Material and Labour for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) RCC M-30 (20mm graded stone aggregate ) in Walls, retaining Walls ,Basement walls ,ballast walls and llike any thickness above the footings including attached pilasters and butresses. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) RCC M-30 (20mm graded stone aggregate ) in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like. Complete all as specified and directed.butresses. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for flat finish form work to sides of concrete foundations footing bases of coloumn raft and raft beams sides and soffits of plinth beams and similar works vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for flat finish form work to face of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and stairrailing and similar works including attached pilasters, buttresses etc vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for flat finish form work tosoffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work: not exceeding 200 mm thick ( Horizontal or sloping ) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing for Mild Steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending, hooking etc and binding with MS wire 0.9mm dia(annealed) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing for compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc., and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on bricks / concrete / stone masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Returning, filling in , including spreding, leveling , watering and well ramming in layer not exe 25 cm with soil obtained from excavation cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Removing excavated material exe. 250 m but not exe. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Hardcore of broken stone of gauge not exe 63 mm deposited, spreaded and levelled in layers not exe 15 cm thick, watering and ramming to a true surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

Surface dressing not exe 15 cm deep in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed . NOTE : Removing of vegetation / shrubs / brushwood / undergrowth and carrying away rubbish to a distance of 50 m deemed to included in quoted rate.

Material and Labour for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour 10 mm Sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual , organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer as specified and directed. ( No additional amount to be paid for overlap )

Supplying and laying 400 Micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality ) water proof , wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm / sqm over tack coat / sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. Sand layer shall be measured and paid separately. 2.Company logo , iS code, and batch number shall be marked on HDPE sheet at every 2 meters.

Material and Labour for cement concrete work in pavement / hard - standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, minimum 28 days field flexural strength 40 kilogram per sq.cm or 4.0 Mpa aggregate gradation as er table 3 of IRC 15-2017 , coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong , dense non - porus and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregate of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand combination of both using minimum 400 kg/ cum of cement with non- circular , virgin synthetic fibre of 12- 18 mm length , specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39 , UV stable , alki resistant , with equavalent dia 15-40 micron , minimum mlting temperature as 240'C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the Manufacturer's complete all as specified and directed and including all necessary form work for laying in bays complete all as specified and directed. NOTES: (i) Construction, joints, dummy joints (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quality for expansion joints. (iii) Price adustment shall be applicable if excess quality of cement content in used/ approved in the execution of work under this item. (iv) Polyster non- circular fibre as secondary reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be measured and paid separately as " supply only" under relevant item of this schedule.

Material and Labour for finishing of concrete roads/paving by brooming complete etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only polyster traingular fibre 6/12 mm long with circun-circle diameter 30-35 micron , designed for melting point 240-260 degree celsius and having specific gravity 1-34 to 1-40, fibre etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of constuction joints 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of approprite size straight and smooth edges.Joint cleaned throughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made by dry vaccum cleaned and free dirt, oil, vegetation and other dbries. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the back up road and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density cross linked polythelene foam backup rod of 12 mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealent complying with BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN-14187-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of (+/-) 30 % having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling tape after filling of sealant as per mathod specified by the manufacture complete as specified and directed.

Forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC.Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cuter of approprite size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned throughly with application of compressed air, joint shall be made dry, vacccum cleaned and free dirt, oil , vegetation and other debries. The joint then filled with pre- molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethelene closed cell type foller board as specified ., thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an inerval of 30 Minutes before placing the back up rod and pouring the sealant.Placing of closed cell , medium density , cross linked polythelene foam back up rod of 30 mm dia over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealent complying with BS -5212, BS- 4254 and EN- 141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of (+/-) 30 % having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling tape after filling of sealant as per mathod specified by the manufacture complete as specified and directed.

Forming dummy/contraction joint with an intial saw cut 3 mm soon after the concrete has set upto a depth of 1/3 rd to 1/4 th the thickness of the POQ slab, widening the first saw cut of 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of approprite ize , straight and smooth edges .Joint cleaned throughly with application of compressed air, joint shall be made dry, vacccum cleaned and free dirt, oil , vegetation and other debries.Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an inerval of 30 Minutes before placing the back up rod and pouring the sealant.Placing of closed cell , medium density , cross linked polythelene foam back up rod of 08 mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealent complying with BS -5212, BS- 4254 and EN- 141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of (+/-) 30 % having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling tape after filling of sealant as per mathod specified by the manufacture complete as specified and directed.
