M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, base of columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down existing batten type light fitting of any description & fixed in any position and S&F new clear white 20 Watt wall mounted 4 ft LED batten type decorative light fitting, minimum CCT 5700K, 230 Volts, 50 Hz, extruded aluminium housing & polycarbonate diffuser, fixed as per manufacturer's instructions and making necessary electrical connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing recess mounted light fitting of any type & fixed in any position and S&F new clear white 36/40 Watt LED light fitting, decorative, energy efficient, Recess mounted 2ft x 2ft decorative panel with white powder coated CRCA housing and full mounted acrylic diffuser, flicker free driver, minimum CCT 5700K, system lumen efficacy ≥ 110 Lm/W, Power factor ≥ 0.90, 230 Volts, 50 Hz, fixed as per manufacturer's instructions and making necessary electrical connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing light fitting of any type & fixed in any position and S&F new 2 x 6 Watt LED wall mounted UP and DOWN clear/ warm white decorative LED light fixture with die cast aluminium housing transparent tempered glass diffuser, minimum IP 54 protection, minimum CCT 2700K, fixed in any position on wall with Screw/ nut bolt properly as per site requirement with all accessories and making necessary electrical connections and testing on completion complete all as directed. Taking down existing street light fitting of any description and S&F new 90 Watt LED street light fitting, High Efficiency, minimum IP 65 protection, CCT - 5700K, system lumen efficacy ≥ 110 Lm/W, Power factor ≥ 0.95, powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing, top opening with separate driver compartment and clear PMMA/polycarbonate/toughened glass heat resistant cover, fixing to existing bracket including nut bolts, connected with & including 2.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor cable from Junction Box to light fitting and electrically connected to the existing system and testing on completion complete all as directed.

Taking down existing street light fitting of any description and S&F new 90 Watt LED street light fitting, High Efficiency, minimum IP 65 protection, CCT - 5500K, powder coated pressure die spun aluminium housing and clear injection moulded polycarbonate / toughened glass have multi chip on board LED, Beam Angle (Throw & Spread) - 52"x24" and metal clad PCB, the minimum lumen output of the system should be greater than 9000 lumens with minimum lumens per watt 115±10% asymmetric fixing to existing bracket including nut bolts, connected with & including 2.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor cable from Junction Box to light fitting and electrically connected to the existing system and testing on completion complete all as directed. S&F in repairs Aviation obstruction Red LED light 8.5 watt, 230 volts, IP 65, 50 Hz, fixing on top of the OHT/ Watch tower of height upto 25 mtr including necessary electrical connection and foundation complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Contractor shall make his own arrangements of T&P, ladder and all other items required for fixing of aviation light on top of OHT/ Watch tower and quoted rate shall deemed to be included of this aspect.

Taking down existing post top lantern of any description and S&F new 45W, IP 65 decorative outdoor post top lighting fixture with powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing and translucent diffuser. The fitting shall have LED with Lens and PCB. The minimum lumen output of the system should be greater than 4000 lumens. The fittings shall have minimum surge protection 5 kV and fitting shall be sealed with a non-ageing silicone gasket, fixed as per manufacturer’s instructions and making necessary electrical connections with & including 2.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor cable from Junction Box to light fitting and testing on completion complete all as directed. Taking down existing Ring Post top light fitting and S&F new 60 Watt LED Ring Post Top lighting fixture, IP-65 protection, outdoor type, decorative, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed with powder coated Die cast aluminium housing, Polycarbonate diffuser, fixed as per manufacturer's instructions and making necessary electrical connections and testing on completion, complete all as directed. Taking down existing bollard light fitting and S&F new 9/10 W LED Bollard light fitting IP-54 rated with inbuilt LED, made in die cast aluminium housing Frosted polycarbonate diffuser, CCT 3000K complete with all standard accessories fixed as per manufacturer's instructions and making necessary electrical connections including testing on completion complete all as directed. Taking down existing 1000W HPSV search light fitting of any type and Supply, installation, commissioning and testing new 300 Watt LED search light, hi-beam, Energy saving, long range 1000 metre, multi circuit, LED efficacy 140 lm/W, CCT 5500K, LM6 housing with heat sink, round in shape, dia 400mm, operating voltage : 90V – 300V, 50 Hz, PF 0.95, THD 20%, CRI 70, optical grade PMMA/ PC lens reflector, narrow beam 5 degree, average lux level at 10 metre 9000, toughened clear glass with silicon gasket, over volt / under volt, over heat, short circuit protected, conforming to LM79, LM80, IK07, IP66, fixed as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed. Make: Kalin Engineering Works, Kanpur Model No. LRFLL-25PC30 or equivalent in SIGMA, Kolkata or in make approved by GE. Note: (i) Warranty for two years, which including 1 year defect liability period. (ii) Whole assembly shall be of Indigenous i.e Indian origin and China makes shall not be accepted under any circumstances. (iii) Contractor shall make his own arrangements of T&P, ladder, safety gears to workmen and all other items required for fixing of Search light on top of structure/ building upto 21 metre height and quoted rate shall deemed to be included of this aspect.

Dismantling and taking down existing damaged/broken PCC Pole and S&F new 6 mtr height hot dip galvanized steel pole hexagonal/ octagonal cross sections grade S355JO of dimensions top dia 70 mm, bottom dia 130 mm, sheet thickness 3 mm, base plate dimensions 200x200x12 mm, foundation bolt size 4 Nos x 20 mm dia, pitch circle dia 200 mm, bolt length 600 mm, projected bolt length 100 mm, anchor plate thickness 3 mm with inbuilt compartment for mounting switch box, earthing etc covered with hinged door confirming to IS:2629 / BS EN ISO 1461 alongwith connections with & including MCB SP 6 Amp, 240 V, 10 kA, 'C' Curve (1 No.), MCB TP 32 Amp, 415 V, 10 kA, 'C' Curve (1 No.) & Connector (RYB&N) - 63 A Cap (01 No.) complete all as specified and as directed. Make of Pole: Bajaj Cat No. BOP-3030 or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after. Note: Earth work and PCC foundation shall be measured & paid for separately.

S&F in repairs 2.50 Sqmm 3 core PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed, multistranded copper conductor flexible cable of 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) drawn through & including new 20mm dia PVC rigid conduit (Heavy duty, ISI marked) from DB, Junction Box, etc to fitting with suitable lugs etc complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs 2.50 Sqmm 3 core PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed, multistranded copper conductor flexible cable of 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) drawn through existing conduit pipe/ inside GI Pole from DB, Junction Box, etc to fitting with suitable lugs etc complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs Junction box made from SMC/FRP sheet readymade of size 300x200x100 mm having 100 A capacity including RYB and neutral with aluminium busbar, with & including MCB SP 6 Amp 10 kA 'C' Curve 240 V (01 No.) fixed to pole/wall with MS clamp made out of MS flat iron 25x5 mm with suitable nut, bolts, washers, etc and necessary painting to MS clamp with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repair Cable looping box made from FRP sheet readymade of size 140mm x 140mm x 95mm, with PVC sheet finish inside with & including MCB SP 6 Amp 10 kA 'C' Curve, 240 V (01 No.), heavy duty connector for connection of 3 core cable and fixed to pole/wall with MS clamp made out of MS flat iron 25x5 mm with suitable nut, bolts, washers, etc and necessary painting to MS clamp with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs MCB SP 6 Amp, 50 Hz, AC supply, 10 kA 'C' Curve with proper size lugs complete all as directed. Make: Legrand Cat No. 4085 87 or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 10 sqmm 4 Core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection covers, protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with copper stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 2.5 sqmm 3 core (ISI marked) fixed on wall/ pole or laid in trenches/ floor etc including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Mild steel angle cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections & MS bars conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed with & including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, one under coat of aluminium paint and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Size, section and shape of steel sections shall be as directed. (ii) Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

S&F in repairs GI tubing heavy grade (ISI marked) size 40mm bore and 2.50m long duly painted with two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chromate primer including nut, bolts, washers & drilling holes for bolts for fixing of Post Top Light fitting complete all as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 50mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls etc with required size of flat iron (minimum 25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT/LT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply and laying/fixing 20 mm bore High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipes of Grade ‘PE 100’, Pressure Class ‘PN 8’, ‘SDR-17’, ISI marked, with all fittings, laid in trenches, under floors or roads/ along poles etc for protection of electric cables, fixed in repairs, complete all as directed.

Supply and laying/fixing 40 mm bore High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipes of Grade ‘PE 100’, Pressure Class ‘PN 8’, ‘SDR-17’, ISI marked, with all fittings, laid in trenches, under floors or roads/ along poles etc for protection of electric cables, fixed in repairs, complete all as directed.

M&L for cutting of existing PCC floor / hardstanding / Interlocking tiles path / WBM road with soling & premix carpet of any description for removing / laying UG Cables/ pipe line, depth of cutting not exceeding 90cm and width 45cm and filling the trench of road i.e. excluding top 20cm with existing aggregate obtained from cutting, watered and properly rammed to satisfaction of EIC and finally provide with & including 20 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate to entire width of trench & finally match the top surface to road & disposal of debris to a distance not exceeding 250 metre and depositing where directed including re-setting of interlocking tiles/ Paver block (where required) complete all as directed.
