M&L for preparation of existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bitumenious primer using paving bitumen VG-30 at the rare 5kg/10 sqm.And M&L for bituminius premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, 30mm thick consolidated thickness rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne Vibrator Power Rollerto requred gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2mm thick center line, stop line, dashes, arrows, brackets and similar work on bituminous/concrete pavement/path surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermoplastic approved quality of paint white/golden /yellow as approved colour/shade make with 8% glass beads laid at temp 160 with a special applicator machine complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and applied with machine, as per manufacturere's instructions incl preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Shalimar of STP Ltd or M/s Kataline Infra Products Pvt Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE) Note : The rate included for provision of red signals to keep off traffic from wet paint, cleaning road surfaces and working during odd hours when traffic is light.
