Supply and fix in replacement of 9 Watt LED bolard in rectangular shaped victorian design with opal acrylic diffuser and IP 65 protection,including PCC work for mounting the fittings with suitable size of nut,bolts and connection with two core Copper cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 36W LED recessed 2x2 luminaire 6500K fixed in the existing Ciling/roofs white powder coated CRCA housing with LED seanless front frame with flat white transmissionacrylic cover and necessary connection with twin core copper cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement sub main wiring drawing through and including PVC casing caping of suitable size with all fittings two run of single core 6 sq mm FRLSH single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conductor and one run of 6 sq mm FRLSH as earth wire of multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable of 1100 volts grade including taking down old unserviceable sub main wire any size with casing caping/conduit and all accessories all as directed

Supply and fix in replacement sub main wiring drawing through and including PVC casing caping of suitable size with all fittings two run of single core 4 sq mm FRLSH single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conductor and one run of 4 sq mm FRLSH as earth wire of multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable of 1100 volts grade including taking down old unserviceable sub main wire any size with casing caping/conduit and all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthling complete with galvanized GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.00 mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and galvanized iron or steel including earth work in any type of soil, charcoal salt 15 cm around the earth plate as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part1991,20 mm dia watering pipe medium grade 1.50 metre long GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia from earth pit to main board complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Maximum length of GI protection pipe with each earth shall not be less than 7.5 metre including necessary pit with cover, including testing on complition.

Checking and attending complaints by means of repairing/rectifying the electric defects/faults related to elctrical equipments ,devices,accessories and fixtures maintained by MES .Tightening the loose connections complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. The electrician deployed by the contractor shall have ITI /05 years expreince certificate in concerned trade.Helperdeployed shall be min 8th pass with min 03 years expriance in relevant trade. 2. This item covers only cost of labour for attending complaint and taking down of old material. 3. Item to be replaced under this item shall be either isued free for fixing under schedule 'B'or shall be contractor supply under respective items of this schedule as decided by Enge-in -charge.Decision of GE in this regard shall be firm and binding. 4. Complaints noted'' NO Light'' shall be attended imediately up to 2200 hrs without fail,failing which recovery of Rs.240/ per complaint shall be effected from the RARs/ F Bill. 5. Minor items as PVC wire of any size as per requirement up to 1.0m length,thimble,electric tape etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this items. 6.The complaints shall be attended & defects shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slip failing which a penalty @ Rs.120 per complaint per day shall be leived/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from his dues. 7. Contracror shall arrange suitable T&P incl necessary means of transport, ladder and safety measures to make it functional complete all as specified and directed. 8. Contractor or his rep will report daily at complaint cell for collection of complaints fromthe concerned JE's incharge,in case after checking& attending the defects, if it is not possible to rectfy the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engeer in charge by the contractor/his rep immediately. If Engr -in -chargr is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account. 9. Number of complaints attend at one location will be consider in one job only. i.e In each complaint for one location will be measured in one job only. 10.Labour charges for this item shall not be included under items which includes 'Material and labour','Supply and Fix' in repair',fixing only /Fixing in repair etc in respective item of this Schedule/BOQ.

Supply only LED Batten light with 01 Nos of LED tube 18/20 Watt fixed on two Nos of Square Block with twin core copper flexible wire and incl taking down old type tube light fitting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LED Batten light with 01 Nos of LED tube 10 Watt fixed on two Nos of Square Block with twin core copper flexible wire and incl taking down old type tube light fitting/holder any type etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of aesthetically designed LED security light luminiareis of 35 watts system wattage for energy saving having IP 66 degree of protection,with minimum system efficiency as85%,made of pressure die casting aluminum housing power coated in graphite grey and heat resistant toughened glass with excellent thermal management LED should have lens optics and vandal proof prismatic poly carbonate covers for ensuring efficient optics and uniform distribution of light Fitting should have operating voltage range of 120-270 VAC,THD10%,P.F.95 The fitting should have in built surge protector of 5 KV and CRI70 with CCT 5700 K including 40mm dia GI pipe light grade of 1.5metre length with necessary clamp & nut bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of energy efficient conventional LED Bulk head fitting 10 W IP 65 including twin core copper flexible wire and incl taking down old type fitting/holder any type etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for spot cheking serviceability of ceiling fan, exhaust fan, wall mounted fan,pedestal fan,and ensure all accessories like splite pin,fan hook,rubber,clamps nut and bolt,down rod etc and refixing the appliances after the checking/servicing or replacement of accessories,as required complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The work shall be carried out in occupied quarters and the part(split pin,fan hook, rubber bush) replace will be deemed under quoted rates. (ii) The work shall be carried on specific numbered docket issued by Engr-in-Charge/JE and after checking of servicability/repair,contractor shall obtained the sign of the user and return the docket for payment action. (iii) All tools and plants required for the work shall be arrange by the contractor.

Taking down ceiling fan/Exhaust fan /wall monted fan/pedestal fan of any make and sweep,cleaning externally and internally. Stripping out the fans, examine the unserviceable spares/ burnt winding by testing, cleaning and lubricating bush/ bearings. Refixing the fans in same position after necessary repairs/ servicing including carring out the replacement worn out parts, body covers, screws, spilt pins nuts condensor and flexible wire copper conducter from ceiling fan to ceiling rose etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The parts replaced will be measured under relevant item as "Supply Only" (ii) All tools and plants required for the work shall be arrange by the contractor.

Removing defective winding and rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge and weight as per manufactures design and instructions including insulating materials and varnishing of ceiling fans/flame proof ceiling fan of of size 1200/ 1400mm sweap of any make and re-assembling testing complete and refixing to the location including replacement of flexible copper wire from ceiling rose to ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Condenser 4 MFD, 440 Volts, AC 50 Hz as per IS 1709 suitable for exhaust fan 300/380/450 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix down rod of length appx (3 Feet) by removing and refixing of any type of ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan from fan hook and disconnecting electric connection from ceiling rose to fan with existing down rod and refixing/hanging of ceiling fan after replacement of old ordinary fan rod with new anti suicide fan rod including provision of suitable cable as per existing from ceiling rose or connector to fan & proper electrical/mechanical connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix fan hook made out of MS Flat/round bar of suitable size with nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair exhaust fan 300 mm sweep single phase 230/240 V, 1200RPM made of sturdy engineering plastic complete with louver shutter copper winding fixed in wall with nuts and bolts by making of suitable arrangement and making good complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
