Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work in all kinds of soil excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil, all works up to any lead and lift, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge :

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs, edgings etc. as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), including the cost of required centering, shuttering complete : 1:1.5:3 [1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources]

SALT AND CHARCOAL FOR PIPE EARTHING Extra for using below given salt and charcoal for pipe earth electrode as required

a) 64 kg charcoal and 5 kg salt

b) 160 kg coke and 5 kg salt

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture. [Note: Unit "EA" shall mean "PER LETTER PER CM HEIGHT"].

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Supplying, fabricating, erecting, placing and fixing in position M.S. structural works using rolled/ built up sections for truss, claddings, bracings, purlins, supporting frames made of joists, tubes, pipes, channels, angles, plates, flats, bars etc. including cutting to required size welding of joints, fixing anchor plates, including bolts, theading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. including preparation of detailed fabrication drawings & submission to the Engineer-in-Charge for approval before start of fabrication, supplying & applying painting with two coats of epoxy paint "EPILUX 155 High Build Enamel over a coat of "EPILUX 610" Primer of M/s BERGER or any other approved equivalent make as per manufacturer’s recommendation, complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Excluding the cost of concrete work).

Measurement of earthing resistance including transportation of earthing electrodes, cables etc. from stores to site, drawing the same into the ground at different points for measuring the earth resistance. The job includes the supply of connecting leads, clamps etc. All complete with labour and materials as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE Measuring instruments to be supplied by the Owner.
