Providing, making and placing in position Over head storage Boxing as per site requirement having councealed Handle fixing in shutter, and in 18 mm Fire retardant and Water Proof plywood construction with 6mm thk. plywood 710 ISI grade and of brands such as Chetak or equivalent. MR grade plywood backing complete. The boxing unit shall be designed with openable shutter on the top with locking arrangement and all exposed edges of plywood shall be fitted with laminate. All visible surfaces shall be laminated with 1 mm thick plain or Textured Laminate on external surfaces and 0.7 mm thick white lamination on internal surfaces of approved made and shades. The Hardware accessories like Hydraulic channels and the Hinges should be of Hettich , Haffle or an equivalent make. The positioning and the executions should be as per the drawings submitted by the EIC - Engineer - In - Charge.

12 mm HDHMR ( High density High Marine Resistant ) Board to be mounted over the 18 mm ply backing. The final level of the panelling to be flushed with the Entry door to the pantry. MDF Mouldings as per the selected design to be fit on the surface as per the drawings submitted by the EIC- Engineer in Charge.

Removing the Exisiting Laminate and Fixing 1 mm thik laminate over the Doors , Door Frames and the Window Frames as per selection of the EIC - Engineer in Charge. The edges and Joints of the laminate should be smoothened with 100 no. sand paper. laminate sheet with edge finished with biding patty with Euro/Royal touch or equivalent make. All the necessary accessories to be utilized for the execution to be considered. as per instruction by Engineer- in - Charge

White colour base coat to be applied to the HDHMR base for the clay line work to be done as per design proposed. A thick putty of clay with 5-7 coats is finished with the final coat of the colour selected by the EIC - Engineer in charge (Brand : Asian paints or equivalent).
