MANNING AND OPERATION

ITEM FOR PHASE-II (B). AMC/ Outsourcing the resources for monitoring, management and operation for 01 No Solar Power Plant complete i.e. upto 8.484 months including Sundays and holidays from date of commencement as specified in WO. It includes providing the following manpower (a) 01 Engineer (Minimum Diploma Holder) and one trained Electrician in first shift attending/ monitoring the breakdown and preventive maintenance. (b) 01 Engineer (Minimum Diploma Holder) for second shift. (c) 01 No non skilled labour for cleaning panels and upkeep the installation for third shift complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The Engineer must have Diploma certificate in Electricals and Electronics, the electrician having experience in operation & maintenance of solar power plant, familair with SCADA operating system, weathering monitoring system , HT/ LT Installation and secuirty and safety complete. Note: The technician and the helper shall carry out the below described preventive maintenance and maintain proper log sheets of the works carried out. (a) Servicing of all Solar equipments, HT & LT control system, Transformers weather monitoring equipments, SCADA system etc all as per OEM recommendation. (b) Everay day cleaning of Solar PV modules by washing plants, sprays, brushes, tools and plants, any washing solutions as per OEM recommendations complete. (c) Checking net meter reading and recording in log book as per instruction given by Engr-in-Charge. (d) The Engineer/ Electrician shall submit reports in soft/ hard copy format as required by the Engineer- in-Charge. (e) Safe, security of all E&M equipments, solar panels, T&P, Sub Stn complete. (f) Area cleaning removing of grasses, bushes etc as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All stationery, T&P, minor items required to maintain the installations in a presentable manner and always keep in 100% functionable conditions are deemed to be included in the cost of quoted rate.
