Supply & fix in repair GI spouts of 40 mm dia pipe , approxly 700mm long in sunken floors including necessary cutting , chipping of walls and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 or cement mortar 1:3 with WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for attending the complaints of joinery work on day to day basis which include the complaints viz repairs of door/window/wire mesh fixing/fixing of builders hardware/replacement of glass pane/curtain rod & similar nature of joinery complaints and also carrying out minor repairs to doors/windows etc to make them fully functional complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Note:- (a) Contractor shall deploy 01 carpenter & 01 helper from 09.00 AM to 05.00 PM (except holidays) to attend the complaints.
(b) Items to be replaced e.g. glass wire mesh etc shall be issued to the carpenter by concern JE.
(c) Carpenter & helper shall report to complaints cell/concern JE (B/R) & receive the complaint slip.
(d) Complaint shall be cleared on daily basis. Non-clearence of complaints shall be charged Rs 150.00 per complaint. (e) Carpenter shall report to concerned JE after 05.00 PM to give report of clearance of complaints.
