The bidder should have past experience of having completed the work of similar nature, as main contractor or as approved sub-contractor, during any of the last Seven (07) years. The similar nature of work shall mean works involving "Mainline pipe laying/ CSW piping works for Crude Oil/ Petroleum/ Gas pipeline of minimum diameter 36 inches". The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one (01) work order of similar nature, during any of the last seven years. The value of completed work for evaluation shall be considered as under: - One similar completed work costing not less than ₹ 144.55 lakh - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than ₹ 115.64 lakh - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than ₹ 86.73 lakh No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The bidder needs to submit complete documents pertaining to prior experience, including copies of Work Order, SOR, Completion Certificate, TDS Certificate, Proof of Payment, and End User Performance Certificate as applicable. In case the bidder submits prior experience as a sub-contractor, the bidder has to submit a certificate from the end User/ Owner/ Consultant of the owner engaged as EIC (Engineer-In- Charge) for the execution of the said works, and a CA certificate certifying the executed value of works with UDIN no. For consortium or unincorporated JV, the bidder should meet the required technical experience and commercial experience, and provide a detailed scope of work/responsibility matrix of each member, percentage/quantum of payment to be received by each member, executed value of the work with the client, and other relevant documents. The experience of the bidding entity only will be considered.
