Repair of Coalescer filter vessels, Fabrication of Crossovers and Repairing and Painting of Watch Towers.

Shifting and dismantling of steel work in built up sections in angles, vessels, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking as per the direction of Engineer In-Charge and Site Engineer. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations. (3) Cutting of steel shall be done using hack saw or chiesel or any other method as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge/ site engineer.]

Supplying, fabricating, erecting, placing and fixing in position M.S. structural works using rolled/ built up sections for truss, 5/6/8 mm MS plates, elbo, flange,claddings, bracings, purlins, supporting frames made of joists, tubes, pipes, channels, angles, plates,flats, bars etc. including cutting to required size, welding of joints, fixing anchor plates, including bolts, theading, nuts, washers, sleeves, etc. including preparation of detailed fabrication drawings & submitting to the Engineer-in-Charge for approval before start of fabrication, supplying & applying painting with epoxy mastic 100 micron, MIO 100 micron, 2 coats of Polyurethane (PU) with 50 micron in each coat over a coat of EPILUX 610 primer of M/s BERGER or (for coastal area) any other approved equivalent make as per manufacturer’s recommendations, complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge/ site engineer.
