Supply only Table Dressing Ladies Including Stool MAP manufactured as per FD/MAP-II/07 with all the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) All as shown on drg.18 mm thick prelaminated MDF board glossy finish in walnut color as approved by GE should be used. (b) The drawer shall be made functional on a telescopic channel fixed inside the tables. (c) The drawers of the tables shall be provided with 100mm long CP handles. (d) Polish : Expose surface of teakwood shall be polished in a melamine finish of color as approved by GE strictly as per the manufacturer’s instructions. (e) Make of Polish shall be Melamine by Asian Paints / Nerolac / Berger. A brass finish knob should be provided. NOTE: Entire polish work shall be done in the presence of the Engr-in-Charge at the Engr-in-Charge yard of GE (A) Gandhinagar. Rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Chair Dining CB manufactured as per FD-279 with all the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) All dimensions shall be as shown on the drawing. (b) All wood shall be first-class hardwood (teak wood) free from knots. (c) The seat shall be woven with plastic cane of 2 mm wide and 0.4mm thick Shah or premier brand in Godrej pattern. (d) Hard PVC ring shall be provided to the bottom of all legs with a screw (e) All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be Melamine polished with a high gloss finish. (f) All joints and fixing shall be in accordance with standard workmanship/specifications. (g) Rest all as shown on the drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Table Dining 1200 x 900mm manufactured as per FD/MAP-II/03 with all the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) Timber shall be first-class hardwood (teak wood) and free from knots. (b) Top of the table shall be of 18 mm thick Pre-laminated particle board, melamine faced veneered decorated on one side and other balancing exterior grade with 4 mm thick teak wood edging around to top fixed with a screw. (c) All joints/fixing shall be in accordance with standard workmanship and specifications. (d) Triangular teak wood stiffener 8 Nos shall be provided to strength the joint at corner of the legs with other members. (e) All wooden exposed surfaces shall be French polished to give a glossy finish. (f) PVC hard ring shall be approved quality. (g) Rest all as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Table Centre manufactured as per FD-274 with all the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) All dimensions, shapes, and sizes shall be shown on drgs. (b) All wooden work shall be of 1st hard teak wood with Glossy melamine polish/ finish. (c) Top shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board glossy finish exterior grade. (d) The exposed surface of teakwood shall be polished in melamine finish with color as approved by GE. (e) Make of Polish shall be Melamine by Asian Paints / Nerolac / Berger and strictly as per manufacturer’s instructions. (f) PVC/hard rubber shoe of 1st quality shall be screwed on all 04 legs. NOTE: Entire polish work shall be done in the presence of the Engr-in-Charge at the Engr-in-Charge yard of GE (A) Gandhinagar. Rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Peg Table manufactured as per FD-384 with all the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) Legs, rails, and edging shall be of 1st class hardwood (teak wood) free from knots. (b) Top to be made of 18mm thick melamine-faced prelaminated particle board decorated one side type-I exterior grade. (c) All joints/fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship and specifications. (d) 4 mm thick teak wood edging around the top shall be provided. (g) All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high gloss finish. (h) Hard rubber/PVC shoes shall be provided at the bottom of all legs. (j) Rest all as shown on the drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Mirror Dressing Gents manufactured as per FD/E6/MAP/16 with all the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) All woodwork shall be kiln-seasoned first-class hardwood (MP teak). (b) 18mm thick, pre-laminated particleboard on both faces with 4mm teak wood edging shall be used in cabinet Sides, top & bottom. (c) 12mm thick, BWR phenol Bonded plywood Commercial (both faces) Backing to the looking Mirror and back side Cabinet. (d) The mirror shall be 5.5mm thick polished sheet glass Supported on runner/ glass holder. 5.5mm thick glass shelves Continuous (piano) hinges brass, bright finish for Cabinet openable side. (e) All woodwork shall be French polished. Rest all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Sofa Set 5 Persons manufactured as per FD-281 with all the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) All as shown on the drawing. (b) The overall size of three seat pieces shall be 1730mm long,745mm wide and 530mm high upto armrest level. (c) The overall size of one piece shall be 670mm long,745mm wide, and 530mm high up to armrest level. (d) The Sofa Set to seat five shall consist of one large three-seat piece and two small one seat piece. (e) All wood shall be of first-class hard wood (Teak wood) free from knots. (f) 100mm thick seat cushions and back cushions shall be of size 530mm x 560mm (three numbers in the seat and three numbers in the back for the large seat. (g) In a one-seat sofa chair the cushion shall be one in the back and one in the seat of size 530mmx560mm. (h) The cushion shall be of cool foam or any other superior quality foam 32 or 48 density as approved by the Engr-in-Charge and covered with tapestry cloth not less than 600/- per meter or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (j) All joints and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship/specification. (k) All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be Melamine polished with a high glow finish. (l) Rest all other items, fittings, and fixtures shall be as shown on the drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Sofa Set 4 Persons manufatured as per FD-281 with all the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) All as shown on the drawing. (b) Overall size of the two seat pieces shall be 1200 mm long,745mm wide, and 530mm high up to arm rest level. (c) The overall size of one piece shall be 670mm long,745mm wide, and 530mm high up to armrest level. (d) The Sofa Set to seat four shall consist of one large two-seat piece and two small one seat piece. (e) All wood shall be of first-class hardwood (Teak wood) free from knots. (f) 100mm thick seat cushions and back cushions shall be of size 530mmx560mm (two numbers in the seat and two numbers in the back for the large seat. Supply only Bin Linen Multipurpose manufactured as per FD/E6/MAP/09 with all the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) The overall size of the bin linen multipurpose is 1200mm long x 450mm wide x 750mm high. (b) The sides, partitions, shelves, and drawers of the bin linen shall be made up of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. (c) The back of the bin linen shall be of 12mm thick commercial plywood. The three equal shutters shall be provided with magnetic catchers. (d) All fittings and fixtures shall be done as per Drg. (e) The base shall be provided at a height of 75mm from the ground and shall be of hardwood Sheesham with four nos of 25 x 25mm stiffeners placed at equidistant positions. (f) Rest all as per drg and as per sample approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

Supply only Table 3' x 3' x 760mm manufactured as per FD-291 with all the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) All as per Drg and specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (b) All wood work shall be of 1st class hard wood (Teak). (c) The top of the table is made of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade I type II confirming to IS-12823 and 4mm thick teak wood edging around the table. (d) All wood surfaces shall be polished with high-class french polish till a glossy finish. (e) Hard PVC Shoe white shall be provided at the bottom of the legs. Rest all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Hat Stand with Mirror manufactured as per FD-233 with all the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) All are as shown on the drawing. Overall size shall be 1000mm long and 710mm high. All wood shall be first class hardwood (MP). (b) 20mm x 50mm in section teak wood frame shall be provided horizontally (top and bottom rails) and vertically (sides). (c) 50mm x 20mm in section vertical intermediate stiffeners shall be provided at 288mm from the right-hand side. (d) Two horizontal wooden battens of 50mmx20mm in section, one at 160mm from the top rail and the other at 200mm from the bottom rail shall be provided on the right-hand side of vertical intermediate stiffener joining vertical stiffeners with left-hand sides for providing support for the fixing of pegs. (e) Another wooden batten 50mmx20mm in the section shall be provided in the horizontal direction on the right-hand side of the vertical intermediate stiffener 430mm from the bottom of the top rail. (f) 4mm thick teak plywood of 1000mm x 710mm shall be provided to the front of the frame and 4mm thick commercial plywood of 1000mm x 710mm shall be provided to the back of the frame. (g) 6mm x 35mm in section teak wood edging shall be provided all around the Hat stand frame. (h) 5mm thick Atul or modiguard or Saint Gobin mirror of 300mm x 440mm shall be provided with teak wood beading made to shape as shown on drawing out of 10mm x 12mm in section teak wood. (j) (Brass pegs of size 120mm x 75mm (overall) shall be fixed with brass screws as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Two key plates shall be provided of mild steel sheet, 3mm thick made to shape as shown on the drawing. (k) All wood and teak ply surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish. (l) All steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of back paint over a coat of primer after the preparation of surfaces. (m) Rest all as per drawing and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Bath Mat PVC manufactured as per FD/E6/MAP/07 with all the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) All are as shown on the drawing. Overall size shall be 400mm long, 300mm wide, and 250mm high. (b) The PVC sheet is 5mm thick. 10 x 100mm legs in ARC. 3 x 10mm thick stiffener molded along with the seat in a single piece. (c) All joints and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship/ specification. (d) Rest all other items, fittings, and fixtures shall be as shown on the drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Table 900 x 600 x 760mm manufactured as per FD-283 with all the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) Overall size shall be 900mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high (b) All wood shall be of first-class hard woo (teak wood) free from knots. (c) All joints, welding, and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship/specification. (f) The top shall be of 18mm Pre-laminated particle board melamine faced veneered decorated one side exterior grade with 4mm thick teak wood edging around the top and fixed with a suitable screw. (g) The Drawer shall be provided as shown on the drawing. (h) All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high gloss finish. (j) Hard rubber/ PVC shoe of 25mm dia shall be provided at the bottom of all legs. (k) Rest all as shown on the drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

NOTE:- (a) A certificate comprising IS 12823 is required for pre-laminated particle board. (b) All the hardwood shall be of first-class teakwood, free from knots or as specified in the tender and also a certificate from the lab confirming the teakwood is required. (c) All the polish on furniture to be furnished strictly as directed in the specification. (d) A certificate confirming the wood moisture control is required. (e) All the locks shall be made of Brass with exterior cover of steel. (f) Wood of different type like Teakwood/Sheesam/Pine shall be tested for particular class and type.

SCH 'A' PART-II (STEEL FURNITURE)

Supply only Almirah Large Steel with Shelf manufactured as per FD-1031 to the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) All dimensions shall be as shown on the drawing. (b) Almirah steel including legs and shelves etc. shall be of 1mm thick PBI sheet. (c) All joints, welding, and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship and specifications. (d) Shuttera shall be provided with a chromium-plated handle with a 3-way locking device, 125 mm long. (e) Brass locks and 6 levers with duplicate keys shall be provided. (f) Hinges shall be of Mild steel 75 mm long (Min 3 Nos to each shutter). (g) All the mild steel surfaces after fabrication shall be thoroughly cleaned and given a phosphate treatment conforming to IS-14 77 (Part-i) and all exposed steel surfaces shall be treated with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over one coat of red oxide primer with spraying machine. (h) Rest all other items, fittings, and fixtures shall be as per shown on the drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Table for Hav/ ORs 900 x 600 x 760mm manufactured as per FD-1007 with the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) The steel frame shall be 900 x500 x 760mm made of 25mm square mild steel tube with a wall thickness of 1.6mm. (b) The top of the table shall be 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board of ISI marked with teak veneer shade and with 4mm TW edging all around. (c) Hard rubber toe shall be provided for the legs. (d) All Steel surfaces shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer with two coats of synthetic enamel olive green (e) Paint with a spray gun. Rest all are as shown in the drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Table Office Clerk Steel manufactured as per FD-1003 with the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) Overall size shall be 1200mm long 610mm wide and 760mm high. (b) Steel frame of overall size shall be 1160mm long, 570mm wide, and 742mm high. Four legs of 25mm mild steel tube of 1.6mm wall thickness shall be provided as shown on the drawing. (c) The top of the legs shall be joined together with a 25mm square mild steel tube of 1.6mm wall thickness on the long and short sides. (d) Two short stiffeners of 25 mm square mild steel tube of 1mm thickness shall be provided at 130mm from the bottom of the legs. (e) One long stiffener of 25 mm square mild steel tube of 1.6mm thick shall be provided to the middle of short stiffeners joining short stiffeners. (f) Three drawers of equal size shall be provided on the right-hand side above the stiffener at 130mm high with an overall size of 350mm wide 430mm high and 410mm deep. Irrespective of what is shown in the drawing. (g) The top of the table shall be provided with 18/19 mm Pre-laminated Particle board melamine-faced decorated teak veneer shade exterior grade with 4mm thick teak wood edging around to top fixed with a screw. (h) Hard rubber/ PVC toes shall be provided for the legs and a locking device shall also be provided for drawers. (j) All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer with a spray machine after preparation of surfaces. (k) Rest all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Table Dining ORs Steel Aluminium Top manufactured as per FD-165 (M) with the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) All dimensions and shapes shall be as shown in the drawing and as specified. (b) All joints/welding/fixing shall be done with standard workmanship. The framework shall be of 25mm size square MS tube 1.6mm gauge thick. (c) The top shall be provided with a 19mm thick block board covered with a 22 gauge thick aluminum sheet on top as shown in the drawing. (d) All steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint with a spray gun over a coat thoroughly cleaned and prepared prior to application of paint. (e) Rest all other items, fittings, and fixtures shall be as shown on the drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Table Bed Side manufactured as per FD/E6/MAP/15(R) with the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) MS square pipe for various parts of the table bedside shall be 18 gauge (1.25mm) thick of external dimension as shown in the drawing. (b) Back top pull-out tray, sides, etc shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board melamine faced both sides but drawer sides, back and bottom shall be of 12mm thick pre-laminated MDF board melamine faces both sides decorated. (c) The drawer and pull-out tray shall be provided with telescopic channels made of stainless steel 1.25mm thick. (d) The handle shall be 100mm long stainless steel. (e) All the mild steel surfaces after fabrication shall be thoroughly cleaned and given a phosphate treat a phosphate treatment and finished with epoxy-polyester powder coating thickness not less than 70 microns (7 processes) (f) Hard rubber shoes shall be provided with each leg. (g) Rest all as shown in the drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Chair Writing as per FD/E6/MAP/12 with the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) The frame of chair shall be of made of 25mmx10mm MS rectangular pipe. (b) The armrest shall be in one piece made of integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'A' hardness and reinforced with mild steel insert, scratch and weather having slop towards the front. (c) Back and seat shall be in one piece consisting of polyurethane foam 50mm thick molded with density 50-55 Kg/cum and hardness 20+/-2Kg on Hampden machine. (d) Back foam shall be designed for extra comfort and 120mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric ranging and molded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping all around. (e) Legs of chairs shall be provided with hard rubber shoes. (f) All the mild steel surfaces after fabrication shall be thoroughly cleaned and given a phosphate treatment conforming to IS-1477 (Part-I) and finished with epoxy-polyester powder coating of approved color of indigenous make conforming to IS-13871. The thinness of the coating shall be not less than 70 Micron (7 process) and oven-dried. (g) Rest all as shown on the drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Chair Verandah manufactured as per FD-359 with the dimensions comprising of the following:- The legs on both sides of the chair shall be of 20mm Dia mild Steel conduit of thickness as 1.6mm. The width at the bottom of the legs in the sides shall be 600mm and at the seat portion, the width shall be 405mm. Canning shall be done with a 4mm wide cane in a mat pattern or as directed. by Engr-in-Charge. All steel surfaces shall be pretreated with epoxy powder coated by 07 tank process and oven-dried with the following specifications:- (a) Dry film thickness of more than 45 microns. (b) Salt spray test to withstand more than 1000 hrs. (c) Adhension as per DN 53152 standards (d) Pencil scratch hardness of more than 2H. Colour and tint of coating shall be approved by GE. NOTE: Test certificates of powder coating are to be submitted. Rest all as shown on the drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Ladder Aluminium manufactured as per FD-1025 with the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) The Aluminium anodized ladder shall consist of an aluminum stringer of the shape shown in the drawing having cross-sectional dimensions of 600mm x 31.75mm with a wall thickness of 3.18mm. (b) Rungs shall be of Aluminium conduit pipe 23mm external diameter with a wall thickness of 2.43mm. (c) The length of ladder shall be 2310mm having 08 rungs equally spaced as shown in drgs. (d) The width of the ladder shall be 363.50mm. Rungs shall be provided by drilling the strringers and the end of rungs shall be fluted and properly secured. (e) Rungs end shall be fitted with hard rubber caps at both ends and the stringers shall be fitted with hard rubber shoes. Size/ shape of hard rubber shoes and caps shall be as shown in drawings. (f) External exposed surfaces of aluminum ladder sections shall have 30 microns thick anodizing. Nameplates shall be provided in locations as directed/ shown in drawings. (g) Rest all as specified and as per drawings and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Chair Steel Tubular without Arms manufactured as per FD-75 (M) with the dimensions comprising of the followings:- (a) Overall size shall be 535mm wide, 560mm deep and 900mm high, seat shall be 455mm high from floor. (b) Conduit pipe used for frame shall be of 20mm dia steel tubing with wall thickness 1.6mm. (c) Welding of frame where required shall be as directed by GE and in running welding, grinded to give and provide a smooth surface. (d) Wood for seat and back, where canning shall be done shall be of 1st class hardwood teak. (e) Weaving of cane shall be done with the premier of Shah brand plastic cane in Godrej pattern as shown on drawing FD-3 sheet 1/1. (e) Cane shall be 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick Gola type weighing not less than 6 grams per 10 running metres. (f) The wood surface of the seat and back shall be painted with high gloss paint, black in tint, before caning. (g) Painting shall be done with spray machine after preparation of wood surface to achieve smooth finins. (h) All iron surfaces exposed into direct view shall be painted with enamel paint, two coats, over a coat of primer after preparation of steel surfaces to achieve a smooth finish. (j) The bottom of the legs shall have hard rubber shoes. 20mm x 3mm flat iron strips shall be provided at the bottom and back to provide the supports to the seat and back. Strips shall be two each to seat and back. (k) Flat iron strips shall be welded to frame of chair as directed by GE. Rest all as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Screen Movable 3 Folded manufactured as per HFD-2015 with all the dimensions comprising of the following:- Screen moveable shall be threefold. (a) Dimensions: 2430 mm width x 1680 mm height. (b) Raw Material: Tubular Mild steel structure mounted on Castors 16 Swg. (c) Main Frame: 25 mm ø tubular mild steel construction in 3 sections. (d) Middle span of 1210 mm and side span of 610 mm. (e) Washable synthetic cloth of light pastel color shall be fixed with hooks and spring arrangement. (f) Castors: 50 mm Ø Castors of swivel type. (g) Finish: Epoxy-coated/oven-baked. (h) Color: Ivory white/ light blue. Rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Table Steel 900 x 600mm with Drawer manufactured as per FD-1008 with all the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) All as shown in the drawing. (b) The steel frame shall be 900 x600 x 760mm made of 25mm square mild steel tube with a wall thickness of 1.6mm. (c) The top of the table shall be 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board with teak veneer shade and with 4mm TW edging all around. (d) Hard rubber toe shall be provided for the legs. (e) A drawer on the left side of the table near the top. (f) Stiffener shall be provided of size 350mm x 230mm x 500mm with locking arrangement and recessed handle mild steel. (g) All Steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel olive green paint with a spray gun over a coat of primer. (h) Rest all other items, fittings, and fixtures shall be as per shown on the drawing. Rest all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Metal Filing Cabinet with 04 Tray of make Godrej/ Methodox/ Laxmi/ Armour manufactured as per TP item with all the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) The steel frame shall be 1591 x 543 x 806mm. Conforming to BIS specification no. IS 3313:1983 (with the latest amendment). (b) Type of steel filing cabinets four drawer type. (c) The lock shall be of high precession dual control 6 lever ultra cylindrical lock. (d) A simple push button grip handle with a built-in index panel shall be provided for effortless opening and closing. Make Godrej. (e) Rest all are as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Metal Side Rack Complete with 01 Separate Tray manufactured as per TP item with al the dimensions comprising of the following:- (a) The overall size shall be 900mm long, 305mm wide, and 760mm high. (b) The rack shall be constructed of 4 numbers mild steel angle iron uprights of 40mm x 40mm x 3mm fitted with three shelves of mild steel sheets 1.6mm thick including top and bottom shelves. The rack shall be open from all sides. (c) Three compartmental trays of 75mm high fixed to top shall be provided including to 50mm in the front. (d) All steel and iron surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after the preparation of surfaces as directed by GE. Painting shall be done with a spray machine. (e) Rest all are as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

NOTE : (a) For all steel parts of furniture items, a certificate comprising ISI marked/ IS certification is required. Like Square Pipe, cylindrical pipe, MS Sheet/ Angle etc. (b) A test certificate for powder coating with 7 tone is required. (c) Phosphate treatment on Mild Steel with a certificate confirming IS-1477 is required. (d) An Epoxy Polyester powder coating certificate conforming to IS-13871 is required. (e) All the locks shall be made of Brass with exterior cover of steel as per IS specification with lever not less than 06 Nos.
