The required prior work experience for the bidder involves successfully completing similar works in certain entities during the preceding seven years. The similar works are defined as civil works related to the construction of storage sheds/warehouses. The experience can also include ongoing contracts with multiple services, provided the relevant service has been satisfactorily completed. The bidder must have completed works with specific cost criteria: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work, with the amount being ₹ 1,31,06,236.4, - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the work, with the amount being ₹ 1,63,82,795.5, or - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the work, with the amount being ₹ 2,62,12,472.8. The bidder needs to provide details of their experience in the "Bidders Past Services (Similar) Proforma" (Appendix-6), along with enclosed experience documents as per specific clauses.
