Supply & fix mild steel for wind ties of size 40 mm x 6 mm for roof including securing bolts ,incuding cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparing new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating over area n. exc. 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soil and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for plain Cement concrete, type D2, (1:4:8), (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and filling mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate in sub base of floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width Type (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.2 M dia X 1.5 M effective depth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for RCC NP-3 class pipe of 200 mm diameter for depth 0.70m – 1.65 m., laid on 150 mm thick PCC Cradle PCC 1:4:8 with excavation in any type of soil, including manholes/drop manhole of standard size made of Brick masonry/ RCC/Precast RCC with SFRC ventilating cover and frame Including all items and activities to execute and make sewer line functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations spreading and levelling in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick, well ramming including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated but unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including rigid steel ERW conduit of 25 mm dia (external) heavy duty including necessay flame proof /weather proof conduit accessories and fitting concealed in wall/ceiling etc including sealing threaded jointsin conduit accessories with teflon tape including 1.5 sqmm single core FRLSH PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable as in continuous earth.Wiring shall be suitable for flame proof area as per STEC-7 for One flame proof light/exhaust fan point controlled by one,single pole flame proof switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix flame proof and weather proof rotary type switch,16 Amps,230 Volts,AC single pole, (LM-6) aluminium alloy with flame proof cable entry glands CMRS certified,ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix flame proof exhaust fan, 12" (300mm), single phase,with and including louvers, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-The rate quoated shall be in including making holes of suitable for exhaust fan of size 300 mm dia in PCC block masonry wall, making good the side of hole with CM (1:4) on wall with two coat of paint match with existing wall and distributed surface with 4 nos of stainless steel fastner of suitable size to fit the exhaust fan no extra payment will be allowed to contractor on this regard.

Supply & fix flame proof exhaust fan, 18" (450mm), single phase,with and including louvers, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-The rate quoated shall be in including making holes of suitable for exhaust fan of size 450 mm dia in PCC block masonry wall, making good the side of hole with CM (1:4) on wall with two coat of paint match with existing wall and distributed surface with 4 nos of stainless steel fastner of suitable size to fit the exhaust fan no extra payment will be allowed to contractor on this regard.

Material & labour for Sub main wiring complete with three run of 6 Sqmm single core, PVC insulated but unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor, FR 1100 Volts grade cable drawn through and including 25 mm dia PVC heavy duty concealed conduit (ISI marked) including 6 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistandard copper conductor FR 1100 Volts grade cable as earth continuity wire and connected to earth dolly . Note :- Three run of 6 Sqmm cable and PVC conduit and its accessories shall be measured and paid as one length.

Supply & fix air cooled tower air conditioner electric driven, three phase, 415 Volt, 50 Hz of capacity 4.0 TR having eco friendly refrigerant R410a/R32 and rotary base compressor complete.

Supply & fixing of MCB TPN of rating 20 Amps, 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix MCB distribution board made of sheet metal enclosures double door type (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof , TPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar 415 Volt with in-built MCCB 100 Amps, 25 KA, 1 no. of earth bar IP 43 protection fixing to wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix double door Sheet metal enclosures factory made DBs protection class IP-43, suitable for fixing of MCBs, Isolators etc, confirming to IS 13032 single pole and neutral 4 ways with 200 Amp rated bus bar 240 volts powder coated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel pipe electrode 50 mm bore, medium grade, 6 mtr length buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge of the pipe not less than 0.3 meters below normal ground level, connected with 20 mm dia GI pipe by means of reducer and clamped with CI checknuts through 4.0 mm GI earth lead as shown in electrical plate No 2 (duly protected with 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe upto 7.5 m from the earth plate) and connected to GI steel earth pipe including charcoal, dust, common salt necessary excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m from the starting point, watering pipe 20 mm dia GI light grade treated with 1 No PGI funnel, pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit cover 75 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways and with MS handle 12 mm dia complete connected to earth test point including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 4 core in trench/duct/ on pole etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & lay ISI marked & conforming to IS - 5820 - 1970 unreinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, flat size 250mm X 150 mm X 40 mm in trenches as protection to LT UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix three phase Voltage stablizer for automatic operation, unbalanced type naturally oil cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 300V to 480 V with output voltage stablized at 415 with accuracy + 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply ,Laying , connecting ,testing and commissioning and jointing,LT under ground cable, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated armoured with galvanised round steel wire or steel strip,electric power cables heavy duty,with multi stranded aluminium conductor,laid in trenches,ducts,fixed on poles/walls with proper size saddles and clamp laid under roads/path/drain/culverts or encased in GI pipe fixed & testing and commissioning of size 70.0 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including copper earth strip 20X3mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of copper/ bronze as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion including the material and labour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of the following : - (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 40 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing. Note:- Copper strip exceeding 7.5 m shall be measured and paid separately under respected item of BOQ.

Supply & fix copper strip 20 x 3.0 mm size with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductor and down conductor above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75mmx75mmx25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix industrial wall mounted enclosure with plug & socket of capacity 32 Amps (2P+E) for IP-67 degree of protection with complete accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix MCB SPN of rating 40 Amp, 240 Volt, 10 KA, 'C' series complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix MCB TPN of rating, 63 Amp, 440 Volt, 10 kA, 'C' series complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sqmm ,4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in Replacement double door Sheet metal enclosures factory made DBs protection class IP-43, suitable for fixing of MCBs, Isolators etc, confirming to IS 13032 triple pole and neutral 4 ways with 200 Amp rated bus bar 415 volts powder coated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sub main wiring complete with PVC insulated cable of single core 06 Sqmm 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor for drawn through existing conduit including 6 Sqmm unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor as on earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Two runs of cable and one run of suitable size casing-caping and earth wire shall be measured as one run length.

Supply & fix 20 mm dia UPVC tubing standard duty with threaded at both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 20 MM bore stop/tap valve , UPVC for pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting of existing steel tubing for alterations or addition in position without taking down and screwing for addition of Tee, etc for 20 mm bore connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( Note :- The cost of excavation , earthwork and fitting of pipe line required at site shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the tenderer)

Supply & fix rotational moulded polythene white water storage tank tripple layared (cylindrical , vertical with closed top , ISI marked , ) hoisted and fixed in position all as specd in SSR Part 1 of capacity 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cutting of existing steel tubing for alterations or addition in position without taking down and screwing for addition of Tee, etc for 50/40 mm bore connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply & laying tubes, , 'medium grade',galvanised with all fitting; laid in trenches, of size 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix for 20mm bore gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
