The bidder must have executed a minimum construction experience in key activities, including earthwork / blanketing/sub base in railway/road formations/runways/taxiway system of airports/dams/canals/power plants/land development works, with a minimum quantity of 12.02 Lakhs Cum in one year, and road work consisting of Subgrade, GSB, WMM, /Drainage layer, DBM, and/BC/PQC etc. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - The bidder should have completed a single contract of similar size and nature with a value of at least INR 385,58,69,528.92. - The bidder's average annual construction turnover should be at least INR 385,58,69,528.92 over the last three financial years. - The bidder's Net Worth (Total Assets - Total Liabilities) should be at least INR 77,11,73,906 during the last financial year. - The bidder should have a positive Profit Before Tax (PBT) for at least two financial years out of the last five financial years.
