Supply and fix in repairs drive assembly suitable for servo motors of voltage stabilizer upto 200KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Trigger/Control transformer of suitable capacity for servo voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair dimmer of suitable capacity for servo voltage stabilizer of capacity up to 200KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs/replacement of LED indicator lamps of suitable capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs/replacement of digital voltmeter 0-500 Volts with selector switch and coil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair/replacement of digital Ampere meter 0-500 Amps with selector switch and coil complete all as specified and directed.

Labour and transporting charge for carrying unserviceable voltage stabliser/ air compressor/ UPS control panel of any capacity by disconnecting electrical connections and carrying to local workshop for repair/ rewinding complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The cost of transporting veh, loading/unloading of plant is deemed to be incl in unit rate. (ii) The cost of winding will be measured and paid under relevant item.

Labour for opening of servo voltage stabilizer of any capacity at workshop or at sub station after disconnecting electric and earth connection, drain out oil and kept in closed container for reuse, removing of top cover of stabilizer, cleaning of spare parts and washed down with the help of spray of clean oil and reassembling the stabilizer after replacement of unserviceable parts refilling of oil after checking dielectric strength and connecting electric connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- If oil of stabilizer found less than required quantity the same shall be filled with new oil and will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Material and labour for rewinding old/burnt out coils by super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate size of super quality (as per existing material & size of voltage stabilizer coils and reciprocating motor) including, insulating, varnishing, heating, and reassembling coils in position, etc for 315 KVA voltage stabilizer or motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair top cover gasket made up of 5 mm thick cork sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs drain gun metal gate valve 25mm dia as suitable for drain out oil from voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing old painted surface of voltage stabilizer outer surface/LT Panel board/Air compressor of any size and capacity by thoroughly cleaning the surfaces to remove dirt, dust, rust flakes and paint flakes, using wire brush or sand papers, damp cloth or as directed. Priming the surface with anti corrosive primers using suitable sprayers. Applying automotive paint using sprayers till glossy finish is obtained complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing air compressor by cleaning all external parts, disconnecting electric connection greasing all moving parts checking electric connection checking serviceability and reconnecting cable connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement DOL starter 7 to 10 HP as suitable at site and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Power contactor (TC1DXE254) of 25 amps, 4 pole, suitable for DOL starter upto 10 HP including proper connection of wires, testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Thermal overload relay having range 14-23 amps, 4 pole, suitable for DOL starter upto 10 HP including proper connection of wires, testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair/replacement of air pressure gauge as per existing pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Parameter Setting single control circuit board (Microrev1.3N type) suitable for 50 KVA servo voltage stabilizer 415V, 3 phase as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Labour charges for inspecting of Voltage stabliser/UPS control panel/Air compressor by authorised person of OEM for maintenance and thoroughly checking all internal circuit wiring, If any minor part costing upto Rs 500/- will be changed by contractor and major part/spares shall be measures and paid separately. Note:- Any part costing beyond Rs 500/- required for repair will be measured and paid under relevent item

Shifting of Voltage stabilizer/LT Panel from one place to another place by disconnecting its all electrical connections transporting though their own veh and loading unloading etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of the transporting veh and crane is deemed to be included in unit rate.

Material and labour for welding work for weld the hinges of panel door, MS sheet 3mm thick inclding 02 Nos hinges and piece of 3mm thick sheet not more that 0.25 Sqm area of sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply fabricate, testing and commissioning of factory made LT outdoor distribution panel board single door of size 800mm x 800mm x 400mm including locking arrangement cubical type dust and virmin proof, weather proof, aesthetical designed, IP54 degree of ingress protection, fabricated with 3mm thick CRCA sheet with front and rear opening including 4 strips of copper bus bar of 400 Amps current carrying capacity insulated with colour sleeves, porcelain/epoxy insulators 1100V, rail channel, cable entry, danger notice plate of 1100 Volt, angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm and 60cm grouted in ground and 60cm above GL including necessary excavation, foundation, PCC etc. complete duly powder coated of approved colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing indoor type cable termination (heat shrinkable) suitable for 3 core, 11 KV /underground electric cable, XLPE cable of size 95 sqmm, extra terminal length as required on ground complete all as specified and directed.

Re-laying of old serviceable cable of any size after repair/jointing work at same location or another. Note:- Excavation earthwork, cable covers, sand cushioning and GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx3.15mm thick, thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate . If desired value of resistance not obtained, the earthing will be re-done at no extra cost.
