The front and rear rails shall be provided below the seat joining front legs and rear legs . The top of front legs shall have wooden arms rest of 65 mm x25 mm in section and shape as shown on drg. The legs shall be joined by side rails 70 mm x 25 mm in section teak wood. The bottom frame of seat shall be of 55 mm x 20 mm in section over which 3/4 mm thick plywood commercial shall be fixed. 75 mm thick foam cushion of 32 density with upholster with leathersied rexine of approved shade and texture as directed by GE to all placesshould given as shown in drg.Hard rubber/ PVC shoes of 25 mm dia 25 mm high shall be provided to the bottom of legs with screws FINISH: All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish after preparation of surfaces till not acheived glossy finish

Chair Wooden bottom (FD-285) DIMENSION:-Overall size shall be 445mm long,440mm wide and 835mm high DESCRIPTION:-.Timber shall be seasoned teak wood Ist Quality.Front legs shall be of size 30mmx55mm in section and 455mm high and rear legs shall be of section30x55mm and 835mm high.The legs shall be joined by front ,sides, rear rails made to shape out of 30mmx65mm in section.Two side stiffeners in short rails shall be provided of 20mmx25mm in section.One stiffener of 20mmx25mm shall also be provided at centre of both stiffeners joining the sides stiffenres.12mm thick decorative plywood with perforated holes 6MM dia at centre in a radius of 5 inch shall be fixed over the frame of the chair irrespective of what is shown on drg. . All Diamensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg. All joints, fixing shall be done in accordance with standard specifications. hard rubber shoes shall be provided at each leg Rest all as shown on drg. FINISH:-All wooden expose surfaces shall be french polished two coats after preparation of surfaces

Chair Dining (FD/MAP-II/05) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 890mm high, 440mm wide and 430mm deep. DESCRIPTION:The size of the legs shall be 30x55mm.Front and side rails shall be of size 30x65mm.Stiifeners of size 20mmx25mm three in nos shall be fixed as specified in drg. PVC seat 4mm thick of PPCP material and weight not less than 0.50 kgs with perforated holes shall be fixed inside the frame of seat with proper screws.one additional stiffener of size 30x25mm shall also be fixed below the seat for extra suport of PVC seat.The height of the seat shall be at 460mm high from ground.The size of the teak wood back shall be 45x15mm made out of 45x35mm section.25mm dia and 25mm high nylon buffers shall be provided to bottom of all legs. FINISH: All wood surfaces shall be lacquer polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg.

Chair Easy (FD-229) DIMENSION: Overall size as per drg. DESCRIPTION:- All wood shall be first class teak wood well seasoned . Front legs shall be 25mmx55mm in section and 355mm high up to seat level. Rear legs shall be of 25mmx55mm in section and 300mm high up to seat level and slanting 50mm away from vertical. Front, back and side rails of seat shall be out of 25mmx50mm in section and made to shape as shown on drawing. front, back and side rails shall join the front and rear legs at 355mm high and 300mm high in rear Teak wood arm rests shall be provided at 190mm above seat level and shall be size as shown on drawing.Caning shall be done with plastic cane of 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick half round gola type weighing not less than 6gms in ten running meters. Caning shall be done in Godrej pattern. PVC shoes 25mmx25mm shall be provided at the bottom of all legs. FINISH:- All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish.

Chair Draghtman (FD-204) DIMENSION:-Overall size shall be 470mm wide ,445mm deep and 1040mm high. DESCRIPTION:-Timber shall be seasoned teak wood Ist Quality.Front legs shall be 50x50mm at top and 40x40mm at bottom .Rear legs shall be 95x50mm .The seat of the chair shall be woven in godrej pattern with 2mm wide 0.25mm thick best quality cane. . All Diamensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg. All joints, fixing shall be done in accordance with standard specifications. Rest all as shown on drg. FINISH:-All wooden expose surfaces shall be french polished two coats after preparation of surfaces

Board notice 2440mmx1220mm (FD-99(R)) Overall size shall be 2440mmx1220mm. Side frame shall be as per size given in drg in section and shall be of first class well seasoned free from knots and cracks teak wood. Stiffner shall be of 25mm x 19mm in section. 12mm thick soft board shall be provided on 6mm thick ply wood over which best quality green baize cloth shall be fixed. Front shall have openable shutters. one aluminium hasp and staple 50mm long shall be provided. 5mm thick glass shall be provided on the style and rails of size given in drg. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high gloss finish two coats after prepartion of surface. Rest all as specifications and material are as per drg.

Desk with dias wooden (FD-399) DIMENSION:-The overall size of dias shall be 2700mmx2500mmx200mm and desk shall be size as given in drg. DESCRIPTION:-The wood for dias shall be teak wood first class well seasoned .The top of the desk shall be of 25mm thick prelaminated particle board.The four side rails and inner two cross rails shall be of size 40mmx80mm.The other inner rails shall be of size 30mmx50mm .The legs shall be of size 100mmx100mm and other 75mmx75mm as shown on drg.The desk shall be made of 12mm thick prelaminated particle board with teak wood base .The desk shall be provided with 12mm thick teak wood foot rest .The top shall also be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board and shall be fixed with countersunk wooden screws duly fixed with elctric screw driver.All dimensions and fittings shall be in accordance to drgs.Rest all as per drg.. FINISH:-All wooden surfaces of dias shall be painted with high gloss finish with desired colour after preparation of surfaces

Form with back (FD-78 (M)) DIMENSION:Over all size shall be of 1800mmX490mmX900mm. DESCRIPTION:wooden seat shall be of teak wood first class well seaoned free from knots and cracks in one piece and of size 1800mm long 255mm wide and 25 mm thick bolted to frame with 3 mm dia GI nut bolt and washers.Steel frame shall be 1500mm long in such a way that teak wood seat shall project 150mm from frame on each side .Back rest shall be of teak wood and 1800mm long,150mm wide and 19mm thick .Legs shall be 25mm MS tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. Steel frame shall be provided with 25mm square MS tube 16 gauge .All Dimensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg. FINISH: All wooden expose surfaces shall be french polished two coats after preparation of surfaces to obtain glossy finish and steel portion shall be painted with synthetic enamel black paint with spary machine.

Form without back (FD-1027) DIMENSION:Over all size shall be of 1525x255x450mm. DESCRIPTION:seat shall be of prelaminated particle board in one piece and of size 1525mm long 255mm wide and 25 mm thick bolted to frame with 3 mm dia GI nut bolt and washers with standard PVC edging all around.the width is 300mm at bottom and 255 mm at top .Legs shall be 25mm MS tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. Steel frame shall be provided with 25mm square MS tube 16 gauge .All Dimensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg. FINISH: All wooden expose surfaces shall be french polished two coats after preparation of surfaces and steel portion shall be painted with synthetic enamel black paint.

Hat Stand with mirror (FD-233) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 1000mm long,710mm high. All wood shall be first class hard wood teak. 20mmx50mm in section teak wood frame shall be provided horizontally (top and bottom rails) and vertically (sides). Two horizontal wooden battens of 50mmx20mm in section. One at 160mm from top rail and other at 200mm from bottom rail shall be provided in the right hand side of vertical intermediate stiffener joining vertical stiffeners with left hand side for providing support for the fixing of pegs. Another wooden batten 50mmx20mm in section shall be provided in horizontal direction on right hand side of vertical intermediate stiffener 430mm from bottom of top rail. 4mm thick teak plywood 1000mmx710mm shall be provided to front of frame and 4mm thick commercial plywood of 1000mmx710mm shall be provided to the back of frame. 6mmx35mm in section teak wood edging shall be provided all round the Hat Stand frame. 5 mm thick Atul or Modiguard mirror of size 300mmx440mm shall be provided with teak wood beading made to shape as shown on drawing out of 10mmx12mm in section teak wood. Brass pegs of size 120mmx75mm(overall) shall be fixed with brass screws as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Two key plates shall be provided of mild steel sheet, 3mm thick, made to shape as shown on drawing. All wood and teak ply surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with highgloss finish. All steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of black paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces.

Hot case small (FD-363) DIMENSION :overall size shall be 900mm long, 540mm wide and 840mm high. DESCRIPTION: Top shall be provided 25mm thick polished marble stone slab..The base shall be made of teak wood with size of legs as 45mmx45mm at top and 30mmx30mm at bottom with side stifeners of size 40x19mm.The top portion shall have be provided with teak wood frame made of 75mmx19mm battens frame as shown in drg.The bootom of top frame shall be provided with asbestos sheet plain .The two shelves fitted inside the hot case shall be made of 4mm dia wire mesh welded to 12x3mm flat iron frame as shown .The inner sides/shutters including top and bottom of hot case shall be fitted with aluminium sheet lining alround.The shutters shall be fixed with aluminium hinges and each shutter shall be provided with 35mm dia knob or chrome plated 100mm long handles .front shutters and left hand side shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade.Timber shall be seasoned teak wood Ist Quality knot free.All Dimensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg. All joints, fixing shall be done in accordance with standard specifications. Magzine Rack Medium (FD-365) DIMENSION: Overall size shall be as per Shape given in Drg. DESCRIPTION: Back shall be of 12mm thick prelaminated particle board of relevant IS no. exterior grade.The vertical partitions(05 in nos) shall also be of 12mm thick particle board .The horizontal rails of teak wood 10mm thick and 50mm wide (04 in nos) shall be fixed on back as shown on drg .The 16 equal partitions made so far shall be provided with housing faciity for acrylic transparent persepex sheet 3mm thick in slanting in 5mm groove made in vertical paritions.The top left and right back shall be provided with a key plate for hanging purpose.The all edges of particle board board shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading.Rest all specifications and material are as per Drg. FINISH:All wood and teak veneer surfaces shall be french polished with high gloss finish.

Mirror with Shelf (FD-52 (M)) All specifications, material are as per Drg

Notice board (FD-366) Overall size shall be 900mm long, 600mm high. frame as per size given in drg and shall be of first class teak wood particle board al round. Stiffner and frame as per drg size and material used given in Drg. 19mm thick soft board shall be provided on 6mm thick ply wood over which best quality green baize cloth shall be fixed. Front shall have openable shutters with aluminium channels. one aluminium hasp and staple 75mm long shall be provided. 4mm thick glass shall be provided on the style and rails in section. 4mm thick teak wood beading given all around.All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished two coats after prepartion of surface with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg.

Peg Table (FD-384) DIMENSION; Overall size shall be 450mm long,300mm wide and 380mm high. DESCRIPTION: Legs shall be of teak wood of section 30mmx50mm.The legs shall be 362mm high.5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided on the top of legs which shall be visible when placed in position.Two nos top rails of section 20mmx40mm of teak wood shall be provided connecting legs.Two bottom rails of size 20mmx40mm shall be fixed between the legs .A centre stiffeners of size 20x40mm shall be provided at centre of side bottom rails for extra support irrespective of what is shown on drg.Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board with 4mm teak wood edging all round the top of table. FINISH: All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high lacquer finish.Rest all as per drg.

Meat Safe Small (FD-369) DIMENSION:The over all size shall be 900x 540x 840 mm. DESCRIPTION: Timber shall be 1st class HW teak . frame should be 19x75mm teak wood.Top shall be 25 mm thick polished marble stone slab.The Back/bottom of the safe meat and milk shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade of relevant IS No.The sides and front shutters frame shall be made of 50mmx19mm wooden rails .The horizontal partition inside the safe shall be made of 50x19mm battens fixed over two side 19x12mm bearer and two centre stiffeners of size 19x40mm.The sides and front shutters shall be provided with wire mesh 20 gauge fixed from inside with beading.The edges of partcle board shall be covered with teak wood beading.The base shall be made of teak wood with size of legs at top as 45mmx45mm and at bottom 30mmx30mm and 100mm high.The rails of base shall be of size as per drg.Two knobs 35mm dia shall be fixed on shutters and one hasp and staple 75mm shall be fixed on shutter with screws.Ball spring catch good quality to be provided to both shutters FINISH:All wooden surfaces shall be finished with two of synthetic enamel white paint over a coat of wooden primer after preparation of surfaces. Rest all as per drg.

Safe meat small (FD-47 (M)) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 900mm long, 540mm wide and 840mm high. All wood shall be of Ist class teakwood(MP), Legs shall be 45mmx45mm at top and 30mmx30mm at bottom, 40mmx19mm stiffeners shall be provided on long sides and short sides connecting legs. Bottom and back shall be of 19mm thick teak wood planks. Two numbers intermediate stiffeners of 40mmx19mm section. Front shutters of wire guage shall be provided with 50mmx19mm section railsand styles. Wire gauge shall be of 12mm mesh and of 20 guage. Side Shall be of wire guage fixed on the frame . 19mmx12mm wooden bearers, two numbers, shall be provided in side at the middle of side. Seven numbers 50mmx19mm thick wooden battens shall be provided over the side beares. Back of Meat safe shall be of 19mm thick wooden planks. 25mm thick pre cast terrazzo slab with 1mm to 2mm size of marble chips top shall be provided over top of meat safe. Pre cast slab to be reinforced as directed by GE. 75mm long aluminium hasp and staple shall be provided to top of shutter. Two numbers 100mm long aluminium handle shall be provided to top of shutter.25mm long but hinges, four in number two to each shutter) shall be provided to front shutter. Two numbers (one on each shutter) ball spring catch shall be provided to each shutter. Two coat of white synthetic paint over a coat of primer shall be provided to all wooden surfaces with spray machine.

Side board (FD-1112) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 1025mm long, 450wide and 750mmhigh. Back shall be 1025mm long and 750mm high pre-laminated particle board 19mm thick. Sides shall be 450mm wide and 675mm high particle board 19mm thick. Base shall be of 75mm high 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board fixed at 25mm from front and sides. Top and bottom shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board. A vertical partition 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board shall be provided at 358mm from inside of right hand side pre-laminated particle board. Four drawers shall be provided equally in this space. Three piece of particle board 40mmx19mm and 358mm long shall be provided over the lower three drawers. Bottom, sides back of drawers shall be of 19mm thick particle board. The front of drawers shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board. 20mmX20mm teak wood bearers fixed exactly in center of both sides of the drawers shall be provided to each drawer. Another 20mmx20mm teak wood bearer shall be fixed to the vertical of the side board in such a way that the bearers fixed with the sides of the drawer shall side over smoothly. On left side compartment two horizontal shelves, equally spaced shall be provided as shown on drawing. The size of shelves shall be 610mm long, and 387 mm wide. Two side hung shutters shall be provided to left hand side of side board. The shutters shall be side hung with 20mm size piano type hinges. The shutters shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided al-round the front shutters and front of shelves. Shelves shall be fixed over the standard aluminium shelf support. On ail visible front edges of pre-laminated particle board shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood edging. All drawers and shutters shall be provided with one handle each of powder coated mild steel and 100mm long. Two catch spring shall be provided to shutters as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish

Sofa set 5 seater with cushion (FD/MAP-II/02) All as shown on drg. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak. 12mm BWR grade commercial ply as per IS-303 shall be fixed with seat and back over teakwood frame of sofa set five seater ( One Three seater and two single seater). 10 Nos of foam cushion 100mm thick 40 density of approved make covered with best quality of tapestory cloth as approved by GE. 25mm dia and 25mm digh rubber/PVC shoes shall be fixed to botom of legs with SS screws. All wood & board surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polised with high gloss finish (Lacquer finish) All joints and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship . Rest all as per drg.

Stool dressing cushion (FD/E6/MAP/14) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 450 mm long,300mm wide and 380mm high. DESCRIPTION:All wood shall be Ist class teak wood.The size of the legs shall be of size 50mmx30mm .The size of the three bottom stiffener shall be of size 19mmx25mm.The size of the top rails shall be of size 25mmx65mm.12mm thick commercial plywood shall be fixed over the top rails for seat .The seat of the stool shall be made of 75mm thick foam cushion of 32 density duly covered with best quality tapestry cloth.Rest all as per drg. FINISH:All wood surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with lacquer finish rest.Rest all as per drg.

Sofa set 2 seater (FD-281) DIMENSION :Overall size of one Seat shall be as per specifications given in the drg. DESCRIPTION: The sofa set 2 seater shall consist of two single seats. All wood shall be of first class teak wood free from knots and cracks well seasoned.Legs of sofa set shall be 70mm x35mm in section teak wood . Front legs shall be jointed by 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rail in front . Front and rear legs shall be joined with 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rails in sides. 100mm thick seat cushion and back cushions shall be of size as given in drg. The cushion shall be of cool foam or any other superior quality foam of 40 density as approved by GE. Cushion shall be covered with approved color tapestry cloth (approved by GE , not less than Rs:500/meter)or as directed by GE.50x20mm wooden battens given at all places as shown in drg.Rest all specifications and material are as per drg. FINISH: All wood surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with lacquer finish rest.Rest all as per drg.

Table Centre (FD-274) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 900mm long, 450mm wide and 400mm high. DESCRIPTION: All wood shall be of teak wood. Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of top.Legs shall be made out of 60mmx30mm in section teak wood . Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section shall be provided between legs, widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs.The bottom tier shall be fixed on the top of bottom side rails with 50mm long screwss..25mm dia hard rubber /PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws. FINISH:All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish Rest all as per drg.

TABLE DINING FOR EIGHT PERSONS (FD-376) Overall size shall be 1800mm long, 1200mm wide and 760 mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak well seasoned. Legs shall four in numbers. Legs shall be 60mmx60mm in section and 741mm high. Leg shall be joined together at the top of legs by 25mmx100mm in section top rail provided in long and short sides. 5mmx5mm in section vertical groove shall be provided in the middle in the visible two sides of all legs when placed position. Eight numbers , 25mmx3mm flat iron 200mm long bent to right angle shape corners shall be provided at all the junction of top rails meeting wise leg . Wooden corners shall be provided in side of four corners as directed by Engineer-in-charge, irrespective of whether shown on drawing or not. Pre-laminated particle board, 18mm thick with teak veneer shade at top and plag white on other side shall be provided as top of the table. 25mmx40mm teak wood edging shall be provided all round the top edges of the table. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polish with lacquer finish as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

TABLE COOK (FD-377) Overall size shall be 900mm long, 540mm wide and 840mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak well seasoned free from knots and cracks. Four leg shall be 60mmx35mm in section as per size given in drg high. Legs shall be joined together at top with 25mmx75mm top rails in long and short sides. A wooden stiffener 50mmx25mm shall be provided in the middle of long top rails joining the top long rails. 6mm dia mild steel lugs 35mm long embedded in legs by 25mm and protrding 10mm above legs shall be provided on top of all legs. The top of table shall project 25mm from sides of legs in short and long direction. 25mm thick teak wood particle board shall be provided at the top over which 22 gauge aluminium sheet shall be fixed bending on edges and further bending 10mm under the top of the table. Two short stiffeners 25mmx50mm in section shall provided at 10mm from bottom of legs joining legs in short sides. A long stiffener of 25mmx50mm in section shall be provided in the middle of short stiffener joining the short stiffeners at 100mm above bottom of legs. All wood surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished minimum two coats to obtain gloss finish. Aluminium sheet shall remain untreated. Rest all specifications and material are as per Drg

Dressing table incl Stool (FD/MAP-II/07) DIMENSION:The overall size of the table dressing shall be 1150mm long 380mm wide and 1700mm high. DESCRIPTION:- The sides, top ,back and front of the base unit shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated partical board. The bottom of the side units shall be of 12mm thick commercial plywood. The sides and back drawers shall be of 12mm thick prelaminated particle ,bottom of the drawers shall be of 6mm thick commercial ply whereas the front of the drawers shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with 2 nos telescopic channel as per drg.5mm thick electro copper plated mirror shall be fixed over 6mm thick plywood back. The plywood shall be fixed on two vertical hardwood member of size 45mmx35mm .a horizontal support of size 30mmx20mm shall be provided in between two vertical members. The Overall size of the stool shall be as per drg. The four sides shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board .The top of the stool shall be of 12mm thick plywood openable as shown in drg.Four heavy duty revolving nylon double wheels shall be provided at base below the 6mm base ply fixed over wooden runner 20mmx20mm.The seat of the stool shall be 75mm high ,made of foam 40 density covered with tapestry cloth as approved by Engr-In-charge/GE.Rest all as per drg. FINISH:All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish.Rest all as per drgs

Dressing mirror gents (FD/E6/MAP/16) The overall size of mirror box/cabinat portion shall be of 600mmx1200mm which shall be supported on teak wood legs of 38x38mm & wooden brackets made out of TW section of 38x112x112mm, cabinat having mirror 5.5mm thick,backed by 12mm thick BWR grade ply as per IS-303,covered by decorative mould and supported on 50x28mm TW frame alround, 03 nos shelves each 5.5mm thick glass supported on glass holder,sides 18mm thick prelaminated particle board,continous piano hinge to open the mirror frame in horizontal circle, 02 nos magnetic catch at top & bottom to open the mirror frame in horizontal circle, all wooden members shall be polish with high glossy french polish.

Table Card (FD-352) Over all size shall be 900mm long, 900mm wide and 760mm high. All wood shall be of teak wood of first class quality well seasoned free from all knots and cracks. Four legs shall be 55mmx35mm in section and 741mm high joined together with teak wood plank of 20mmx100mm in section except 345mm width of drawer. where teak wood plank shall be of 20mmx60mm. Four stiffeners of 20mmx100mm in section 441mm long shall be provided with the sides of drawers making four equal spaces to have four drawers of 300mm x300mm (internal width). On one side of the drawers 20mmx60mm in section 349mm long fillets shall be provided to fill the gap where wooden leg is 55mm wide. 25mmx25mm in section 349mm long teak wood fillet shall be provided at the bottom side of 20mmx100mm fornt plank flushing the bottom edge with bottom of fillet on bots sides of drawers. DESCRIPTION:The entire frame of table bed side shall be made up of 18mm MS square pipe (18 Gauge) duly black powder coated. The two sides and top shall be made up of 18mm thick prelamainted particle board. The Back of the table except the top portion as shown in drg shall be provided with 6mm commercial plywood BWR grade duly screwed to frame. CHAIR FOR TABLE CARD (FD-353) Overall size shall be 440mm long, 430mm wide and 890mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak(mp). Front legs shall be of 30mmx55mm in section form bottom to top of legs and 460mm high up to seat level. Rear two legs shall be of 30mmx55mm in section form bottom to top of legs and top rounded as shown on drawing. The legs at seat level shall be joined together with 30mmx65mm in section front, sides and rear rails made to shape as shown on drawing. The rails shall inserted in the groove of legs by 15mm. Two sides stiffeners 25mmx20mm in section shall be provided at 100mm high from bottom of legs joining front and rear legs in the sides. oNe stiffener of 25mmx20mm section shall be provided in the middle of short stiffeners joining shhort stiffeners. Two horizontal back rests 45mmx15mm in section, one at 25mm from top of legs and other at 45mm from botom of the top horizontal rails shall be provided out of 45mmx35mm wood made slightly in curved shape. DESCRIPTION: The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel base welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick for channel base. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length and shall be up to full width of 440mm of almirah. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments shall be provided and shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet.Front shutters shall have two leaves.All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship HANDLE: A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall be provided to the shutter. LOCKING DEVICE: The locking device shall be three way locking device and shall also be provided with decorative key plate, brass lock will be provided .Make of Lock-Harrison/Godrej. FINISH: All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of green hammerpaint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL WITH SHELVES (FD-1031) Overall size shall be 1985mm high,920mm wide and 485mm deep. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel bases made in U shaped with ends covered . Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of the length of 920mm and shall be up to full width of 485mm and shall be 100mm high Top, sides bottom and back of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet . Four shelves equally spaced of 1mm thick mild steel sheet shall be provided to make five compartments.Front shutter shall two leaves of equal size . One chromium plated steel handle with a locking device shall be provided as shown on drawing . The locking device shall be three way locking device. Front shutter leaves shall have three butt hinges of 75mm fixed to each shutter and shall be side hung. All joints and welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship. PVC sheet of size equal to size of leg base shall also be fixed under the legs of almirah irrespective of what is shown on drg.All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of granular silver grey enamel paint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. Almirah Map (STEEL) (FD-1030) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 1140mm long, 760mm wide 1270mm high. Four legs shall be of 40mmx40mmx6mm angle iron legs 150mm high over which angle iron 40mmx30mmx4mm frame shall be provided all round in short and long sides to hold drawers. Top, bottom, sides and back shall be made of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Six drawers with sliding channel over one another shall be provided as shown on drawing. The height of drawer shall be made of 1mm mild steel sheet. Ball bearing in the sliding channel shall be provided as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Standard PVC recessed handles, two to each drawer, shall be provided a shown on drawing. Standard aluminium label plate of 100mmx 65mm shall be provided on front side of drawer and in the middle. A three way locking device brass with duplicate keys shall be provided in such a way that no drawer is open able after the drawer is locked. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of steel surfaces.Rest all specifications and material are as per Drg.

Bath mat PVC (FD/E6/MAP/07) DIMENSION :The size of the bath mat shall be 400mm L x 300mm W x 250mm H. DESCRIPTION: The Bath Mat PVC shall be made up of 5mm thick PPCP material .The bath mat shall have centre leg of dia 25mm.The four legs shall be in arc shape and of size 10mmx100mm.The top of the bath mat shall have 3mmx10mm thick stiffener moulded along with the seat in single piece underneath. The weight of the bath mat shall not be less than 1.3 kgs.

Stool Revolving adjustable (FD-1026) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 510mm and 600mm high four legs of 25mm dia mild steel sheet pipe legs made to shap of thickness 1.6mm irrespective of what is shown on drawing. 12mm dia mild steel bar ring shall be provided at 150mm from bottom joining four legs as showon drawing. Two cast iron discs shall be provided at top of legs and at 100mm top of legs as shown on drawing and fixed to legs with 6mm dia bolt. 25mm dia threaded steel bolt 255mm long fixed with 6mm thick steel plate 100mm dia and top of 25mm dia threaded bolt shall be provided as shown on drawing the padded seat shall be fixed on 6mm thick, 100mm dia steel plate with scren for which four number holes are provided in steel plate. Padded seat shall be 38mm dia . The bottom of padded seat shall be 30mm soft wood over which a layer of coir shall be provided to give proper shape as shown on drawing. Hessian cloth shall be provided to cover the layer of coir and under the soft wood padded seat. A layer of cotton shall be provided and covered with Rexene cover alround the top and bottom to form the padded seat. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be spary painted of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces. Box Kit Steel (FD-98 (M)) DIMENSION :Overall size shall be 760mm ling, 455mm wide and 312mm high. DESCRIPTION :Box shall be made of 1mm thick plain black iron sheet. Bottom of box shall rest on 1.6mm plain black iron sheet channel whose ends are covered. Four vertical angle iron 19mmx19mmx1.6mm up right shall be provided at four corners of box with welted joints. When lid is open, the box sheet shall bulge out, at 25mm from top of box, with 6mm radius in semi circle all around the box for resting of the lid on it. Top of box, when lid is open, black iron sheet shall be curved round over 3mm dia wire alround the box. Lid of box shall be of 1mm thick sheet. Two numbers 40mm wide 1mm thick PBI sheet stiffeners shall be provided at 230mm apart in the middle and equi-distant from sides. 1.6mm thick PBI sheet made to shape as shown on drawing shall be provided on outer front portion of box for lifting. 40mmx3mm mild steel flat iron hasp and staple shall be provided as shown on drawing. 19mmx50mm sheet of iron 1.6mm thick shall be provided as stays to both sides of lid and the box. Chair CBA Steel (HFD/2046) (i) Seat / back assembly - The seat and back shall be made from moulded polypropylene with padded arms. It shall have special polyurethane padding on back and seat for comfort. (ii) Outer Dimensions - 450 (Width) x 540 (Depth) x 750 (Height), Seat Height - 400 (iii) Tubular frame - The tubular frame shall be made from 25.4 mm dia x 14 BG MSERW tube and shall be powder coated in black bolour. Chair CBA Special with hand rest (FD-120 (M)) Frame/legs stiffner shall be of 19mm square tube made 1.6mm thick MS sheet.Shape and size shall all be as per Drg.Seat, back and plank frame shall be of Ist class hard wood teak 12th wooden plank of size 55mmx20mm with size given in drg dia holes for canning godrej pattern of size and shape all as shown on drg and shall be screwed to MS tube frame.Seat and back shall be woven in Godrej, pattern with 0.40 mm thick and 2mm wide half round white plastic cane of superior quality.Hard rubber shoes shall be provided at the bootom of each leg.Flat iron strap shall be provided all as shown on drg. Desk Stand Lecture (FD-1022) DIMENSION :Over all size shall be 970mm wide and 1220mm high. DESCRIPTION: Two upright of mild steel rectangular tube of 75mmx25mm . The two upright shall be joined with bottom, middle and top rails with 75mmx50mm mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. The two sides rails at bottom fixed at 125mm from bottom shall be 430mm long 75mmx50mm mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm and shall form the part of bottom rails and join the long side of bottom rail of size 785mm long, . All edges of pre-laminated particle board remained exposed shall be covered with teak wood edging as per the size of board edging. Rest all material and specifications are as per drg. FINISH :All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of silver grey enamel paint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of steel surfaces and all wooden surfaces shall be melamine polish with lacquer finish as approved by Engr-in-Charge.Rest all as per drgs

Locker Steel (FD-1029) DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 760mm long, 600mm wide and 1100mm high. DESCRIPTION: The locker shall be made of mild steel sheet 1mm thick.20 mm dia conduit pipe shall be chrome plated with wall thickness of 1.6 mm shall be fixed with side sockets.Two handles chromium plated 100mm long shall be fixed to shutters with necessary riveting . One hasp and staple 75mm long shall also be fixed to shutters with riveting.The left shutters shall be provided with 100mm long tower bolt inside at upper and lower ends also.The locker shall be provided with compartments as shown in drgs made of 1mm MS sheet. FINISH: All steel surface internally and externally, exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of green hammer paint internally and externally after properly smoothened the surface with sand paper and applying putty.A Mark of MES shall also be provided at top left corner of front shutter of visible colour. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Rest all specifications are as per drg .

Ladder Aluminium (FD-1025) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be of 2310mm long and 363.5mm wide. DESCRIPTION: The ladder shall be of Aluminium having wall thickness 3.18mm .Each rung shall be of 23mm dia aluminium pipe with wall thickness not less than 2.43mm and shall be eight in nos at equidistant space of 300mm in between as shown in drg.The stringer of ladder shall be 31.75mm wide and 3.18mm thick .Each alumnium pipe rung of 23 mm dia shall be fitted inside the stringer with end bend to shape and each rung on both sides shall be provided with hard rubber cap. Hard rubber caps/shoes shall be fixed at the ends of aluminium rungs and stringers as shown on drawing with screws. Rest all as shown on drawing.

DESCRIPTION:-The entire rack shall be made of 1mm thick mild steel sheet.The sides shall be provided with 40mmx40mmx4mm thick angle iron welded to 1.00mm thick MS sheet.75x75x3mm thick Flat iron cut to shape shall be welded at front corner.All partitions shall also be made of 1mm thick mild steel sheet and welded to each other in continous. All Dimensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg. All joints, fixing shallbe done in accordance with standard specifications.Welding Process shall be of Metal inert gas type using carbon dioxide and argon blend.All MS members shall be treated with epoxy polyster powder coating 70 microns by 7 tank process and oven dried internally & externally with dry fil thickness more than 45 microns, salt spary test to with stand more than 1000 hours, Adhesion as per DIN 53152 more than 2 H with paint olive green over a red oxide. DESCRIPTION: Four mild steel angle iron 40mmx40mmx3mm shall be provided as legs and shall be 810mm high.The middle shelf shall be equally spaced between top and bottom shelves.The thickness of sheet shall be 1mm.Top shelf shall have four compartments or spaces equally spaced with 50mm high partition and back covering with mild steel sheet 1mm thick. Table Dining OR Aluminium top (FD-165 (M)) Shape and size shall be all as shown on drgs.Frame work including legs shall be of 25mm MS square tube made of 1.6mm thick (MS sheet) Hard rubber shoes shall be provided at the bottom of legs. steel work shall be painted with 2 coat of black synthetic enamel paint Ist grade over a coat of redoxide. top of table shall be of 18/19 mm thick particle board with phenol formel delyde and covered with 24 guage aluminium sheet (One side on top). Teapoy varandah (FD/E6/MAP/17) Overall size shall be 700mm long 400mm wide and 540mm high. The legs, top centre stiffener, top rails and bottom rails shall be of 18mm square MS pipe of wall thickness 1.6 mm.Base tray made of 5mm dia MS bar 12x10 nos at equidistant shall be made and fixed as shown on drg.The top shall be of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board of approved shade and the edges shall be covered with 4mm thick PVC edging. Hard rubber shoe shall also be fixed to the bottom of each leg.The steel frame shall be painted with synthetic enamel black colour powder coated.Rest all as per drg.

Table centre 2 tier (FD-375) Ovearall size shall be 1200mm long, 600mm wide and 400mm high. Legs shall be of 40mm dia anodized brass pipe legs, four in numbers, in one piece. The legs shall be joined in short and long sides with two numbers 25mm dia brass pipes of wall thickness 2mm. The top pipe shall be fixed as per size given in drg from top and the lower pipe shall be as per size given in drg from bottom of top pipe. The brass frame shall be 900mm long and 450mm wide. Rear legs shall be joined together with horizontal rail of 1356mm long 32mm square mild steel tube wall thickness 1.6mm. ZLegs shall be joined togeether by sloping top rails in short side with 32mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm.
