SCHEDULE 'A' PART - XI MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rates indicates 0.0 under column 5 signifies this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green filed under Col-6.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix distribution board made out of sheet metal powder coated, factory made, enclosure double door type TPN 6 way vertical type with 200 Amps rated copper busbar, neutral bar, earth bar, TP 43 protection including provision of housing of incomer MCCB 125 Amps, triple pole and neutral, 415 V, 25 KA breaking capacity including fixing of DB flush to wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix RCCB, 2 pole SPN, as per IS 12640-1, IEC 61008-1 with rated sensitivity of 32A, 30mA for protection against earth leakage current for domestic use to fix in MCB DB complete along with necessary accesories including connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry walling with solid blocks of PCC 1:5:8 using 20mm graded stone aggregates, exceeding 10cm in width and set in cement plaster (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and labour for construction of valve chamber with internal dimension of 1050 x 750 x 1000 mm (LxBxD) in 200 mm th PCC block masonry (1:3:6) built in CM 1:4, including excavation and earth work, PCC foundation 1:4:8 of thickness 15cm under masonry complete with MS angle iron framework 50x50x6mm and MS cover 3 mm thick with hinges and locking arrangements including plastering of internal wall surfaces with cement mortar of 1:4 of thickness 15mm and PCC/ bed coping with PCC 1:2:4 and 20mm grade stone aggregate including painting of steel surfaces with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting of existing CI/ DI distribution main 150 mm bore pipe in position for insertion of 01 nos tee of suitable size (150mm x 150mm x 80mm) all end flanged including all necessary fittings such as union, socket etc. and jointing with rubber gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning LT Panel, Outdoor type, dust and vermin proof, totally enclosed, platform mounted, made by CPRI approved factory, (Protection Class IP-54) having front openable shutter with locking arrangement made out of CRCA stell sheet 3.15 mm thick with MS angle iron frame work of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick duly painted all as specified including necessary foundation bolts, PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 platform of suitable size for mounting the panel, suitable for 415 Volts, 50 Hz three phase, 4 wire system with suitable insulated copper busbar of capacity not less than 400 Amps and shall be complete with internal wiring with copper conductor and including the following accessories complete all as specified and directed. (A) Main Incoming: (i) MCCB conforming to IS:13947 (Part-II), IEC-947, TPN (4 pole), 160 Amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 36 KA - 01 Nos. (ii) Voltmeter, 0-500 Volts with selector switch - 01 Nos. (iii) Ammeter, 0-200 Amps with selector switch - 01 Nos. (iv) Phase Indicator Lamp - 03 Nos. (RYB) (B) Main Outgoing (i) MCCB TPN, 63 Amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 25 KA- 03 Nos. (ii) Digital ammeter of capacity 0-100 Amps with selector switch- 01 Nos. (iii) Indicator Lamp RYB (set of three nos.) - 01 No. (iv) Digital automatic timer 3 phase 1KW capacity for automatic switching of street lights based on lux level of natural light of sensor alongwith suitable power contactor and MCBs (input-output) enclosed in panel/ wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof box confirming to IP-54 - 01 Nos.

Material and labour for cutting the existing road - hard standing surface to a depth of 70 cm and 50 cm width and getting out for laying underground pipe including returning filling in, watering, well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil and filling the top 15 cm thick with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement including disposal of spoil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix desert cooler electric driven, single phase, 200 Watt, operating voltage 220-240 V, having minimum nominal air flow capacity 5000 cum per hr (or nearest size), fan based cooling for efficient circulation of air, auto water refill system, water pump protection technology, motor overload protector, indoor/ outdoor type, water storage tank capacity 75 litres, ideal for room size of upto 1000 sqft suitable for all climates and coastal area, three side anti bacterial honey comb cooling pads, 3 speed control and auto swing technology with dust filter and mosquito net, corrosion free, non flammable, non reactive solid with no odour PPCP body material complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix water cooler electric driven (single phase), having approximate storage capacity of 80 litre and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Litres per hour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of +/- 2.5% and of capacity 1.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

DEMOLITION

Material and labour for dismantling and taking down exhaust fan, energy meter and geyser including its connected items from site, transporting to MES store yard and depositing to MES carefully without damaging any part or body complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/ aluminium submain wiring including DBs, MCBs etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unservicable LT cables from excavated trenches, ducts, walls, pole etc. including removing cable covers, sand, cable joints, pipes, clamps etc. and removing unservicable cables, covers etc. for the sizes upto 70 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unservicable GI tubing from excavated trenches, walls etc. for sizes upto 25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unservicable GI earthing complete all as specified and directed.
