Charges for Site Visits considering To & Fro Air Fare(Economy class) for each visit of Consultant to be reimbursed by IOCL as per the requirement and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge subject to the maximum limit as in

Providing comprehensive Architectural / Engineering Consultancy services for the Architectural & Structural Consultancy Services for New Administrative Building at WRPL Vadinar station with Green building features including development of Plot comprising the scope of activities as follows and as indicated elsewhere in this tender. Preparation of all design documents (Architectural, structural, electrical & other engineering), land/site development, Structural design as per latest applicable codal requirement, Sanitary, plumbing, drainage, sewerage design, Electrical layout & design, Power backup, Elevation schemes along with external finishes/treatment, electronic communication systems and design, ventilation and air conditioning design (HVAC), DG and other mechanical system like elevator for service & passenger etc., fire detection, Fire protection sensor, emergency exit, staircase, Public address and Security systems, Rain water harvesting, non-conventional energy like Solar energy etc. for day to day requirement & terrace design as per the requirement of IOCL & GRIHA guidelines. At each stage of Architectural / Engineering consultancy services, reviews/corrections/updates etc if made, shall be incorporated from time to time. Also during the course of construction, significant changes in the drawings made shall also be updated & revised drawings issued. Interior Architecture of the office building as detailed below: Site evaluation and assessment, Interior design, space planning / development & volumetric study, Architectural additions and alterations, Design of modular / non-modular fixtures, moveable furniture & interior related Civil works, Illumination design, Sound and acoustic design, Indoor plantscape, Selection of materials, equipment and other interior related elements, Integration of all Engineering services, Periodic inspection and evaluation of works at site, Architectural Conservation, care shall be given for the requirement of differently abled persons etc., Submission of 3 D scale model Project including walk throughs, based on the final approved drawing. Allied infrastructure Providing architectural / Engineering consultancy services for all other infrastructures within the plot such as water supply distribution & reuse, underground sump for Corporation water including fire fighting requirement & sewage, OHT, storm water drain, sewage treatment unit, security room, vehicle parking facilities, peripheral details, rain water harvesting, architectural renovation and upgradation of Gates at main entrance, internal road, solar street lights, boundary fencing, elevation scheme in general etc., as per the scope of activities detailed below. Architectural / Engineering consultant shall obtain all the statutory approvals for this Project, not limited to obtaining building plan approval from local authority to commence the construction activity, other approvals / NOCs from respective authorities, applicable Licenses for Operation of equipment etc. and any other Certificates which are necessary upto occupation of the office building. However, the statutory fees alone as per demand note / receipt challan of various Govt. Agencies shall be paid / reimbursed by IOCL unless and otherwise specifically mentioned in the tender. Also provide Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment (GRIHA) Audit and obtain GRIHA Rating (Four Star) Certificate or above for the building as per Ministry of New and renewable energy (MNRE) directives, excluding all fees & charges to obtain GRIHA India certification. Providing necessary drawings/documents/presentations etc. as per the requirement of respective authorities Landscape Architecture for the frontage and surroundings including site planning, landform and grading, surface drainage design and water management, open space design-hard and soft areas, planting design, landscape structures and features Illumination design, graphic design and signage etc. complete as per SCC and directions of the Engineer In Charge. Taking instructions from IOCL, preparation of Package - wise detailed estimates for DPR / Budgetary approval, submission of technical specifications for schedule and extra, special items, Quality Monitoring plan & random checking, Preparation of bill of quantities with rates and estimates for floating all work packages/tenders and submission of overall schemes on the above for IOCL's approval.
