Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of outdoor type 11 KV, gang operated Device switch (GOD), single throw single break off load type, of current rating upto 400 Amps, nine pole, each pole consisting of galvanized steel base, HT insulators as per IS, non ferrous knife and spring, loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to break magnetizing current of the transformers, horizontal GI pipe of adequate length for phase separation, adequate length of GI pipes for operation from ground level and operating handle with locking arrangement complete in both OFF & ON positions. S&F Cable route Indicator made out of 150 mm round disc of cast iron duly written with HT/11 KV cable properly fixed with nut bolts to angle iron 40X40X5 mm length 60 cms properly grouted in ground at a depth 25 cms with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate Size 10X10X10 cm underground, including necessary excavation earthwork complete. Angle iron shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete as in repairs all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, Taking Out serviceable VCB Panel having one incoming and three outgoing VCBs safely and transported from Substation building AFS Makarpura to new constructed power house building at Darjipura including loading unloading using crane suitable hiring of suitable vehicle for 20 KM distance and reconnecting at new location with extendable existing VCB panel by providing busbar 3 phase 11 KV epoxy insulator and dummy panel for alignment of existing busbar, providing control connections with exiting VCB with providing including testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Contractors are advise to visit the site at AFS Baroda before quoting the rate. (ii) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of necessary crane / vehicle charges for shifting and installation of the VCB.
