M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, base of columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L in repair for street light bracket made from MS tubing in required size & shape at site, cut to length, bend to shape required and suitable for existing street light pole and fixing the bracket to pole with MS flat and nuts and bolts and finally painting the exposed steel surface with two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as directed. Notes :- (i) Size, section and shape of MS pipe shall be as directed. (ii) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of painting. Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

Taking down street light / Flood light / Post Top fittings of any capacity from 40-200 W for repair/ replacement of burnt/ worn out accessories and refixing the same after all repair work complete all as directed. Notes :- (i) Spares shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) The contractor shall check the fittings/ fixtures/ equipment/ wiring etc as per the complaints given by the concerned JE E/M / Engineer-in-charge. Spares required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for under respective items in this Schedule for which no extra payment on account of man power shall be paid. Contractor shall make arrangement for collection of complaint slip from MES service centre daily for carrying out the complaints & simultaneously intimate the JE E/M once the complaint is resolved. All complaints shall be resolved in 24 hours. (iii) In case contractor fails to resolve the complaint in 24 hours except where spare(s) is not readily available in the vicinity, a penalty of Rs. 100/- per day per complaint shall be deducted until the same is attended/ resolved. The decision of GE in this regard shall be final & binding.

S&F in repairs 3 core, 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated sheathed multistranded flexible copper conductor cable (ISI marked) 1100 Volts grade drawn through & including new 20mm dia PVC rigid conduit (Heavy duty, ISI marked) from junction box to fitting complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs Junction box made from SMC/FRP sheet readymade of size 300x200x100 mm having 100 A capacity including RYB and neutral with aluminium busbar, with & including MCB SP 6 Amp 10 kA 'C' Curve 240 V (01 No.) fixed to pole/wall with MS clamp made out of MS flat iron 25x5 mm with suitable nut, bolts, etc and necessary painting to MS clamp with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs MCB TPN 32 Amp, 415 V, 50 Hz, AC supply, 10 kA 'C' Curve with proper size lugs complete all as directed. Make: Legrand Cat No. 4086 80 or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

S&F in repairs MCB TPN 63 Amp, 415 V, 50 Hz, AC supply, 10 kA 'C' Curve with proper size lugs complete all as directed. Make: Legrand Cat No. 4086 83 or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

Taking down existing post top lantern of any description and S&F new 45W decorative LED outdoor Post Top lighting fixture, Nominal system Lumimous Flux - 3150 Lm ± 10%, Luminaire efficacy - minimum 70 Lm/W, PDC & pressure die cast spun aluminium matt grey powder coated housing & clear PMMA diffuser, CCT 5700K, CRI not less than 80, Power factor not less than 0.95, THD not more than 10%, minimum built-in surge protection 4 kV, IP-65 protection. IK 06, weather proof gasket and making necessary electrical connections with & including 2.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor cable from Junction Box to light fitting and testing on completion complete all as directed. Taking down existing Post Top Street light fitting and S&F new 90 Watt clear Post Top and Top Mounting LED Lantern light fitting, powder coated aluminium housing and optical grade clear PMMA/ moulded polycarbonate diffuser, IP 65 protection, 5700K ± 500K, CRI not less than 70, Type-II optics, Efficiency not less than 85%, Surge protection 4 kV, Power factor not less than 90%, THD not more than 20%, fixing to existing bracket including nut bolts, connected with & including 2.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor cable and electrically connected to the existing system complete all as directed. Taking down existing flood light fitting of any description and S&F new 150 W LED flood light fitting, IP-66 rated with high pressure die cast aluminium housing, lens and toughened glass cover, system lumen efficacy ≥ 110 Lm/W, Power factor ≥ 0.95, CCT 5700K, with & including external Surge Protection Device (SPD) 10 kV, asymmetric fixing to existing bracket including nut bolts of suitable size and electrically connected to the existing system and testing on completion complete all as directed.

Taking down existing flood light fitting of any description and S&F new 200 W LED flood light fitting, IP-66 rated with high pressure die cast aluminium housing, lens and toughened glass cover, system lumen efficacy ≥ 110 Lm/W, Power factor ≥ 0.95, CCT 5700K, with & including external Surge Protection Device (SPD) 10 kV, asymmetric fixing to existing bracket including nut bolts of suitable size and electrically connected to the existing system and testing on completion complete all as directed.

Taking down existing search lights fittings/ fixtures of any type and Supply, intallation, commissioning and testing new 300 W high intensity LED revolving search light, Energy saving, long range, beam range 700 Mtrs, IP66, high lumen LED140 lm/W, PF 0.95, CCT : 5000K -6000K, CRI 70, optical grade PMMA/ PC lens reflector, efficiency 95%. multiple circuit to avoid complete run down, narrow beam upto 5 degree, die cast LM6 body with air fins, powder coated, constant current, average lux (in 1 metre circle) at 10 metre away 2500 to 6000, working volt 120 V - 300 V, working temp - 20°C to +60°C, meets the standard of LM79, LM80, IS:10322 fixed on & including Motorised revolving stand, auto swiveling, suitable for mounting of search light on roof-top & such design to rotate 360° continuously in 3 rmp over the night. The revolving mechanism is fully covered with weather & rust proof fiber box with maintenance door, foundation holes (4 Nos) at bottom and wall mounted control panel including speed controller (1-10 rpm) wth Rev./ Forw. buttons. & power tilting upto 45° fixed as per manufacturer's insructions and as directed. Taking down existing bollard light fitting and S&F new 8 W LED Bollard light fitting IP-65 rated with inbuilt (16X0.5W) LED, made in die cast aluminium housing Frosted polycarbonate diffuser, Matt grey finish, CCT 3000K complete with all standard accessories fixed as per manufacturer's instructions and making necessary electrical connections including testing on completion complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs Aviation obstruction Red LED light 8.5 watt, 230 volts, IP 65, 50 Hz, fixing on top of the OHT/ Watch tower of height upto 25 mtr including necessary electrical connection and foundation complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Contractor shall make his own arrangements of T&P, ladder and all other items required for fixing of aviation light on top of OHT/ Watch tower and quoted rate shall deemed to be included of this aspect.

S&F in repair High Pressure Sodium Vapour (HPSV) Lamp of 1000 Watt, 240 Volt, 50 Hz fixed in light fitting on top of Watch tower i.e. height of 15 mtr with all necessary electrical connection complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Contractor shall make his own arrangements of T&P, ladder and all other items required for fixing of HPSV lamp on top of Watch tower and quoted rate shall deemed to be included of this aspect.

Dismantling the existing street light PCC pole and fittings, bracket along with junction box, any size of cables complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down existing damaged/broken PCC Pole and S&F new 6 mtr height hot dip galvanized steel pole hexagonal/ octagonal cross sections grade S355JO of dimensions top dia 70 mm, bottom dia 130 mm, sheet thickness 3 mm, base plate dimensions 200x200x12 mm, foundation bolt size 4 Nos x 20 mm dia, pitch circle dia 200 mm, bolt length 600 mm, projected bolt length 100 mm, anchor plate thickness 3 mm with inbuilt compartment for mounting switch box, earthing etc covered with hinged door confirming to IS:2629 / BS EN ISO 1461 alongwith connections with & including MCB SP 6 Amp, 240 V, 10 kA, 'C' Curve (1 No.), MCB TP 32 Amp, 415 V, 10 kA, 'C' Curve (1 No.) & Connector (RYB&N) - 63 A Cap (01 No.) complete all as specified and as directed. Make of Pole: Bajaj Cat No. BOP-6030 (BOPH-6030) or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after. Note: Earth work and PCC foundation shall be measured & paid for separately.

S&F in repair Power Contactor, 3 Pole, AC1 rating - 45 Amp, including necessary connections for incoming and outgoing complete all as specified & as directed. Make : L&T Type ML3 Cat No. SS90721 or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

S&F in repairs Astro digital time switch, 1 Out put 16 A, 1 channel mounting in existing panel, suitable for switching ON/OFF light and other electric devices according to the rising/setting of the sun with combination function for creating switching programs in which devices are switched according to astronomical time and/or fixed preset times and also suitable for daily astronomical calculation of the sunrise/sunset time based on the entered location or location coordinate complete all as directed. Make: Legrand Cat No. 4126 54 or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

M&L for preparing surfaces of PCC pole by cleaning, removing creeper etc and painting with two coats of antifungal exterior emulsion weather proof paint of approved colour shade and writing Pole numbers with white paint having black background enamel paint suitable for outdoor including painting GI bracket & clamps of street light fitting fixed on pole with two coats of synthentic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing steel pole (upto 6 mtrs height) suface by cleaning, removing creeper etc and painting with two coats of Aluminium paint over one coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing galvanized steel pole (upto 5mtrs height) and bracket surfaces by cleaning, removing creeper etc and painting with golden and black enamelled paint of existing type, two coats over a coat of primer complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 Core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection covers, protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply and laying/fixing 40 mm bore High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipes of Grade ‘PE 100’, Pressure Class ‘PN 8’, ‘SDR-17’, ISI marked, with all fittings, laid in trenches, under floors or roads/ along poles etc for protection of electric cables, fixed in repairs, complete all as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 50mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls etc with required size of flat iron (minimum 25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls etc with required size of flat iron (minimum 25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for cutting of existing road for removing / laying UG Cables/ pipe line, depth of cutting not exceeding 90cm and width 45cm and filling the trench of road i.e. excluding top 20cm with existing aggregate obtained from cutting, watered and properly rammed to satisfaction of EIC and finally provide with & including 20 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate to entire width of trench & finally match the top surface to road & disposal of debris to a distance not exceeding 250 metre and depositing where directed complete all as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate as electrode 600x600x6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected using galvanized iron earth lead wire 4 mm dia upto 7.5mtr as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI earth lead wire protected by Gl light grade pipe 15 mm bore, including provision of concrete pit of PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with 40 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars reinforced at 100 mm C/C both ways and handle of 6 mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom, 2 m long placed on top edge of earth plate, charcoal and common salt filling test point made out of 40x8 mm flange with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as per electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part I and connected to earth test point including testing on completion complete all as specified & as directed including dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable earthing.
