Table Dining 6 Pers (FD/MAP-II/03) (i) All dimensions, shape and size shall be as shown in drawing and as specified. (ii)Timber: All work shall be of well seasoned Ist class teak wood . (iii) Over all size shall be 1500mm long x 900mm side and 760mm high. (iv) Legs shall be of 75mm x40mm in section and 722mm high , 5mm x 5mm in section groove shall be provided in the visible portion of top of legs .25mm thick and 100mm high teak wood rails shall be provided at top of the legs holding the legs in long and short sides. Two numbers of stiffners 100mmx 25mm in section shall be provided equally spaced joining long sides of top rails. Eight numbers of wooden corners to be provided joining legs and top rails irrespective of what is shown in drg. (v) Top of table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board , 4mm thick TW Edging shall be provided all around the edges of tip table. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss fininsh. (vi) Hard rubber /PVC Shoes 25mm high shall be provided to bottom of legs.

Chair Dining Officers (FD/MAP-II/04) Over all size size 950 mm high, 450 mm wide and 450 mm deep. The size of leg shall be 40 x 50 mm front and size rail shall be of size 25 x 65 mm, stiffener of size 20 x 25 mm three in nos shall be fixed as specified in drg. 75 x 75 x 25 mm teak wood stopper shall be fixed with main frame and legs four Nos each in every corner for the support of the cushion and seat ply, 75 mm thick 40 density cushion of approved foam (Kurlon/Sleepwell) covered with approved tapestry cloth shall be fixed over 12 mm thick ply as specified in drg. Side frame and back of the chair shall be section 40 x 50 mm. Four teak wood verticle stiffener of section 20 x 30 mm shall be fixed in back of chair. 25 mm dia and 25 mm high nylon buffers shall be provided to bottom of all legs. The curved teak wood back shall be of section 30 x 40 mm. All size shall be taken as stated in specification. Irrespective of what is shown on drg. All teak wood surface shall be lacquer polished with high gloss finish of wainut shade. Rest all as per drg.

Sofa Set 4 Seater with Cushion (FD/MAP-II/02) Timber shall be First class hard wood teak. All faces of timber shall be wrought.Seat and back shall be 100mm thick cool foam for seat and back of make ‘Sleep Well’ or ‘Kurlon’ having 40 mm density, ISI marked, covered with tapestry cloth of approved quality (as approved by GE) in the range of Rs. 500/-mtr. All wooden surfaces exposed to view shall be Melamine polished to high gloss finish with spray Gun. Rest all as specified and shown on drawings.

Table Dressing Ladies with Stool (FD/MAP-II/07) All specified and as shown on drawing.

Table Dressing Gents with Mirror (FD/MAP-II/07) All specified and as shown on drawing.

Table bed side MAP (FD/E6/MAP-II/15(R)) The overall size of the table bed side shall be 450mm x 450mm x 600mm from rear and 450mm x 450mm x 500mm from front as shown in drg.The entire frame of table bed side shall be made up of 18mm MS square pipe (18 Gauge) duly black powder coated. The two sides and top shall be made up of 18mm thick prelamainted particle board exterior grade. The Back of the table except the top portion as shown in drg shall be provided with 6mm commercial plywood BWR grade duly screwed to frame. The two sides, back and bottom of drawers of the table shall be made up of 12mm thick commercial plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg, except the front side which shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. The drawers shall be made functional on teak wood runners fixed inside the tables shown on drg.The drawers of the tables shall be provided with 100mm long CP handles .Rest all as per drg.

Teapoy Wooden (FD-382) (i) All dimension shape and sizes shall be as shown in drawings and as specified. (ii) All wood work shall be of well seasoned 1st class Teak wood. (iii) Wherever, Particle board with lamination is shown in the drawing shall be provided with pre-laminated particle board. Top of Teapoy shall be of 18mm thick Pre-laminated particle board (one side teak finish shade and other side white balancing lamination) as specified here-in-before. Beading/Edging shall be 4mm thick half round of 1st class hard wood teak wood. (iv) All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be French polished to glossy finish. (v) PVC Shoes of suitable size, best locally available and as approved by GE shall be screwed/fixed to the bottom of each leg of Teapoy. (vi) All joints fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship and specification. (vii) All other items, fittings and fixture shall be as shown on drawing.

Leg shall be made of 60mmx60mm in section teak wood 356 mm high. Hard rubber/ PVC Shoe shall be fixed to the bottom of the legs. All wooden surfaces exposed to view shall be Melamine polished to high gloss finish in dark shade with spray Gun(Rest all as shown on drg).

SCH 'A' PART-II (STEEL FURNITURE)

Almirah Large Steel with Shelves (FD-1031) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 920mm long , 485mm wide and 1985mm high base shall be made of 2 Nos mild steel sheet channel based made in U Shape with ends covered. MS Sheet shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shell be welded 50mm from each end of the length of 920mm and shall be upto full width of 485 mm and shall be 100 mm high. Tops , sides, back, bottom and front shall be 1 mm thick MS sheet. Four shelves equally spaced of 1mm thick MS sheet make five compartments. Handle : Superior quality mat finish Stainless Steel handle of latest Godrej Pattern Locking :- Three way locking device, Godrej/Harrison. Paint :- All exposed surfaces of steel shall be powder coated In dark shade dual colour externally as approved. Internally in off white colour .Rest all as per drawing

Bed Hard Steel (MAP) (FD/E6/MAP/08(R)) (i) Frame (Rails, Legs, Head board & foot board frame, Leg Stiffners): shall be of MS pipe (Square/rectangular cross section) 18 gauge thick of size(s) as indicated on the drg. (ii) Head Board & Foot Board: 18mm thick both face pre-laminated particle board of shade/colour as approved by the GE. screwed to MS strips are welded to MS pipe. (iii) Plywood Bed Top: 12mm thick plywood commercial veneered on both faces (unpolished) with 4mm thick teak wood edging al-round shall be supported on 4 Nos 25mmx25mm square MS pipe 18 gauge. (iv) Finish: All steel surfaces/members shall be powder coated in approved colour/shade. (v) Rest all as per details given on the drawing.

Almirah Med Steel (FD-1032) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 760 mm long , 440 mm wide and 1270 mm high base shall be made of 2 Nos mild steel sheet channel base welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. MS Sheet shall be 1mm thick for channel base. The base channel shell be welded 50mm from each end of 760mm length and shall be up to full width of 450mm of almirah. Tops , sides, back, bottom and front shall be 1mm thick MS sheet. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments shall be provide and shall be 1mm thick MS Sheet. Rest all as per drawing. Handle : Superior quality mat finish Stainless Steel handle of latest Godrej Pattern Locking : Three way locking device, odrej/Harrison Paint : All exposed surfaces of steel shall be powder coated In dark shade colour externally as approved. Internally in off white colour Rest all as per drawing

Table 3x2 with drawer (FD-283) Over all size shall be 900mm long, 600 mm wide and 760mm high. steel frame shall be 800 mm x 500mmx 742 mm. Four leg shall be of 25 mm square MS tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. Leg shall be connetced together in long and short side with top rails of 25 mm square MS tube of wall thickness 1.6 mm. Top rails in long and short sides shall be joined in the middle by 25mm square tube of wall thickness 1.6 mm .A drawer on left side of table near top stiffner shall be provided of size 350mmx130mm and 500 mm deep with locking device and recessed handle. MS sheet 1 mm thick shall be used for drawer. Top of the table shall be of 18 mm thick pre- laminated partical board with dark coffee shade shade and hot pressed PVC beading all around the top of the table All steel surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated in dark shade as approved . Rest all as per drg.

Chair Revolving (Chair Computer) (FD/E6/MAP/01) The base pedestal assembly of chair computer shall be of dia 700mm and 1060mm high. The pedestal assembly shall be provided with injection moulded in back 30% glass filled nylon. A 10.5mm dia forged bright Zinc plated MS Caster Pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the castors. The seat and back of the chair computer shall be made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The back shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra comfort with PVC lipping all-around. The back rest shall be adjustable consist of drop lift mechanism and shall be adjusted in insert. It shall be scratch and weather resistant. Rest all as per drg and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Teapoy Verandah (FD/E6/MAP/17) (i) All dimension shape and sizes shall be as shown in drawings and as specified. (ii) frame, stiffeners, legs etc shall be made of 18 mm square MS Pipe of thickness 18 gauge. (iii) Top of teapoy shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board (one side decorative finish shade as approved by GE and other side white balancing lamination) as specified. Standard PVC edging (mimimun 1.6 mm thick) shall be provided all-round to the top of teapoy. (iv) Base tray made with 5 mm dia mild steel wire/rod shall be all as per details shown in drawings. (v) Hard rubber/PVC shoe shall be provide to the bottom of each leg. (vi) All exposed Steel surfaces shall be powder coated. (vii) All joints fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship and specification. (viii) All other items, fittings and fixture shall be as shown on drawing.

Book Case Large Steel (FD-1028) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 840 mm long, 310 mm wide and 1675 mm. All sheet shall be mild steel 1 mm thick.Back, Sides, bottom, top and shelves shall be of 1 mm thick. The book case shall be provided with fur compartmentof equally six. The shutters of each compartment shall open towards top and slide into depth of the book case. Two steel handles of 100 mm long shall be provided to each shutter of the compartment. The locking device shall be provided to each compartment. All steel and iron surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surface.

Locker Bed Side Steel (FD-1029) Overall size shall be 760mm wide, 600 mm depth and 1100 mm height of 1 mm mild steel sheet.Two legs shall be provided to lockers as shown on drawing and shall be of 1 mm thick mild steel sheet. Top, sides, back, shutter and shelves shall be of mild steel sheet of 1 mm thick. Two handles, chromium plaated, 100mm long fixed to shutters. One hasp and stapple 75X40X3mm shall be fixed to shutters. The shutters shall have the locking devices also. 20mm dia chromium plated steel conduit pipe 1.6 mm thick with socket shall be provided all as per drg. All steel and iron surface exposed to view shall be of dual color over a coat of primer after preparation of surface. Painting shall be done with spray machine.

Charpoy IP Hard Top (FD/MAP-II/01) The overall size shall be as per drg. The frame work shall be made of CRCA box sections as under :- (i) Long rails - 25 X 65 mm box section of 16 gauge. (ii) Short rail - 25 X 65 mm box section of 16 gauge. (iii) Legs - 32 X 32 mm box section o 16 gauge. (iv) stiffeners for legs - 2 Nos., each of 25 x 25 mm box section of 16G thick. (v) Stiffener between long rails - 2 Nos., each of 16 G thick. Top shall be 12mm thick commercial gde BWR ply wood conforming to Is-303. MS plate of size 32 mm X 32 mm X 5 mm shall be welded under each leg and under the MS plate 3 mm thick rubber sheet shall be fixed with rubber based adhesive. Three No cleats of size 25mm X 60 mm X 6 mm shall be welded to each short rail to support the ply. All metal work shall be pretreated with epoxy polyster powder coating (Black) 70 microns by 7 tank process and oven dried with the following specifications: (i) Dry film thickness more than 45 microns (ii) Sit spray test to with stand more than 10:00 Hours (iii) Adhesion as per DIN 53152 standards. (iv) Pencil scratch hardness more than 2H. Rest all as specified as per drawings Irrespective of what is shown in drawing, 35mm X 5mm flat iron mild steel bend to right angle as directed shall be provided on four corners charpoy MNF set shall be of 19 mm square tube of wall thickness 1.6 mm & shall be provided in 'T' shape. The top horizontal length shall be of 900 mm.The vertical height shall be of 1480 mm joined in middle of horizontal by welding. The ends shall be plugged with 1.2mm thick mild steel sheet and welded as directed. Two key holes shall be provided in verticle of MNF set for fixing in head and foot boards. Two Nos 15mm X 3 mm and 80mm long flat iron of mild steel bend to shape shall be provided for holding when not in use.

Bed King Size, Make: Sneha, Godrej, Featherlite, Durian Overall size 6.2" x 5.2" x 15" made out of first class teak wood, long rail and side rail 150mm x 45m thick, head rest long size 3" x 35mm thick and foot rest leg size 3" x 3" x15" support of the bed qty 04 Nos size 75mm x 50mm, wood surface melamine spray polish as per selected by user.
