Supply and application of one coat @ 50µm DFT of Aliphatic polyurethane by airless spray application, including supply of all requisite resources (paints, equipments, tools, tackles, manpower, consumables, non-consumables etc.) to complete the work in all respects as per specifications and directions of the EIC/ Site Engineer.

Surface preparation (St2 standard) using low pressure water washing with low TDS potable sweet water followed by sanding entire surface to create roughness essential for good adhesion inclusive of all required water, equipments, manpower, consumables, tools, tackles, consumables, non-consumables to complete the work in all respects as per specifications and instructions of the EIC/ Site Engineer.

Painting Galvanised structures and CS Piping (stairs, handrails, CS Pipe etc):- 1 coat x 50µm per coat of epoxy primer + 1coat x 125µm per coat of surface tolerant epoxy by brush / roller/ airless spray application followed by one coat of aliphatic polyurethane @ 50µm including supply and application of paints, strip coat on all weld joints projection and supply of all equipments, tools, tackles, manpower, consumables, non-consumables etc. as per specifications of paint manufacturer and directions of EIC/ Site Engineer.

Radium sticker background:- Reflective radium sticker printing (background sticker) and apply including pasting and fixing with supply of all manpower, equipments, tools, tackles, consumables, non-consumables, scaffolding (separate SOR item) working at any height etc. as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer to complete work in all respects.

Radium sticker lettering:- Reflective radium sticker letter printing and apply in background stickering including pasting and fixing with supply of all manpower, equipments, tools, tackles, consumables, non-consumables, scaffolding (separate SOR item) working at any height etc. as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer to complete work in all respects.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations] Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 [1 cement : 3 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources]

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Supplying and laying of 75 mm thick Anticorrosive bituminous carpet under steel storage tanks (i.e. over compacted moorum) with screened dry coarse sand mixed with bitumen, dressing to the required slopes to form hard mass of specified compacted thickness using rollers/ rammers all complete as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface Excavation Earth work in surface excavation (not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) in all kinds of soil including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to all lead and lift, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat brick soling Supplying and laying flat brick soling in foundation trench, in floors, garages, sumps, etc., with bricks of class designation 50 laid to proper slope, level and grade etc. filling of the joints with sand etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Chamfered edge CC paver blocks: Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge interlocking Cement Concrete paver blocks in foot path, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications & directions of the Engineer-in-Charge : 60mm thick Cement Concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.

Double Steel Scaffolding:- Erection of Unit Frame type Independent Scaffold as per IS 2750 for working at heights with all safety guidelines, safety equipments, PPEs as indicated in the contract and as per instructions of EIC/ Site Engineer. Supply of all materials, equipments, tools, tackles, materials, consumables, manpower etc. for scaffolding erection works shall be in the scope of contractor. Erection of double steel scaffolding shall be done to carry out all works wherein "Work at Height" permit is issued such as dismantling, erection & welding of foam pourer piping, sprinkler rings/ piping, spiral stairways, primary wind girder & secondary wind girder, radium sticker works and during surface preparation and painting of tank shell, structures etc. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. The work shall include dismantling of scaffolding whenever required.
