Dismantling framed work timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) (Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B) including distance pieces, cleats etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete.

M&L for cement concrete Type C2 (1:3:6) (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F false ceiling of Non asbestos fiber cement building boards, manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process confirming to IS-14862, of size 600mmx 600mmx 4mm thick fixed over and including anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T Section (main & cross member) of size 25mm x25mmx1.5 mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600x600mm. The aluminium frame work will supported on side wall with the used of alumminium 'L' section of size 25x25x1.5mm angles etc. Snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4mm dia, galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof slabs/truss etc by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat of size 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 2nd class hardwood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in position anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) three track window (two shutter glazed & one shutters wire gauge) with frame, glazed with 4mm thick tinted glass, and wire gauge with stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm including rubber bead joining cleat for fixing in position, concealed type lock for all two shutter, PVC roller etc all as specified below, complete all as specifed. (a) Frame (top & side ) section shall of size 92.00x31.75x1.50mm (Section o 20831). (b) Frame (bottom) section shall of size 92.00x31.75x1.50mm (section No 20832). (c) Top & side members of shutter section shall be of size 18.00x40.00x1.55mm (Section No 20738). (d) Shutter interlock section shall be size 18.00 x 40.00x1.45mm (Section 20737) (e)Bottom members of shutter section shall be size 18x40.00x1.55mm (Section No 20736) Note : Section Nos given above are of make Jindal, contractor may use similar setion of other make mention in Appx B

S&F flush shutters 35mm thick solid core construction with block board core and sunmaika face panels commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of exturded section complete all as pecified and as directed

S&F of Aluminium handles, cast type anodised 150 mm complete all as pecified and as directed

S&F of Butt hinges medium weight stainless steel and fixed in 100 mm complete all as pecified and as directed

S&F in repair Aluminium alloy anodised , sliding door bolts with hasp, staples (bolt type) and fixing clip of sheet cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed of size 300 mm .

S&F in repair Aluminium (Die cast body) Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 2, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 701 to 850 mm in width and of weight between 36 to 60 kg and fixed.

M&L for Preparing new wood surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enammel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar.

M&L Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in block masonry with soild bocks, exc 10cm width and set in cement mortar 1:4 compete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall, ceilings etc, racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing with water completely.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete, external surfaces of walls finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete, internal surfaces of walls finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or un plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer incl a coat of cement based wall care putty all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new/old surfaces (exterior weather coat) paint in normal/camouflage pattern as directed by Engr-in-Charge of any tint as approved over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dark shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, over 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dark shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, over 10 mm thick cement mortal (1:4) as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and screed bed or bedding or backing layer of cement mortar 1:6, 15 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning 25mm thick over concrete surfaces, spread all as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 60mm thickness, with minimum compressive strength of 35N/sqm (M-35), without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface, with grey cement and pigment laid complete all as specified and as directed.
