S & F for Supply and Installation of Smart Single Phase Meter with the following specifications: • AC Single Phase Two Wire, Tamper Proof, 10-60 Amp Static Meter of Class 1.0, 240 V, 50 Hz with 3200 impulses per KWh, LED for Phase presence & separate LED for Relay status, conforming to IS-16444 standard with GPRS/4G communication, push data, on demand data provision, auto & manual scroll display, billing data generation facility, anti-tamper features, Microprocessor and LCD based display. • Meter Should support the following data: 15/30 min instantaneous data for Voltage, Current, Power factor, Power, Cumulative energy and frequency, monthly billing data & anti tamper features. • Meter should have connect / disconnect functionality operable from prepaid billing software & shall show balance on display • The meter should support open communication protocol DLMS with the software Supplying, Fixing, Commissioning and testing of configuration of cloud based prepaid software with following modules: (i) Meter Data Management Module: The meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data from the data concentrator and make the data available to the AMR prepaid/postpaid system. The meter data management system would capture and provide the following data: (a) 30min instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters- Cumulative Energy, Power, Current, Voltage, Power factor and Frequency. (b) Monthly billing survey data for cumulative energy, Load Survey Data, Tamper Events (ii) Communication module: The system should provide communication of energy data and bills via print, email. (iii) Meter Master Data: The system would support meter data repository. The system should support meter replacement process. (iv) Excel Export : The system would support export of metering and billing data in excel format (v) It shall also include recurring SMS charges, payment gateway charges for online meter recharge & shall be included in quoted rate for 2 years including DLP period. (v) It shall Procurement & maintenance of SIM card for 2 years including DLP Period. (vi) Mobile App- Mobile app for individual end customer to view their own data & recharge their meter. Mobile app for individual customer provided to view their meter live status & parameter (12 Months consumption history & Last 6 months Bill invoice & Facility to recharge meter online). Note: 1. Software shall be CERT-IN certified from CERT approved vendors for any cyber security related threat. 2. Cloud based software should be expandable in future, when no. of meters are increased as per site requirement with additional charges. (For 100 Nos. Meter)

Supply and installtion of meter box of Size 315 x 600 x 214mm with transperent lid all as specified and as directed

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 13.08:- Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions:- [i] Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 Mtr. [ii] PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles. [iii] Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr. [iv] Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd. [v] GI protection pipe of size 15 mm bore medium grade 7.5 mtr.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply, laying, jointing and testing of DI (Ductile iron) pressure pipes of size 100 mm dia bore with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class K-7,with cement mortar lining in inner side as per IS: 8329/2000 (latest revision) and other relevant standards and matallic zinc cozting followed by a finishing layer of epoxy paint in outer side, suitable for push on joint (rubber gasket joint) in any length with inside cement mortar laid in trenches including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Ductile Iron Specials/Fittings, excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying, fixing and testing of DI pipe fittings for spigot socketed pipes such as bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing/ decreasing or double socket etc). Tees suitable for sockets or socket and spigot etc of size 100 to 250 bore in mm dia complete all as specified & directed. Note:- 1. Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately. 2. Unit rates includes for all jointing and jointing materials.

M&L for Construction of brick masonry new valve pit chamber of size 900 mm X 900 mm X 900 mm (internal dimensions) with 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 lean concrete foundation using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, providing well burnt brick masonry wall of 23 mm thick built in cement mortar 1:6 rendering in cement mortar 1:6 finished even smooth using extra cement internally and 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and finished fair and even supply and fix 3.15 mm thick MS sheet steel cover fixed on 50 mm x50 mm x6 mm thick angle iron frame embedded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and 1 nos 50 mm size 4 levers lock with key in dupicate Standard size and MS hold fast and handle made out of 25 x 6 mm flat iron,applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer (red oxide) including excavation earth work in any type of soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 14.02 above but valve pit chamber size 600 mm x600 mm x 600 mm (Internal Dimensions).

M&L for Drilling hole under the existing road/floor/PCC path for laying GI pipe of dia varying from 50 mm to 100 mm at required depth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installed, commissioning and testing of LT Panel outdoor type factory made CPRI approved, water and vermin proof protection of size 1500 mm x 1400 mm x 500 mm ( over all dimension) made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of size 50 x50x 6 mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25 x5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable, single hinged door/ shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and extenal steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation of suitable size and connections of all outgoing/incoming cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work as required including the following fitment accessories and including tremoving old exisiting one complete all as specified.
