M&L for filling approved dry river sand for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable and punning to 18 cm total thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Approved dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type-1, Flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for protection of underground electric cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 100mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls etc with required size of flat iron (minimum 25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT/LT electric cable complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for cutting of existing PCC floor / hardstanding / Interlocking tiles path / WBM road with soling & premix carpet of any description for removing / laying UG Cables/ pipe line, depth of cutting not exceeding 90cm and width 45cm and filling the trench of road i.e. excluding top 20cm with existing aggregate obtained from cutting, watered and properly rammed to satisfaction of EIC and finally provide with & including 20 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate to entire width of trench & finally match the top surface to road & disposal of debris to a distance not exceeding 250 metre and depositing where directed including re-setting of interlocking tiles/ Paver block (where required) complete all as directed.

M&L for Mild steel angle cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections & MS bars conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed with & including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, one under coat of aluminium paint and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Size, section and shape of steel sections shall be as directed. (ii) Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

Supply, erection, commissioning & testing 16 metre High Mast suitable for 6 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear, hot dip galvanized, fabricated from high tensile steel plates and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 (Part III) 1987 with door opening, raising and lowering system, head arrangement, two point suspension system with stainless steel wire ropes, double drum winch, integral power tool, torque limiter, lantern carriage, junction box, lightening finial, earth terminals, base flange, foundation bolts, pully assembly, lightning arrester spike, trailing cables, plug & socket, template, other standard accessories, etc including RCC foundation as per manufacturer’s instructions including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, complete all as specified & as directed.

Description of serial item No. 10 contd… Notes : (i) Vertical height of legs of LT panel base frame shall be not less than 45 cm from top of nearest road level / PCC floor finish. Legs shall be grouted in ground minimum 30cm in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate). (ii) The contractor shall produce and get the detailed (GD) drawings of LT Panel approved from GE through Engineer-in-Charge before fabrication and placing the order to the approved manufacturer. (iii) MS frame work shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer. (iv) Cost of internal wiring, MS frame work, painting, platform, MCCB spreaders, cable glands, locking arrangement with aldrop bolt and any minor addition/alteration where required at site (the decision of GE shall be final and binding regarding extent to which the change can be considered as minor addition/alteration) shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S&F Aviation obstruction Red LED light 8.5 watt, 230 volts, IP 65, 50 Hz, fixing on top of the High Mast of height upto 18 mtr including necessary electrical connection and foundation complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Contractor shall make his own arrangements of T&P, ladder and all other items required for fixing of aviation light on top of High Mast and quoted rate shall deemed to be included of this aspect.

S&F Distribution Board (DB) sheet metal enclosure, TPN, 4 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar, double door, 415 Volts, suitable for fixing MCBs, fixed in concealed or on wall as per site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amp, 240 V, 50 Hz, AC supply, 10 kA, 'C' Curve, complete all as directed.

S&F MCB TPN 32 Amp, 415 V, 50 Hz, AC supply, 10kA, 'C' Curve, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm (nominal area) size main cable & one run of 4 sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS with multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade (ISI marked) cables, drawn through & including suitable size of heavy duty non-metallic rigid PVC conduit (ISI marked) & conduit fittings/accessories, fixed on surface of wall/ceiling, complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- 02 runs of 4 sqmm size main cable, 01 run of 4 sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable and conduit with accessories shall be measured as one run length for payment purpose.

S&F 4.00 Sqmm 3 core PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed, multistranded copper conductor flexible cable of 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) drawn through pole/ pipe from Flood Light to feeder/junction box etc with suitable lugs etc complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 1.50 Sqmm 3 core PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed, multistranded copper conductor flexible cable of 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) drawn through pole/ pipe from junction box to fitting with suitable lugs etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 35 sqmm 3.5 Core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection covers, protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 Core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection covers, protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fix to aluminium strip, nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws, enclosed in suitable PVC box, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Earthing with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected using galvanized iron earth lead wire 4 mm dia upto 7.5mtr as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI earth lead wire protected by Gl light grade pipe 15 mm bore, including provision of concrete earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars reinforced at 100 mm C/C both ways and handle of 6 mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI medium grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom, 2 m long placed on top edge of earth plate, charcoal and common salt filling test point made out of 40x8 mm flange with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as per electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part I and connected to earth test point including testing on completion complete all as specified & as directed.
