Note : Old item retrieved shall be removed deposited to the AGE E/M store , the cost of the dismantling transporting and depositing shall bedeemed to be included in qouted rate

Supply, install,commissioning and testing 3 star rated air cooled air conditioner electric driven, single phase tower AC having nominal cooling capacity of 3.0 ton/9000 Kcal/Hr, indoor/outdoor unit complete with cordless remote control unit and with Plasma filter for better indoor air quality, auto restart facility, 100 % copper and stabilizer free operation, including excess copper tubing if required beyond the length supplied with AC unit and PVC conduit of 15mm dia not exceeding 2.5 mtr long for water drain and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar ratio of 1:3 and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Voltas,Blue star, Hitachi, Daikin Note:- (i) Rate quoted for items includes cost of all civil work like cutting to wall ceiling, floor, filling with PCC, finishing the surfaces with existing to match etc, if required for installation of AC unit as directed.
