Material and labour for precast concrete block masonry (1:5:8) with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm width and setting in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers nexc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of acrylic antifungal emulsion paint, exterior grade over a coat of primer as per manufactures instructions in camouflage pattern on wall/roof surface Including removal of existing treatment, with brooming down or steel wire brushing etcat any position, any description and at any height etc including necessary scaffolding arrangement for carrying out the work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light/Fan/socket 5Amps point on indep board controlled by one, one way switch complete with 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through and including heavy duty ERW conduit not less than 20 mm dia concealed type , including all accessories like bend, tees, junction boxes etc. including 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant low smoke cable as a earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Point wiring will be done from Main DB. Length of point wiring may be beyond 5 mtrs and no extra amount for long point wiring will be considered complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Point wiring will be done from Main DB. Length of point wiring may be beyond 5 mtrs and no extra amount for long point wiring will be considered complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 4 run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 6Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH drawn through and including heavy duty ERW steel conduit not less than 20 mm dia with all necessary fitting and including one run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 6 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant as earth wire, fixed on wall / ceiling complete including taking down old sub main wiring. Note: 04 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire with conduit will be measured as one RM for payment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6,16A, 250V, 2P+earth complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6,32A, 433V, 4P+earth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flameproof weatherproof distribution board aluminum die cast alloy in LM6 material sheet metal enclosure incl MCB 63Amp TPN(Incomer) and 12 Nos SP 6-32 Amp(Outgoing) terminal, wiring and incl all fitting accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit with adequate quantity of charcoal and dust and common salt , not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level connected to & including galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia drawn through GI protection pipe of size ordered specified for protection of earthing lead from earth electrode to test point/main DB from mechanical injury or tempering by means of nuts and bolt check nuts and washers of galvanised iron sheet all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I and connected to earthing test point complete including testing, refilling earth and removal of surplus soil upto 50 mtrs, PCC 1:3:6 type CI chamber precast RCC cover 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bar 3 Nos both way with handle made out of 6 mm dia MS bar water pipe with wire mesh and connecting testing etc complete all as specified and directed.
