre, hanging with 22 gauge GI strip suspenders from roof, ‘J’ hooks bolts and nuts etc and treating the POP sheets with thin layer of POP with Gypsum anhydrous binder and prepare the surface till smooth surface is achieved and applying two coats of texture paint of any pattern and design over a coat of texture primer on ceiling sheets all complete as required as per manufacturer’s instructions and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Pattern and design shell be directed by Engr in Charge during execution of work) (The exposure surface of the false ceilng shall be joint less even smooth to receive texture paint) (The POP Sheets shall be fixed with suitabe screws below the grid) shall not be placed over the grid)

M&L for decorative cornices / moulding using POP of cross sectional dimension exc. 25 Sqcm and n.exc 50 Sqcm as per pattern and design as approved and fixed in position including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of textured paint over primers match with the ceiling sheets complete all as specified and directed. Note : Pattern and design shell be directed by Engr in Charge during execution of work.

Complete removal of the existing treatment on old/ new plastered surface of walls/ceiling and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of approved primer matching with the colour of ceiling sheets complete inclding one coat of average POP punning of average thickness 3mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : The POP Punning shall be carried out immediately after removing the existing treatmet of wall surfaces. Applicatin of Plastic emulsion paint shall be carried out by Roller application in monolithic manner.

S&F false ceiling of pre painted gypsum building boards, manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process confirming to IS-14862, of size 600mmx600mmx12mm thick over and including snap grid frame work of T section (main and cross member) of size 20mmx20mmx1.00mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mmx600mm. The aluminium frame work will be supported on side wall with the use of 'L' section of size 20mmx20mmx1.00 angles etc.Snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair false ceilings tiles of size 594mm x 594mm RH-99 mineral fibre sound absorbing sheet 12mm thick micro look edge laid on the 600mm x 600mm module complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for grouting of all RCC structure with Low viscous two parts of epoxy (Mixed in ratio as specified by manufacturer) Neofill LV by using preassure pump including drilling necessary holes of required size at distance of about 30 to 50 cm centre to centre as required, fixing of PVC Nozzles by quick setting ready made epoxy based plugging putty, scaffolding, and preassure grouting with compressor at about 1kgf to RCC beams/chajjas/slabs/coulumns at all heights as per manufactureres instruction and as directed by Eng- IN Charge.upto 10 mtr height. Make of Low viscous epoxy shall be Neofill of M/s Fosroc/EPCO-KP-250+EPCO -250 of M/s Krishna conchem or equivalent of FOSROC, PIDILITE, HARIOM POLYMERS (P) LTD / SIKA. Notes: (i) Payment shall be made as per the weight of epoxy formulation as calculated based on net contained weight of epoxy actually consumed in the work. (ii) The sealed container shall first to be brought to the site and handed over to MES store and thereafter to be used as and when required in the presence of MES executive. (iii) Record of day to day consumption with location and date etc shall be maintained in the serially numbered certified bounded register with shall be signed by contractor and Enggr-in-Charge. (iv) The quoted rate is deemed to include the cost for sealing of cracks required for grouting purpose.

Supplying and application of nitobond EP (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals India Ltd , Krishna conchem or equivalent as approved, epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surfaces including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of paint, brush etc. upto 10 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for rendering 20 mm thick polymer modified mortar over face of Concrete of couloum/Beams etc. for height upto 10 mtr in CM mortar 1:3 along with adding up of SBR latex of M/s Fosroc or equivalent as per manfactueres instruction and finishing even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) SBR latex will be measured and paid seperately. (b) Cost of scafflding upto 10 mtr height shall be deemed to be included in the cost.

Supply of SBR Latex or equivalent of M/s Fosroc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and provisioning Renderoc RG (manufactured by M/S Fosroc chemicals India Ltd) to an average thickness of 50-70 mm for beam and Cloumn, fluid micro concrete shall be mixed with 6mm down coarse aggregate and specified quantity of water and mixed using a power operated slow speed stirrer and pouring inside the form work including the cost of all materials, rent for tools, scaffolding, form work and labour charges upto 10 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 46 above but 6 to 8mm dia deformed bars in stirrups.

Removing building materials (Cement concrete any description, bricks , stone slab and tiles, bricks dust or mud etc) to a distance of 3.0 KM beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination all as specified and as directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
