Notes :- (i) Approved dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Taking down carefully old existing HT PCC Cable Cover of Class EHV / HVP / HV of any type & size complete all as specified & as directed.

Laying only HT PCC cable covers of any type & size for protection of UG HT electric cables in trenches, obtained serviceable from serial item No. 5 here-in-above, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class HV, Type-1, Flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40mm for protection of underground electric cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully old existing LT PCC Cable Cover of Class LV of any type & size complete all as specified & as directed.

Laying only LT PCC cable covers of any type & size for protection of UG LT electric cables in trenches, obtained serviceable from serial item No. 8 here-in-above, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type-1, Flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for protection of underground electric cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 100mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls etc with required size of flat iron (minimum 25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT/LT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for cutting of existing PCC floor / hardstanding / Interlocking tiles path / WBM road with soling & premix carpet of any description for removing / laying UG Cables/ pipe line, depth of cutting not exceeding 90cm and width 45cm and filling the trench of road i.e. excluding top 20cm with existing aggregate obtained from cutting, watered and properly rammed to satisfaction of EIC and finally provide with & including 20 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate to entire width of trench & finally match the top surface to road & disposal of debris to a distance not exceeding 250 metre and depositing where directed including re-setting of interlocking tiles/ Paver block (where required) complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 11000 Volt (Earthed) grade of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 Core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable HT cable, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection covers, protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

(a) Bus bar minimum 400 Amp aluminium with R/Y/B coloured for three Phases and 200 Amp for Neutral Black colour insulation sleeves - 01 Set (b) Indicator Set RYB, “LED” type (set of three) -01 Set Notes : (i) Vertical height of legs of LT Panel base frame shall be not less than 45 cm from top of nearest road level / PCC floor finish. Legs shall be grouted in ground minimum 30cm in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate).
