Dismantling steel work including supports, doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. and removing from site complete all as directed

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and S&F for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete for shelves of cupboards complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete for shelves of cupboards complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry except solid blocks of PCC of any description, set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Stone blocks obtained in serviceable condition from dismantling shall be used in the work.

Taking down Chowkats or frames incl. shutters (without taking of shutter from the frames)n. exc 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames incl. shutters (without taking of shutter from the frames) exc 1.50 Sqm and not exc 4 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.00 Sqm but n. exc. 2.00 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick " FACTORY MADE PVC CUP BOARD SHUTTER - WOOD FREE consisting of frame made out of MS tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 20 mm x 20mm for stiles as well as top, bottom and lock rail. The inside panel shall consist of 20 mm thick multi champer hollow PVC section of 1 mm wall thickness, bonded using solvent cement adhesive with 5mm (Plus or Minus ) thikc One side Prelim and other side Plain colour PVC sheet of Density 600 kg/Cbm manufactured by ans ISO -9000 certified company, on both side of the inside panel. All the four edge of the panel to be sealed with lapping of 10 mm thick & 20 mm wide PVC sheet batten (Made by sticking 2 Nos. rigid foam PVC sheets of 5mm (Plus or Minus) thickness PVC solvent cement adhesive 20mm thick (5mm x 4 Nos). Thick PVC sheet to be given for lock provision at lock height. with including Frame size of 60 x 50 mm, Handle 150 mm size, Hinges (Heavy) 100 mm size, Lock and screw and wall plug. Complete as per directed, manufacturer's specification and drawing .

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position fixed with nails etc and M&L for gypsum ceiling board for ceiling pre painted matt finish 600x600x12 to 15mm thick with perforations of approved brand/make, laid over and including grid work of size 600x600mm made out of 0.5mm thick GI Tee 25x24mm & 20x20 angle fix on wall powder coated finish on exposed faces of Tee and angle, hung from ceiling using 2mm thick GI suspenson wires space at 1200mm on main runners including making niches for fans/lights all as specified and directed.

M & L for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors , windows , ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters (50 micron) , fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for powder coated aluminum grill of design No DG-104, 7.5 mm thick sections of deco grill or of equivalent approved make with 1 mm thick 'F' sections of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 5.5 mm thick tinted glass area exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane fixed with necessary rubber gasket and aluminum beading complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm (weight not less than 600 gms/per sqm) and fixed with aluminium wire staples, wooden beads etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster, any desription on brick or stone walls including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash on wall surfacescomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (ISI Mark)

Dismantling of asbestos cement/transculent sheet corrugated/ semi-corrugated sheets in roof coverings incl ridges and S&F for Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated stee sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screwscomplete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in weather boarding/eaves board in approved design/ pattern/shape to match with existing adjacent water boarding/eaves boards and fixed with self tapping screw/nut bolt/normal GI screw/nail et as per site requirement and all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises up to 1 KM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mirror polished machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25mm thick laid over and including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab etc complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for mirror polished Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed/backing coat 15mm thick in CM 1:4 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing etc complete all as specified and directed

Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick light colour (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 screed base complete all as specified and directed

Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick light colour (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in skirting/dado/vertical surfaces etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including cement screed bed/backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) 25 mm thick as in leveling course, fair finished to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed

M & L for plain cement concrete Type 1:2:4 B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, haunching rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old PCC tiles of any discription and in any positon and M&L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35Grade and laid over and including a layer of 25 mm thick sand cushion including filling the joints with sand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for factory made precast machine pressed kerb stones of PCC grade M-15 (design mix)andof shape and size as directed , set jointed and pointed cement and sand mortar (1:4) fixed in repairs with and including necessary excavation and earth work and making good the disturb surfacs to match with the existing surfaces including removal and disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The credit for the retrieved items has been mentioned in the Sch of Credit in pdf form. The contract sum will be calculated after deduction of credit from the amount of BOQ offline.
