The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works in the recent past. The bidder must have previous experience in having successfully completed the works, together with the name of Owner, location of sites, and value of contract. For hot tapping works, the bidder shall furnish their experience details, including name of project, location, description of work, contract value, name of Owner, and completion details. The work completed before and completed after the specified Seven (07) year period shall not be taken into consideration for experience qualification. The value of completed work for evaluation shall be considered as under: (a) One similar completed work costing not less than 316.58 lakh OR (b) Two similar completed works each costing not less than 253.27 lakh OR (c) Three similar completed works each costing not less than 189.95 lakh No percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should have completed at least three similar works, each costing not less than Rs. 189.95 lakh. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed one similar work costing not less than Rs. 253.27 lakh, or two similar works each costing not less than 253.27 lakh. The similar work should have been completed as a main contractor or as a subcontractor, during any of the last seven years. Details of only such works which are completed in the last 10 years and meeting the minimum experience criteria should be enclosed. The value of the similar work should be at least Rs. 189.95 lakh for each of the three works, or at least Rs. 253.27 lakh for a single work, or 316.58 lakh for one work. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned.
