Supplying at site, steel structural items such as steel plates, bars, fabrication of gratings by electroforged method, after complet e fabrication entire gratings shall be Hot Dip galvanized, gratings shall be normany of size 810mm X 250mm for steps and 1200mm X 10 00 mm or 810mm X 1000 mm for platforms / walkways, or any size as advised by EIC. Placing gratings in a replaceable mannerbolting wi th base frame of ISA by suitable GI clamps and GI fasteners, including supply of all other inputs such as labour, materials, consuma ble etc. necessary to perform and complete the work in all respect, in accordance with drawings, specifications and instructions of the Site Engineer / EIC.

Surface preparation of piping, equipment and valves etc. by abrasive blast cleaning or with power wire brush (wherever blast cleanin g is not possible) confirming to SA 2.5, making the surface free of dust, grease, mill scales etc., application of 1 coat x 50-75 mi crons DFT of Inorganic Zinc Ethyl Slicate Primer, followed by application of sealer coat of 30 micron DFT and intermediate coat of 1 50 micron DFT with surface tolerant epoxy mastic paint and 2 coats x 50 micron each DFT of Isocynate Aliphatic Poly Urethene (PU) by airless spray, with approved materials, paints, tools, tackles, consulambles, non-consumables, labour, equipment etc. to complete t he job in all respects as per specification and instructions of the Site Engineer / EIC. The total DFT shall be minimum 330 microns.

Dismantling by opening joints or by gas cutting/ cold cutting (wherever required as per site condition) of existing steel structural such as support for pipes, pipe fittings, valves, plate forms, walkways, stairways etc. including excavation work wherever required handling, loading into truck for purpose of weighing, shifting to the designated location within the pump station premises and hand ing over, completing the work in all respect as per drawings, instruction of the Site Engineer / EIC. Double scaffolding system: Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M. S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connect ion with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the work men etc. complete as per directions and approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measure d for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. "Scaffolding Net: Providing and fixing Scaffolding net of required width made of high density Polyethylene UV stabilized knitted on warp knitting mach ines having density 100 gm/sqm and shading coefficient minimum 75% around the construction site/ for vertical extension as per requi rement including fastening/ tying with building/ scaffolding pipes or with any other fixtures etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and erecting 2.0 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.5m x 2.0m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/ horizontal members/ bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS Sheet. The steel shall be fixed with 30x5m m MS flat by suitable welding/ riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall h eight as 2.5m. MS channel ISLC75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overtur ning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/ direction of Engineer-in-C harge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading pr ovided shall be retained in position at site continuously including shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, paint ing, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed witho ut prior approval of the Engineer-in-Charge.
