Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually or by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of u nserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed du ring day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations]

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dump ing ground within 50 metres lead.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to fl oor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Supplying, fabricating, erecting, placing and fixing in position M.S. structural works using rolled/ built up sections for truss, cl addings, bracings, purlins, supporting frames made of joists, tubes, pipes, channels, angles, plates, flats, bars etc. including cut ting to required size welding of joints, fixing anchor plates, including bolts, theading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. including prep aration of detailed fabrication drawings & submission to the Engineer-in-Charge for approval before start of fabrication, supplying & applying painting with two coats of epoxy paint "EPILUX 155 High Build Enamel over a coat of "EPILUX 610" Primer of M/s BERGER or any other approved equivalent make as per manufacturer’s recommendation, complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, m aterials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, tr ansporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for a ll leads including all lifts involved.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1. 5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms including getting out the excavated soil and dis posal of surplus excavated soil, all works up to any lead and lift, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : In all kinds of soil

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
