M&L for non skid joint free ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e. 600mm x 300mm or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for ultra strong outdoor vitrified parking coloured tiles, 12mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 2.5 sqmm (nominal area) size main cable & one run of 2.5 sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS with multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade (ISI marked) cables, drawn through & including suitable size of heavy duty PVC casing and capping double lock type (ISI marked) with accessories, fixed on wall/ceiling, complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- 02 runs of 2.5 sqmm size main cable, 01 run of 2.5 sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable and casing and capping with accessories shall be measured as one run length for payment purpose.

Supply, install and commissioning Electric Chimney working on 240V, 50Hz, wall mounted type, built with stainless steel material, 90 cm size, EDS3 Technology with deep silence mechanism, Touch T4V Control, 3D SS Filter, Black Glass finish, minimum air flow T-1010 Cum/hr, 2 x 1.5 W LED lamp, fixed in brick/ stone wall with core cutting, installation with fittings as per manufacturer’s instructions with all necessary electrical connections, nut-bolts, clamping and testing on completion complete all as directed. Make: Elica Model No. SPOT H4 EDS HE LTW NERO T4V LED or equivalent in Faber/ Hindware as approved by GE.

M&L for 150mm dia round shape aluminium ducting for Electric Chimney with necessary clamping & cowl arrangement complete as per manufacturer’s instructions of Electric Chimney complete all as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for filling approved dry river sand for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable and punning to 18 cm total thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Approved dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Taking down old existing unserviceable LT PCC Cable Cover of any type/ size and Supply and laying new un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type-1, Flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for protection of underground electric cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 300 sqmm 3½ Core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection covers, protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection covers, protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc finished fair and even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered/ unplastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down/ dismantling carefully old indoor type DG Set of capacity 125 KVA of any make including fuel tank from foundation by disconnecting all electrical connection & removing all accessories including depositing the same to Store Yard of GE (Army) Jamnagar including transportation from Navy Filtration Plant to Store Yard of GE (Army) Jamnagar including all T&P, loading & unloading in Vehicle complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) Old DG Set shall be property of the department and shall be deposited to Store Yard of GE (Army) Jamnagar by contractor. (ii) All T&P/Vehicle for loading, shifting, unloading, etc of DG Set shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing of approved OEM factory assembled Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set canopy type of 125 KVA capacity, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, as per IS 10001/ 10002, AC power supply with Power Factor 0.8 (minimum) coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete with fuel tank, battery, AMF panel and switch gear with sound proof/ Acoustic canopy complete as per CPCB-4 latest norms on PCC foundation and standard accessories and fittings, install on vibration pad, all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with the following specification:- (A) ENGINE: Water Cooled Diesel Engine of suitable capacity to match the 125 KVA alternator conforming to IS. Fuel tank capacity shall be sufficient for 8 hours and mounted as per manufacturer's instructions. (F) ELECTRICAL: (i) Neutral/Body earthing points at the sides of enclosure are isolated through Dough Moulded compound.
