Design and Construction of SERVENT QTRS & CAR PARKIG (S/S) for Gp Capt using 3D monolithic Precast modular Technology in RCC M-40 Design mix with precast panel walls and Cast in Situ foundation incl ATT, WPT, aluminium windows and ventilators, SS railing, seismic strengthening etc. as shown vide drg no CEAG/GAN/AR/61R/2024 Sh 1/1, incl structural designing complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes : for Ser No Item No 1 to 5 (i) Design , Project brief and structural design basis report shall be submitted by the contractor duly vetted by IIT/NIT. (ii)The Structural system above the plinth level prodominantly shall consists of three dimensional reinforced concrete volumetric box units. (ii) Each box unit to be typically bouded by reinforced concrete walls on four sides and roof at the top, making each box unit stable by itself. (iii) Openings for windows and doors may be present in the walls. (iv) Wall thickness shall be 125mm thick. (v) Partition wall thickness shall be 100mm thick. (vi) Slab thickness shall be not less than 125mm thick.

Schedule ‘A’ Part IA to XI under Ser No. 6.00 to 16.00 are prepriced by MES. Bidders shall insert their lumpsum amount in the green coloured field under Col-6 only.

Supply and Installation of Smart Single Phase Meter of different makes (Not more than 33 % of a particular make) including polycarbonate boxes with transparent cover to view meter display with the following specifications: (a) AC Single Phase Two Wire, Tamper Proof, Static Meter of Class 1.0, 240 V, 50 Hz, 5A-60A, with 3200 impulses per KWh,LED for Phase presence & LED for Relay status, conforming to IS-16444 standard with inbuilt 865-867 MHz 6 Low PAN Mesh Radio Frequency communication facility with self healing Mesh network with default and on demand display, billing data generation facility, anti-tamper features, Microprocessor and LCD based display only with compatible IP54 compliant polycarbonate box for outdoor mounting with optical port Provision on meter box. Meter Should support the following data : 15/30 min instantaneous data for Voltage, Current, Power factor, Power, Cumulative energy and frequency, monthly billing data & antitamper features. Supplying, Fixing, Commissioning and testing of configuration of cloud based prepaid software for with following modules: (i) Meter Data Management Module: The meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data from the data concentrator and make the data available to the billing system. The system would support offline meter data entry. The meter data management system would capture and provide the following data: (a) 30min instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters- Cumulative Energy,Power, Current, Voltage, Power factor and Frequency. (b) Monthly and quarterly billing survey data for cumulative energy and max demand, Load Survey Data, Tamper Events (ii) Communication module: The system should provide communication of energy data and bills via print, email. (iii) Meter Master Data : The system would support meter data repository. The system should support meter replacment process. (iv) Excel Export : The system would support export of metering and billing data in excel format Note:- (i). Software will be compatible with all makes of smart meter & shall be CERT-IN certified from CERT approved vendors for any cyber security related threat & complying as per ENC guidelines. (ii) It shall also include recurring SMS charges, Email gateway integration charges, payment gateway charges for online meter recharge etc & shall be included in quoted rate for 2 years DLP period. (iii) Provision for comprehensive operation including periodic charges of telecom operator, smart meter billing from completion of work till the competion of defect liability period of 2 years. (iv) The software would be hosted on MEITY GCC approved server. 2 years hosting costs would be included.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply, laying & jointing in trenches / floor etc in standard length, centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron (DI) pressure pipe of 100mm bore, with spigot and socket ends class K-7 conforming to IS 8329/2000 or latest revision, ISI marked with inside cement mortar lining and black bitumen external coating ,including with tyton joints & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge. Note :- (i) The cost of joint deemed to be included in this quoted item rate (ii) Excavation/earth work shall be measured and paid for separately

M & L for cutting of exisitng DI pipe line upto 150 mm dia and inserting tee or tapper piece etc. as required at site for connecting of 100 mm dia DI pipe line complete all as specified and directed. Note: CI/DI special fitting required at site shall be meaured separately.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit Complete as per Chief Engineer Airforce Gandhinagar Drg No. CEAA/TD/57 sheet No.1.1, Ser No.4 Type 'D' of size 1050 x 1050 x 1000mm for Sluice / Reflex valve. Complete as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

EXTERNAL ELECT SUPPLY

M & L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by Mannualy or necessary machine for inserting of GI pipe up to 80 mm dia complete all as directed and specified.

M & L for outdoor type weather proof LT street light panel with locking arrangement, made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet steel factory fabricated with powder coating with Protection Degree IP 54 including with contactor 32 A TP, time switch Digital 24 hour, MCB 40 Amp Rating including all electrical connection and testing / setting of ON/OFF time complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix PVC box of outside size 300mm x 200mm x 105mm including 4 Nos. of bus bar strip of aluminium of size 25x4 mm suitable for 440 volts of suitable amps rating including 1 No MCB SPN, 6 to 10 Amps, 220 volts with 'C' curve, to be fixed on pole with clamp complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F round PVC insulated standed copper conductor wire of 1.5 sqmm dia, 3 core from junction box to light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installed cubical compartmentalised outdoor type LT section pillar box, factory made, front and rear opening with locking arrangement, dust and vermin proof, CPRI approved, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with canopy and base frame & mild steel angle iron stand, over all finished with epoxy powder coating, suitable for operation on 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply, including earthing stud, labeling, danger plates etc. and section pillar box shall comprising the following complete including fixed in position, connect with electric supply complete all as specified and directed.
