Supply and installation of hard drawn copper piping ( Suction and discharge) for 8.5 TR air cooled DX AC unit with insulation as per requirement and covered in GI tray/ ladder with suitable support on ground.The copper pipe should be properly supported on duly painted MS ladder/ GI tray with clamp, as necessary. Single length will be measured for couple of Suction and discharge line.Copper pipe insulated with Minimum 19 mm Thick insulation for the entire length. Supply & installation of temprature controller with tempreture Sensors. Note: The necessary wiring required for installation of temperature controller and sensors is in the scop of this item. The temperature senser will be installed in the return air and tempreture controllers will be installed in the lab at one place in fabricated encloser in a manner that it can be operated from outside of the enclosure. Inside cleanroom, temperature Control stability should be +/- 1 degree C.

Supply and installation of remote On/Off LED indication push button with necessary cabling from HVAC electrical panel to the Lab in PVC counduit, electrical grade with all interconnection completed as required as directed by EIC. These LED on/off push button should be installed in the fabricated enclosure mentioned in item no. 4.

Supply and Installation of Suitable size Insulated UPVC Drain Pipe with necessary fittings and supports. Connection to condensate drain pan shall be provided with serviceable U- trap.Pipes shall be mounted neatly in proper workmanship manner with GI clamp.

Supply & fixing of condenser mounting(Heavy Duty ) stand fabricated from MS angle C- channel with minimum dimension ( 70 x 40 x 5 mm ) etc. duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat primer or powder coated for prefabricated stand required for outdoor unit of 8.5 TR out door units.

Supply, installation, Testing & Commissioning of SMACNA Standard/IS Standard Galvanised sheet metal Ducting as per IS 655 complete with supporting arrangements, access doors, neoprene rubber gaskets vanes, splitters for joints, etc. The duct shall be rigidly and securely supported with SMACNA certified wire rope hanger system, complete with suitable size galvanized high tensile steel wire ropes, celling anchors, locks, pre-crimped end fixing arrangement and required accessories. The SMACNA certification shall be applicable for the complete withe rope hanger system including the lock, wire rope and end fixing arrangements. GI ducting should have galvanizing 120 GSM/ sqm.

Supply and laying of 1.1 KV grade, XLPE insulated and staranded copper conductor PVC insulated overall sheathed armoured cable, 1.1 KV grade as per IS:694( with latest amendments) for following sizes complete as required. The cable shall be bear ISI certification mark. GENERAL NOTES : 1. Electric powermeter, Suitable cable with three pin plug top, ELCB etc, shall be brought by agency & arranged in advanced with consultation of electrical section of CMG for tapping power supply connection, which will be provided at any one location at Ground Floor / Other available location. 2. All the unserviceable material / debris stacking at Ground level for a lead of 150 mt. from work site and serviceable material stacking at Junk yard upto a lead of 750 mtr. with prior intimation to CMG office. 3. Cleaning of the surrounding area of building and balconies & belongings if any, shall be done on daily basis after completion of particular day work. 4. Dismantling works are to be carried out with extreme care & precautions with necessary saftey arrangment and temporary prop supports. 5. Work to be carried out such that there should not be any damage to the existing building, building's structural member, user, properties of user. 6. Cost of dismantling includes necessary scaffolding, T&P etc., saftey equipments and supporting props etc. 7. Dismantled rubbish should not be thrown to ground. It shall be carefully carried to ground manually and stacked at identified place. 8. Serviceable materials shall be handed over to CMG stores or at Identified location within premisis. 9. Any injury, disability, death caused to any person at site due to non-adherence to safety precautions and non-use of safety arrangements shall be liability of contractor only. Department shall not be laible In anyway. All compensation shall be given by contractor only. 10. Contractor has to arrange for weigh measurement of steel debris/ scrap. No extra shall be paid. 11. Rates shall be quoted for all heights (upto 20 m) including staging/scaffolding; loading and unloading of materials/ debris. no extra payment on account of above. 12. Rate to be considered for work with all constraints, no extra payment is permissible on account of above and delay, if any etc.

Antitermite treatment of junction of walls and floor (by drilling holes of 12mm dia 300mm apart at junction of wall and floor and injecting chemicals like Cholropyripos emulsifiable (IS 8944-2005) 20EC, mixed with water in 1:19 ratio to achieve 1% concentration (i,e. 1 litre of chemicals to 19 litres of water). The emulsion is injected till refusal or max 1 litre/hole till the soil underneath soaksand then holes are to be selaed)

Providing, supplying, and applying of 3 mm thick deceptive Grade ESD Flooring system with fibre free system such as Statguard 1000 FF 108 of Dr Cipy or Equivalent. Having the technical parameters: Surface Resistivity of 1X10^6 to 1x10^9 ohms as per ASTM F 150; Elongation of the material to be minimum 10-12% as per ASTM D 638, Abrasion resistance will be 65-80 mg loss with 1000 cycle of CS 17 wheel. Impact resistance to be 1.8kg-100cm as per IS 101 and the scratch resistance will be minimum 4 kg pass as per IS 101. This must be applied over a solvent free 100-micron, water based two component conductive coating like Aquoxy ESD of Dr Cipy or Equivalent, VOC free nontoxic ESD under coat. Aquoxy ESD to be applied over properly placed copper tapes, which is placed in a grid pattern over the screed of Cipoxy 18 at a thickness of 2mm. This has to be applied over an epoxy-based primer like Cipoxy 11 of Dr.Cipy or equivalent having pull off adhesion: ≥ 2 Mpa of thickness recommended by the manufacturer. All substrate to be well grinded and free from all contaminations and crack free. The surface must be Clean, dry, and sound concrete must be surface prepared using Scarification & Grinding. The residual moisture should be less than 5%.

Removing and dismantling existing light fixtures, MCBs, wiring, cable mangement system, distribution board, power sockets, copper strip, telephone wiring etc. with necessary connections and the agency have to take up most care during removing and dismantling of electrical materials and materials shall be handed over to PRL.

Shifting existing power distribution panel after removal of all outgoing cables/wires from inside lab and fixing again at new location with necessary all interconnection, hardware complete as required and as directed by EIC.

Validation of Entire clean Room Area to be done and certified for classification by a 3rd Party to ascertain the classification class achieved or not.

5 years of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is to be provided. AMC period shall start after the completion of warranty. During AMC period, persons from vendor are to carry out necessary maitenance activities (Cleaning of AHU filter, air shower filter, coil; motor-blower alignment; leakages; door alignment; electrical connections; door interlocks; operation of clean room and air shower; filling silicon etc.) once in every four month (total 15 visits during 5 years of AMC). Vendor should separately mention AMC charges with necessary details in their quote .

Notes: 1. Layout is to be as per the drawing given in annexure 4 'clean room layout'. 2. Vendors are advised to Visit the Site before submitting the bid. 3. Payment will be done as per actual quantity of item executed at site. 4. Loading, Transport, Unloading and Installation at site with all required logistics are in the scope of supplier 5. Necessary certificates and documents for all subsystems are to be provided during/after completion of work. 6. Equivalent brand/make can be used for all brand/make mentioned in the specifications.
