SCHEDULE 'A' PART - VIII (MISC ITEMS) (Note for items here in after: The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

Demolition concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exe 10 cm thick, in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) setting in CM 1:6 complete in wall or pillars all as specified and directed.

S&F for 160mm dia PVC rain water gutter including all fittings such as bends elbows connections, running outlets, reducers, brackets, end caps, couplers etc fixed to roof with necessary gutter support brackets, flexi clips and all types of brackets, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting & Taking out LT underground cable(aluminum/copper conductor of size 6 to 25 sqmm any core from trenches including cable cover ,tubes if any etc complete all as specified and directed.

Shifting and Re-laying of cable taken out from item no 1, LT underground cable laid in trenches / duct/ road passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting with new lugs and washer bolt tape necessary items and testing etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, jointing, connecting and testing, straight through joint, epoxy based complete with jointing material and all standard accessories suitable for XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable, LT 1100 Volts, aluminium conductor of 3.5/4 core, 6-16 Sqmm all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Laying only of cable cover taken out from item no 12 in trenches as protection to LT UG cable omplete all as specified & directed..

Taking out Steel tubular pole (m high and shifting to new location and including S&F light fitting, bracket, junction box service cable etc from existing position and foundation with breaking of old coping,PCC and shifting it to the other location and re-fixing light fitting, bracket, junction box service cable making good the disturbed surface of earth and match to the existing surface omplete all as specified & directed. Note:- (a) Rate quated is inclusive of following (i) Excavation&Earthwork, Returning filling and Removal of soil for taking out and refixing both (ii) PCC (1:3:6) type C2 as per specification (iii) Coping (1:2:4) type B1 as per specification

Supply & fix in round, 2 core cable, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm in 20mm pvc conduit for electric connection from/DB feeder / looping box / street light over head line to street light fitting omplete all as specified & directed.

S&F Sheet moulding compound (SMC) junction box of size 240 mm x 130 mm x 110mm, comprising three phase aluminum bus bar and one No MCB SP, 06 Amps C type, fixed on pole with mild steel clamps, nuts and bolts omplete all as specified & directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning and testing factory made and tested (including CPRI type test certified) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminum bus bars 200 amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, inner sheet made of 3.15mm and outer sheet of 2.0mm CRCA MS sheet and 75mm x 30 mm thick MS Channel frame, duly powder coated finish. Front opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, danger plate and earthing terminal. The scope of work includes PCC foundation and provision of the following Incoming (a) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps, 35/36 KA, 415V -01 Nos (b) Bus bar (Aluminum strip) 200 Amp, 4 pole, (c) Digital panel meter for voltage and current with CT,PT-01 (d) (vi) R-Y-B neon indicating lamp (set of three) Outgoing (e) MCB SPN 40 Amp 10 KA, 415 V 50 HZ - 02 Nos (f) MCCB 4 pole 63 amp 16 KA, 415 V 50 Hz - 03 No. (g) Existing cable (For various Bldg supply and panel ) of any size shall be connect with MCB/MCCB properly with suitable size aluminum Lug .

Note for Item no 19:- (i) The MCCB of capacity 63 Amp and above should be connected through bus bars only and MCCB below 63 amp should be connected through copper cable of suitable size. (ii) Panel foundation shall be fixed on angle iron 40x40x6mm thick 04 Nos of legs embedded in 0.45 cm below ground level and 0.45 m above ground level in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate incl earthwork for erecting the feeder pillar box complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
