All as per item No 3 above but, for 8 passenger lifts (3 Nos lifts)

Note - for item No 01 to 04 : (i) Any required electrical/ mechanical parts of above mentioned lifs or any other parts also are to be repair/replaced as & when it became unserviceable as per term & condition of omega/ Thyssen Krupp under the contract, any cost of material & labour charge will not be paid extra (ii) Any other material become un serviceable which is not in the scope of contract is also to be repaired/replaced timely to run the lift smoothly without any extra payments . (iii) The comprehensive maintenance is inclusive of inspection/testing/preventive maintenance replacement of unserviceable parts/material including labour, transportation. (iv)The details as per PS clause 4.5 shall be submitted (v)The complaints shall be attended forthwith as the complaints/failure from the time of receipt of same (vi) Contractor shall rectify the defects within 24 hrs after receipt of complaints , otherwise the complaints will be rectified by the other agency and the expenditure incurred will be recovered at Rs 2000/per day till proper functioning of lift. (vii) The schedule A consists of comprehensive maintenance of lifts (viii) The load testing of lifts ie 8 passenger and 13 passenger shall be carried out as per standard norms of OMEGA/ThyssenKrupp and hand over certificates to the department.

Note For particular specifications : (a) The work under authorised dealer comprehensive maintenance of lifts all as specified in Sch A ,Special Conditions, Particular Specifications, MES SSR, latest relevant IS code and as directed by GE/ Engr-in-charge. (b) Lift machine shall be well experienced in lift/elevators repairs and maintenance. (c) The contractor shall ensure proper functioning of safety devices. (d) The contractor shall provide lift maintenance Chart for Daily, Weely and Monthly (e) All safety precautiobns shall be dispalyed as per lift rules

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level, connecting to galvanized iron earth strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolt ,nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel besides welding of all joints as shown in drawing and including excavation and earthwork and earth lead protection by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4gs/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm x 25mm x 6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at the bottom 1.75 meter long placed on top edge of earth plate common salt and charcoal filling test point made out of 40mm x 8 mm FI with fixing arrangements, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs all as per electrical Plate No.3 of SSR Part I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete as in repairs all as specified Note: (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre length GI pipe for protection of earth lead and earth lead . (ii) Earth resistance of earth pit should be less than 0.5 Ohms. On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance in not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost

M&L Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4mm galvanised iron strip complete as in repairs all as specified
