Supply and installation of ONAN cooled oil immersed coper wound transformer step up 0.433/11 KV outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, 50 Hz, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire, all as per IS:2026 of capacity 250 KVA complete with first filling of IS: 335 ISI marked filtered & dehydrated transformer oil and other standard fittings / accessories and 7 position off circuit tap changer on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit (tapping range +7.5% in steps of 2.5% each) with vector group Dyn-11, including necessary platform constructed with PCC 1:2:4, using 15mm stone aggregate and smooth finish using extra cement of size 2.5m x 2.5m x 1.25m with 02 Nos of of channel of size MC-100 shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates all as directed. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of HT 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50Hz, totally enclosed metal clad SF6 switchgear having rupturing capacity upto 630 Amps, Outdoor Non-Extensible Fixed Type (IP54), RMU (Ring main unit) - 4 Way comprising of 03 Nos 630 Amp4 - manually operated Load Break Switch & 01 Nos. 630 Amps. manual charging fixed-type Vacuum Circuit Breaker, inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Megnetic Grade) tank having min. thickness 2.5mm with IP 67 Degree of Protection and enhanced BIL of 75kVp internally to manage voltage surges. RMU should be provided with internal busbars, as well as earthing busbars of electrolytic grade copper, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for Internal arc test of AFL 21 kA/1 sec for tank as per IEC62271-200. RMU shall have on-site-repairability features such as site replacable bushing/ coupling/ mechanism and gas refilling at site. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for soilid earthing of Cable sheilds. The outer hinged main door should cover entire front of switchgear including cable doors for providing fail-safe protection: The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting as required at site. (a) 01 Nos. Breaker module consisting of following accessories : 11kV, 630A fixed-type Vaccum Circuit Breaker module for making and breaking of fault current aiongwith disconnector + Earth Switch of full making capacity Short time current - 21KA/ 3 sec, MOing Capacity - 52kAp Auxiliary contacts - 1 NO + 1 NC Stored Enegry mechanism with manual spring-charging, associated closing/tripping coils, integrated non-removable spring-charging operating handle and ON/OFF push buttons mechanically latched to the mechanism Interlocked Cable box for front termination of the cable suitable upto 3 core 300 Sqmm, 11 KV XLPE cable with double-door arrangement (IP54+1P3X). Safety interlocked to prevent access to cable termination in live-condition. Right angle boots (push on type) Numerical based self-powered OC+EF Protection Relay, providing OverCurrent (mini setting 20%), Earth-. Fault (min. setting: 10%) 03 Nos 100/1, 2.5VA epoxy insulated, Ring Core CTs for proteCtion (Acc.CI.5P10), installed away from bushings to prevent saturation of core. Suitable site replacable Cable bushings situated not beyond 300mm from cable-cover to allow ease of access for installation/testing/replacement purposes. Cable covers with self Interlocking mechanism between doors, earth switch, disconnector & VCB Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system (b) 03 Nos. Load Break Switch module consisting of following accessories : 11 kV, 630A Load Break Switch module and integrated earthing switch, both with full making capacity. Short time current - 21kA/3-sec, Making Capacity - 52kAp (i) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type VPIS 9-15 kV (ii) Necessay interclocking arrangement for safety and operations (iii) One No. Operationg Handle for Manual Operation and one no. manometer (iv) Safety Interlocks Shall be provided as per relevant IEC/IS Standards and Manufacturers directions. (v) Above switchgear shall confirm to all relevant IEC/IS Standards. (vi) Vacuum interrupter should be of same make as RMU (vii) Cable bushing should be replacable at site., (viii) Min. 5 module should accommodate in one tank to avoid multiple coupling at site.

S&F in repair HT Breaker Spouts with isolating contact for HT distribution system at MAFI -I, including testing & all necessary spares etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
