Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of Organic Waste Converter – Dewatering Composter of Capacity 1000Kg/day suitable for Segregated Organic(biodegradable) waste input and Dry organic Compost as output. with following Specifications: (a) In-built Shredder of capacity 350 kg/hour, output size 5-10mm, Electrically operated 3Hp, 3Ph, 50Hz motor with forward and reverse motion, (b) Screw Press Dewatering Machine of capacity 350 kg/hour, Electrically operated 3Hp, 3Ph, 50Hz, 02 Nos motors (1 for shredder & 1 for dewatering machine) Housing (Outer body) Made by MS sheet with powder coating, Shaft, Screw, Screen Made by SS-304, Dimension 7.5 feet L x 3 feet W x 7 feet H and Electrical Control Panel with overload protection and other required safety features. (c) Composting Mixer of capacity 150 kg/batch Electrically operated 3Hp, 3Ph, 50Hz, 02 Nos motors. Housing Made by MS sheet with powder coating, Blade & Shaft Made by SS-304, Dimension 6 feet L x 2.5 feet W x 5 feet H and Electrical Control Panel with overload protection and other required safety features. (d) Double Curing System : 3 modules in total with a capacity of 1000 Kg per day, Each module consists of 170 HDPE crates of 542x360x292 mm with green net for aeration & One folding storage rack

Material & labour for Earthing using galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using galvanised strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of GI and protected by light grade 40 mm dia galvanised iron pipe and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering, including funnel, wire mesh, PCC/FRP pit chamber with cover (including necessary excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009.
