CHAIR DINING FD/MAP-II/04 (FD/MAP-II/04) Dimension: Overall size shall be 450mm wide x450mm deep and 950 mm height ,450mm high up to seat. Description:- (a) All wood to be usd shall be 1st clas hard teak wood (b) The seat of chair shalll be made of 40 density foamcushion having thickness 75mm. The cushion shall be placed and pasted on 12mm BWR plywood as per size of seat duly covered with approved tapestry cloth of rate not less than450mm per mtr. The seat shall be be fixed over the rails and screwed from wood stopper with 30mm long screws.(c) PVC hard rubber ring of dia 25mm shall be provided to bottom of each leg with 20mm long screws. Rest all specification and dimensions are as per drg. Finish:- The chair shall be be polished in high gloss melamine polishin walnut shade after preparation of surfaces.

HAT STAND WITH MIRROR LARGE (FD-233) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 1330 mm long, 710mm high. DESCRIPTION:The inner frame shall be of 50mmx20mm teak wood battens six in nos .The back and front of frame shall be covered with 6mm thick commercial ply.The edges of the frame shall be covered with 6mmx35mm teak wood edging fixed alround the frame with headless nails and adhesive.Six brass pegs 120mm long shall be fixed over the wooden membrane with brass screws as shown in drg.5mm thick looking mirror of (saint gobian,Modiguard/Atul) shall be provided as shown on drg with beading alround . Mild steel key plate shall be provided at both top corners of the hat stand. FINISH: All teak wood surfaces shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish. All steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer. Rest all as per drgs

PEG TABLE (FD-384) DIMENSION; Overall size shall be 450mm long,300mm wide and 380mm high. DESCRIPTION: Legs shall be of teak wood of section 30mmx50mm.The legs shall be 362mm high.5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided on the top of legs which shall be visible when placed in position.Two nos top rails of section 20mmx40mm of teak wood shall be provided connecting legs.Two bottom rails of size 20mmx40mm shall be fixed between the legs .A centre stiffeners of size 20x40mm shall be provided at centre of side bottom rails for extra support irrespective of what is shown on drg.Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board with 4mm teak wood edging all round the top of table. FINISH: All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high lacquer finish.Rest all as per drg.

RECEPTACLE PVC SMALL (FD/E6/MAP/13) DIMENSION/CAPACITY:-The receptacle shall be of capacity 20 ltrs DESCRIPTION:The body of receptacle PVC shall be made up of thick polymer plastic of thickness not less than 2.5mm,provided with swivel lid and iron handles on both sides as shown in drg. Make-Cello, TUPPERWARE or AMKO equivalent as shown in drg.

SIDE BOARD (FD-1112) Overall size shall be 1025mm long, 450mm wide and 750mm high. Back shall be 1025mm long and 750mm high pre-laminated particle bd 19mm thick/18mm MDF, Sides shall be 450mm wide and 675mm high pre-laminated particle bd 19mm thick/18mm thick MDF. Base shall be of 75mm high 19mm thick pre-laminated particle bd /18mm thick MDF fixed at 25mm from front and sides. Top and bottom shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle bd/18mm thick MDF. A veticle partition of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle bd /18mm thick MDF shall be provided at 358mm from inside of right hand side pre-laminated particle board/18mm thick MDF. Four drawers shall be provided equally in this space. Three pieces of particle board 40mmx19mm and 358mm long shall be provided over the lower three drawers. Bottom, sides back of drawers shall be of 19mm thick particle bd. The front of drawers shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle bd/18mm thick MDF 20mm x20mm teak wood bearers fixed exactly in centre of both sides of the drawers shall be provided to each drawer. Another 20mm x20mm teak wood bearer shall be fixed to the vertical of the side bd in such a way the the bearers fixed with the sides of the drawer shall slide over smoothly. On left side compartment two horizontal shelves, equally spaced shall provided as shown on drawing. The size of shelves shall be 610mm long, and 387 mm wide. Two side hung shutters shall be provided to left hand side of side board. the shutters shall be side hung with 20mm size piano type hinges. The shutters shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board/18mm thick MDF. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided alround the front shutters and front of shelves. Shelvesh shall be fixed over the standard aluminium shelf support. ON all visible front edges of pre-laminated particle bd/MDF bd shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood edging. All drawers and shutters shall be provided with one handle each of powder coated mild steel and 100mm long. Two catch spring shall be provided to shutters as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer fininsh.

SOFA SET 5 SEATER WITH CUSHION (FD-373) Overall size of three seat piece shall be 1730mm long, 745mm wide and 530mm high up to arm rest level. Overall size of one piece shall be 670mm long and 745 mm wide and 530mm high up to arm rest level. The sofa set to seat five shall consist of one large three seat piece and two small one seat pieces.. All wood shall be of first class teak wood (MP) legs of sofa set shall be 70mm x35mm in section teak wood . Front legs shall be jointed by 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rail in front . Front and rear legs shall be joined with 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rails in sides. The top of front rail and side rails shall be 300mm from bottom of legs. Three wooden bearers of 40mm x 40mm in section shall be provided below the seat to support wood battens of 50mm x 20mm in section . 21 numbers wooden battens shall be provided for the seat of large three seat set and 7 numbers wooden battens shall be provided to the set of one seat set. Arm rests shall be made to shape of size 70mm x 35mm 25mm X 3mm flat iron 200 mm long made to shape out of 60mm X 3mm as shown on drawing.25mm X 3 mm flat iron 3655 mm long made to shape shall be welded to pipes.20mm X 3 mm flat iron stay riveted to each other and in the middle shall be provided as shown on drawing to facilities the folding of charpoy. PVC shoes shall be provided to bottom of all legs. Top of charpoy folding 6mm thick commercial plywood shall be provided for top as shown on drg with proper nut and bolt painting shall be done with automotive paint after preparation of surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge Weaving of newar shall be done after the painting.A horizontal pipe piece shall be fixed at 125mm below the bottom of top pipe of leg frsme. Three pieces of 12mm dia mild steel pipes of wall thickness 2mm shall be welded in head and foot sides with equal spacing ed with 4 mm thick wood edging.All drawers and shutters shall be provided with one handle each of powder coated mild steel and 100mm long.Two catch spring shall be specified.

STOOL DRESSING WITH CUSHION SEAT (FD/MAP-II/07) The overall size of the table dressing shall be 1150mm long 380mm wide and 1700mm high. The sides, top sides, top , back and front of the base unitshall beof 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board. The bottom of the side units shall be of 12mm thick commercial plywood . The side and back drawers shall be of 12mm thick prelaminated MDF, boottom of the drawers shall be of 6mm thick ply weeras the front of the drawers shal be of 18 mm thick prelaminated MDF board 5mm thick electro copper plated mirror shall be fixed over 6mm thick plywood back. The plywood shall be fixed on two vertical hardwood member of size 45mmx35mm a horizontal support of size 30mmx20mm shall be provided in between two vertical members. The Overall size of the stool shall be 440mm long 350mm wide and 425mm high The four sides shll be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF. The top of the stool shall be of 12mm thick plywood openable as shown in drg. Four heavy duty revolving nylon double wheels shall be provided at base below the 6mm base ply fixed over wooden runner 20mmx20mm. The seat of the stool shall be 75mm high, made of foam 40 density covered with tapestry cloth as approved by ngr-in-charge/GE Rst all as per drg.

TABLE CENTRE (FD-274) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 900mm long, 450mm wide and 400mm high. DESCRIPTION: All wood shall be of teak wood. Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of top.Legs shall be made out of 60mmx30mm in section teak wood and 356 mm high. Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section and 420mm long shall be provided between legs, widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs.The bottom tier shall be fixed on the top of bottom side rails with 50mm long screwss.The bottom tier shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of both the tops.25mm dia hard rubber /PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws. FINISH:All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish Rest all as per drg.

DESCRIPTION:All wood shall be of first class teak wood (MP).The top shall be of prelaminated MDF board of 18/19mm thick with 4mm thick teak wood beading alround the edges of the top fixed with headless nails and adhesive on long sides only . Four legs shall be 90mm×45mm in section and 750mm high. Legs shall be joined by 45mm×90mm teak wood rails in long and short sides at top in such a way that top of legs and top of rails shall be at one level.25mmX45mm teak wood wooden member of size 900mm long shall also be provided as shown in drg. TABLE DRESSING GENTS (FD/E6/MAP/16) DIMENSION :Overall size shall be 900mm long, 300mm wide and 150mm high at bottom with support of mirror as 1115mm high. DESCRIPTION: The frame of mirror shall be overall size of 410mm wide and 790mm high, fixed at 150mm from top of lower base.The entire box shall be made of 12mm thick prelaminated MDF board except back and bottom which shall be of 12mm thick plywood .The sides of the drawers shall be made of 12mm thick commercial ply with bottom of 6 mm ply and front of 12mm thick prelaminated MDF board.The mirror of 380mmx760mm shall be provided with its wooden frame made of 25mmx35mm teak wood battens.The bach shall be of 6mm thick plywood.5.5mm thick mirror distortion free shall be provided on 6mm thick plywood backing..3mm thick flat iron key plates of MS.Two knobs of aluminium anodized dark brown in shade shall be provided to both the drawers. 25mmx25mm in section shall be provided at top of mirror and painted with black paint. TABLE WRITING (FD-275) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 1145mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high. DESCRIPTION:All wood shall be of first class hard teak wood except top and right hand side drawer cabinet. Legs shall be of 35mmx55mm in section and 717mm high having 5mmx5mm in section groove at the top of legs at the portion when placed in position. The top shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade and the edges shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading. Two short stiffeners of teak wood of size 50mmx40mm in section irrespective of what is shown on drg shall be provided between legs at 100mm from bottom of legs. Sides of the box which house the drawer and cabinet shall be 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. Sides and back of drawers shall be of 12mm thick teak wood planks. Bottom of drawers shall be of 6 mm thick plywood commercial.6mm thick plywood commercial 75mm high partition shall be provided in the drawer. Shutter for cabinet shall be fixed with piano type continuous hinges. Lock shall be provided to drawer and shutters. Recessed handle shall be provided to drawer and shutter.25mm dia and 25mm high rubber shoes shall be fixed to bottom of legs. FINISH: All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg.

TABLE COMPUTER(FD/E6/MAP/03) Overall size shall be 900mm long 561.20mm wide and 750mm high .All prelaminated particle board used in manufacturing of top shelves, drawers, tray shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated extrior grade board. The frame of table shall be of 25mm thick The top of table shall be provided with 4mm teak wood beading The legs shall be made out of 25mmx50mm MS rectangular CR pipe of 18 guage. Each leg shall be privided with rectangular PVC cover made to shape on front sides only. The legs shall also be provided with nylon buffers. Rst all as per drg.

TEAPOY (FD-382) DIMENSION: The overall size shall be 600mm long, 450mm wide and 540mm high. DESCRIPTION :The legs shall be 60mmx30mm in section and 497 mm high and shall be of teak wood.5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided at the visible portion of top of legs. Top rails of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section and 510mm long shall be provided between the legs. Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section and 420mm long shall be provided between legs, widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs. A centre rail of size 20mmx50mm shall also be provided lengthwise at centre in between the side bottom rails irrespective of what is shown on drg.25mm thick and 25mm dia hard rubber /PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws.Top of table shall be of 18 mm thick pre-laminated MDF board with 4mm teak wood edging al-round the top of table. TROLLY FOR TV (FD/E6/MAP/04(R)) DIMENSION:-Overall size shall be 650mm long x 500mm wide and 750mm high. DESCRIPTION:-The sides,back,shelf and front openable shutters shall be of prelaminated MDF board of 18/19mm thick with 4mm thick teak wood beading alround the edges of the MDF board fixed with headless nails and adhesive.The front shutters shall be of 5.5 mm thick glass shutter with magnetic catcher.Brass handle and door catchers shall also be provided to the TV trolley as described on drg..The pull out drawers shall be provided with two telescopic channel.The top of the trolley shall be of prelaminated MDF board of 18/19mm thick with 4mm thick teak wood beading alround the edges of the MDF board fixed with headless nails and adhesive .50mm dia swivel type castors heavy duty twin wheel 4 in numbers shall be provided at base .rest all as per drg. FINISH:- All wooden surfaces shall be french polished in high gloss finish.

ALMIRAH MED STEEL 1/2 H & 1/2 SHELVES (FD-1034) Dimension :- All dimensions shape and size shall be as shown in drawing and as specified. Overall size shall be 765mm(L) x 440mm(W) x 1270 mm(H). Steel sheet:- 1 mm thick Black/MS Sheet for top, base,bottom,side,back,legs and shelves. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm lenght. Shutter shall have two hinges of 75mm long butt hinged and shutters shall be side hung. All Joints, welding and fixing shall be done. Handles - Chromium plated steel handle 100 mm long shall be provided to the steel shutter. Locking:-Three way locking device Godrej pattern for shutter shall be provided. Hanging Arrangement.: 18-20mm dia chromium plated conduit pipe 1.25mm thick with socket both side shall be provided for hanging. Paint:- All steel surfaces shall be painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel Olive Silver paint with spray gun over a coat of primer.The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned and prepared prior to application of paint. Rest- All other items,fitting and fixtures shall be shown on drawings. All as directed and brand Approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

ALMIRAH LARGE (STEEL) 1/2 HANGING 1/2 SHELVING (FD-1033) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall 920mm long, 485mm wide and 1985mm high. The base shall be 100mm high. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channels shape with ends covered and welded to bottom of almirah. Mild steel sheet for channel shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 920mm length. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Two shelves shall be provided at 350mm and 700mm from bottom of almirah. Ahan ging rod 60mm from top shall be provided which shall be of 20mm dia steel chromium plated conduit pipe of wall thickness 1.25mm. Two sockets shall be provided at the end of hanging rod. Front shutters shall have two leaves. A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall provided to shutters. A three way locking device shall be provided to front shutters. Each leaf of front shutter shall be hinged with three nubers butt hinges 75mm long and shuttetion shall be given high gloss freanch polish with lacquequer finisheat of the stool shall be 75 mm high made of foam 40 density covered with tapestry cloth as approved by Engr-in-charge/GE all as per drg. in the middle shall be provided as shownon drawing to facilitate the folding of charpoy.PVC shoes shall be provided to bottom of all legs.Top of charpoy folding 6mm.

BED HARD STEEL(FD/E6/MAP/08 (R)) Overall size shall be 2050mm long, 900mm wide and 400mm high. All Steel shall be MS Square pipe of 18 Gauge. The head board shall be 800mm high and Foot board shall be 500mm high. The frame of head board and foot board shall be of 38mmx38mm MS square pipe.18mmx18mm MS square pipe shall be provided in the inner of head board frame/foot board frame as shown in drg.18mm thick both side decorative prelaminated particle board of walnut shade with PVC edging shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded to 18mm thick rectangular pipe with standard workmanship both in head board/foot board..25mmx65mm rectangular CR pipe shall be used to make the long rails and short rails of bed hard and welding shall be done for fixing long rails to the legs irrespective of what is shown on drg.One stiffener of size 25mmx25mm shall be welded between the two legs of headboard over 150mm from the ground level. The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR ply of approved make fixed over the four equidistant stiffenetion shall be given high gloss french polish with lacquequer finisheat of the stool shall be 75 mm high,grade of foam 40 density covered with tapestry cloth as approve by Engr-in-Charge /GE rest all as per drg.in the middle shall be provided as shown.

CHAIR VERANDAH (FD-256) DIMENSION:-The overall size of the chair shall be 455mm wide 455mm deep and 940mm high. DESCRIPTION:- The frame of the chair shall be of 19mm dia MS tube of wall thickness 1.6mm duly powder coated 70 microns by 7 tank process and oven dried . The seat and back of the chair shall be of PVC 4mm of weight not less than 1.85 kgs and grooves 90x10mm ten in nos on seat and back. One stiffener 19mm dia MS tube shall be provided in between the front legs as shown in drg. An additional support in seat and back shall be provided at centre between the seat and back duly welded for rest of PVC seat irrespective of what is shown on drg. Rubber shoes of best quality shall be provided to each end of legs.Rest all as per drg. FINISH:-The frame of the chair shall be powder coated 70 microns by 7 tank process and oven dried in white.

CHAIR WRITING WITH CUSHINED (FD/E6/MAP/12) DIMENSION:The overall size of the chair shall approx be 950mm high,500mmwide DESCRIPTION:It shall be of trade pattern and of one make and model as described.The size /dimensions of the chair shall meet the overall specification as described.The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated ,cantilever type of size 25mmx10mm in section.Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort.120mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back.Arm rest shall be of black integral skin poly urethane with shore “A” hardness and reinforced with MS insert.It shall be scratch and wheather resistant.Both hand rest section shall have inner and outer dia of 210mm and 230mm respectively and have slope towards front.. (c) Handle arm shall be gas-assisted injection molded from black polypropylene. Revolving & flit shoud have a full 360 degree revolving mechanism with 17 deg. (d) Maximum and minimum heigh of gas lift shall be 930mm and 830mm resoectively. (e) Colour of seat upholster should be post officered blue or black.

CHARPOY FOLDING IP WITH PLY TOP (FD-388(R)) Overall size shall be 1980mm long, 900mm wide and 450mm high. Frame over which shall be woven shall be of two U-shaped frames 927.5mm long and 900mm wide fixed together in the middle by two gusset plates. The frame shall be of 25mm dia mild steel pipe of wall thickness of 2mm. The open ends of U-shaped frames shall be joined by flat iron gusset pipe place (02Nos.) cut the shape out of 140mmx110mmx3mm mild steel sheet and 8mm dia rivets. 25mmx3mm flat iron 165mm long made to shape shall be welded to 140mmx110mmx3mm flat iron gusset pipe towards inner side of frame Middle legs, two numbers shall be welded to middle horizontal mild steel conduit of 25mm dia and 2mm wall thickness to form U-shape. Middle legs shall be of 25mm dia and wall thickness as 2mm shall be provided to both short sides of the charpoy frame. 850mmx450mm U-shape legs 25mm dia and wall thickness as 2mm shall be provided to both short sides of the charpoy joined to frame by 20mmx3mm as shown on drawing. 25mmx3mm flat iron 200mm long made to shape out of 60mmx3mm as shown on drawing. 25mmx3mm flat iron 365mm long made to shape shall be welded to pipes. 20mmx3mm flat iron stays riveted to each other and in the middle shall be provided as shown on drawing to facilitate the folding of charpoy. PVC shoes shall be provided to bottom of all legs. Top of charpoy folding 6mm thick commercial plywood shall be provided for top as shown on drg with proper nut and bolt Painting shall be done with automotive paint after preparation of surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-charge Weaving of newar shall be done after the painting . A Horizontal pipe piece shall be fixed at 125mm below the bottom of top pipe of leg frame. Three pieces of 12mm dia mild steel pipes of wall thikness 2mm shall be welded in head and foot sides with equal spacing.

CHARPOY IP WITH HARD TOP (FD/MAP-II/01) DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 1980mm long, 900mm wide and 440mm high. DESCRIPTION: Two long rails and two short rails shall be of 25mmx65mmx16 guage MS rectangular pipe .The legs shall be of size 32mmx32mmx16 guage welded to long and short rails as shown on drg.Two stiffeners of size 25mmx25mmx16 guage shall be provided in equidistant between two opposite long rails. Six number cleat of size 25mmx60mmx6mm shall be welded with frame to support ply. Two stiffeners joining legs of size 25mmx25mmx16 guage shall be provided at 150mm from ground level .12mm thick commercial plywood shall be provided for top as shown on drg with proper nut and bolt .PVC hard rubber shoes shall be fixed at bottom of each legs. FINISH:All steel surfaces shall be Pre treated with epoxy powder caoted oven baked with black colour.

LADDER ALUMINIUM (FD-1025) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be of 2310mm long and 363.5mm wide. DESCRIPTION: The ladder shall be of Aluminium having wall thickness 3.18mm .Each rung shall be of 23mm dia aluminium pipe with wall thickness not less than 2.43mm and shall be eight in nos at equidistant space of 300mm in between as shown in drg.The stringer of ladder shall be 31.75mm wide and 3.18mm thick .Each alumnium pipe rung of 23 mm dia shall be fitted inside the stringer with end bend to shape and each rung on both sides shall be provided with hard rubber cap. Hard rubber caps/shoes shall be fixed at the ends of aluminium rungs and stringers as shown on drawing with screws. Rest all as shown on drawing.

RACK SHOE STEEL(FD/E6/MAP/02 (R) ) Dimension: Over all size shall be 700mm long 300mm wide and 880mm high Description : The legs of the shoe rack shall be of 25mmdia MS pipe of 18 gauage. The five shelves of the rack shall be of 20mm dia MS pipe of 18 gauge weldedto legs. The shelves shall have 3mm dia MS rod 9 Nosin widthwise and 3 nos in lengthwise welded to 20mm dia shelf frame. Finish: Pre treated with epoxy powder coated oven bakedwith ivory white colour/white/warm grey.

TABLE BED SIDE (FD/E6/MAP/15 (R)) The overall size of the table bed side shall be 450mm x 450mm x 600mm from rear and 450mm x 450mm x 500mm from front as shown in drg.The entire frame of table bed side shall be made up of 18mm MS square pipe (18 Gauge) duly black powder coated. The two sides and top shall be made up of 18mm thick prelamainted particle board exterior grade. The Back of the table except the top portion as shown in drg shall be provided with 6mm commercial plywood BWR grade duly screwed to frame. The two sides, back and bottom of drawers of the table shall be made up of 12mm thick commercial plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg, except the front side which shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. The drawers shall be made functional on teak wood runners fixed inside the tables shown on drg.The drawers of the tables shall be provided with 100mm long CP handles .Rest all as per drg.

TEAPOY VERANDAH (FD/E6/MAP/17) Overall size shall be 700mm long 400mm wide and 540mm high. The legs, top centre stiffener, top rails and bottom rails shall be of 18mm square MS pipe of wall thickness 1.6 mm.Base tray made of 5mm dia MS bar 12x10 nos at equidistant shall be made and fixed as shown on drg.The top shall be of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board of approved shade and the edges shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading. Hard rubber shoe shall also be fixed to the bottom of each leg.The steel frame shall be painted with synthetic enamel black colour.Rest all as per drg.

CHAIR SCHOOL WITH HARD BOARD (FD/E6/MAP/05) Over all size shall be of 585 mmWx300 mm Dx738 mm H. 25mm dia 16 Gauge MS tube shall be provided for steel frame. Paint synthetic enamel colour black 1st class shall be used two coats over a coat of primer. One piece PVC Seat and Back shall be provided. All Diamensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg. All joints, fixing shall be done in accordance with standard specifications. Rest all as shown on drg.
